Well firs the fist time I did't use BH ([link]), instead I tried another well known web company... Adorama ([link])

but the was a bad idea... they had my order for three full bussness days and did not ship, nothing wrong my end.... They just didn't ship it... i one email they that there computeres had it both in and out of stock....

This lens gives me an ultra wide-angle zoom lens that has the equivalent of an 18-36mm zoom range on a 35mm film camera while maintaining a bright constant aperture of f/4.

I've discovered something about deviantART, and I'm going to write about it in my Journal. On every dA page is something called a "measurement pixel". It's an image that is one pixel big, but causes the webpage to be hit by another server, that tracks the visitors to that page. The more traffic you generate, the more demographics are generated for your page. I'm in the mid-level, so deviantART doesn't track all the demographics for my page. You get less data than I! To see what is tracked for your page, you can go here: quantcast.com.

The site also shows the most popular deviants for the last month. See deviant

[link] for all the demographics that are tracked. It's also interesting to see how many actual people you reach, which the pageview number on your page doesn't really show.

Final things are seeming like there going my way.. now... I got a interesting email from a former Math teacher of mine and its good news.. Plus I feel better in general the new meds are really working well for me...

Okay peoples I have been very busy lately with my brother and all... which is a good thing I guess it takes my mind off of Madison....

As some of you know my dog has been sick the last few weeks. Today she had surgery exploratory and they found a large tumor in the entrance of stomach.. They could not take it out. This is what has been killing her slowly, today at 4:45 PM I gave the go a head to have her put down... My dog is dead.... Her name was Madison Maxine Bernal She was my best friend ever...

As most of you know by now I was asked to shoot a exotic Car show Today! But I never made that trip, close in fact. I was loading up a camera and got a phone call from my brother how was in a head on collision with another car... What had happen was they were going to make a left hand turn going south on Winchester in San Jose [link] (by Santa Clara University [link]/) on the way to the charity fundraiser car show that was asked to shoot... And a man in a Mercedes had seizure and his foot locked down on the gas pedal, witness said to the police that "the car was doing about 80 to 100 mph when it verd into the right side of the road hitting the curb.

Richocheted back towards the center of the road and striking the my brothers car on the driver side of his car." The estimated impact speed is 50 to 60 mph. However the car still did not stop there, it further cashed into two other cars and broke the telephone pole behind the cars! All car involved are suspected totaled... Marcus and Chervine are both fine after going the hospital and being checked out. However the man that hit them is not and had two more episodes at the hospital. I heard him say that "he didn't take his Anti-Seizure meds this morning".

I am typing this form his apartment as you read this taking care of him... Very scary day for all involved.

I would like to thank both the Santa Clara and San Jose, Police, Fire, and Paramedics for doing such a good job helping everyone involved!

A special thanks to Jerry and Adam, very good friends to my family..

I am on a up swing a positiveness!
This year I went to the Stanford Pow Wow, I been plently of time before since I grew up in the area! Well a year on dA has come and gone now, I really do like this place! the people are very kind and caring. My life has changed quite a bit since joining. Since I was in the hospital during the one year mark I don't have the stats... Oh well these things happen. I am on the tail end of being sick, I still hurt but in general all is well. I think my dog Madison is starting to go deaf in one ear,

but she is getting old for a bulldog. My birthday is coming up soon and I will be turning 27 ugh! The best gift anyone on the dA could get me is a screenshot of my 10K page-view mark, but that's asking a lot since I am at 8,260 now. I would like clear one common misconception is that I am online or idle, the truth is that I often forget to logout, while using the three different computers at my house alone. At school I use more than 4 either at the university or the JC where I tutor math... I ran a mini contest for a mini sub to the dA but know one entered it, oh well ... I think I finally got the handle on how to use my DSLR now hurray for me! Let's see am I leaving anything out.... Oh yes, I have a part in my journal for friends, I know that I don't have everyone up right now! The quickest way to get up there is to note me about it so please do...! One last thing please enter the "Carnival of Vinice", there are only 8 entires so far we need more, much more!

Sick...

