GOOD NEWS

To celebrate their 36th year, Eastwood Animal Clinc is throwing a open house.

So the Clinc commissioned me to draw caricatures of their clients pets
It takes place on Oct. 29th from 10:00-5:00pm.
Am very happy about this gig. This will be my very first time, drawing caricatures for people.

Ok, let me explain that just for fun, I created another forum post for thumbnail sharing! And the everything going great til...this rude person, sent me a message telling me how I don't get or will never understand digital art!.Telling me abunch of bullsh*t!!

I reply back,and got got this response!--- "1. You cannot say you "Get" digital art; digital art is a medium, not a message. I was referring to this piece and its' message specifically.

2. What is the point of a comment if not a critique? "omg luvs it!" contributes nothing and helps noone.

3. You said you would "rate" the art; how do you "rate" it without critiquing it?

4. "no need to reply back" tells me you're a highly insular, ignorant person who's prone to sticking his head in the