I am very sick from some sort of bug, I have been in the hospital for two days now. They have been giving me stuff way stronger than morphine. Please don't not pray for me, I am getting better however very very slowly... I will have a new journal up in a few days, with lots of news about myself, this site and much more. In the four days that I have been gone from the dA. I have received more than 900 deviations to look at and over 120 messages in my inbox not counting my notes. I miss you all dearly, and hope to return soon. Withdrawl from the dA is so hard for a dA addict/ wannabe Admin.....

Like yesterday and today, I will be around! I have sold maybe 5 cameras so far... Mostly high end stuff Nikon D200, stuff like that. However I mostly did transactions up in the front of the store, but I really prefer the Lab or "Photo Finishing, ....", the American public can be so very rude... Oh well, I already want a different job, I have never worked so close to my boss all the time... The people are pretty cool there though.

And I also photographed my aunts party, she is fifty now. The weird thing is that nobody fought... Everyone actually behaved, that will bewilder me for some time... I only shot mm-mm..... just shy of the 200 photos mark. I bought a large quanta-ray flash, and my camera battery never went down one blip .... ?

Okay people as some of you know by now, I plan to change things up quite a bit.... I have ordered and and will soon receive my new camera, a DSLR no less! I chose the Canon 400D body, and the two lenses the Canon 50mm f/1.8, Canon 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III USM... as well as the Sandisk 2 Gig Extreme III Compact Flash! In all of this ran me about 1K USD, a pretty good deal I think.
I bought almost everything but the memory form BH photo! Now that flash card comes from my brother friend she works for Sandisk and get 40% off. It is scheduled to arrive on Friday!

It will take me a little while to learn how to use it but I will master it surely! It will be a brave new world I will bestow upon you all!

Well the holiday is winding down now I have been on here and Photoshopping like crazy. Due to dA change on

submissions. I have been make them like crazy, there is much for sale! I am not keeping any of the profits that I my earn on till I say otherwise. My point is that I will use the funds for a account here and a premium print account. Immediately following that I will be holding contests in which the prizes be in the from of subscriptions and from time to time giving subscription to unknown artist here on the dA. I have know idea any of my work will sell but it is for a very good cause. In the new year should I not have necessary funds generated by these means they I will buy the aforementioned accounts but only after the topic of the next paragraph has been completed.....

Okay after further adieu, this next months holiday season will have a Canon Rebel (400D) XTI. So sweet indeed! At the moment most of my work has been produced on a very simple but plain HP R707 [link] it has been a fine camera but I have to grown it some time ago. As you can see my shots have gotten progressively better but I feel that this held be back, however it will serve as a backup camera. So here is link where I am going to get it from [link] .

The crowd had already started to form at a most unpleaset sight, three car tangeled and mashed beyoned repair, most had not seen what happen but still they came as did I too. I see a man trapped beanth a greenacura wedged in such a way that he was pinned and could not removed himself. His manged leg wrapped around the rear axle and into the right wheel well. He was moaning in agony while shock started to set in. Bleeding from of the leg thick reddish purple blood. The firemen where help the two women that were that hit him in there red mustang. The red mustang also hit a red acura less than one foot a head of it. While the women where being tending to the man under the green car was not seen for a few minuets. We (the bystander) yelled and said that there was a man trapped under the green car. The two women that where in the red car had ran the red light and hit a man on a stake broad. Their mustang was covered in pollen so we could see the point of initial impact on the hood of there car. Apparently the man road the hood up into the windshield which was caved in and the roof partially as well. In the meantime the mustang swerved sideways which than smashed into the other cars. Some how the man ended up under the green car. When the firemen got him out from under the car thick blood came out of his chest. Than they cut all of his clothes off and assisted the damages it was easy to see. That his ribs were broken, and maybe more like his spine. I however was trying to figure out how ended up under the green car since it was not in motion but in fact parked. After they took all the people involved away, I looked closer at the mustangs and saw that the right front wheels rim was torsion. Near my feet on the sidewalk was part of the mustangs brake rotor
Which was on the otherside of the green car oppsite the red mustang.

A side note I cross that very same crosswalk twice a day.
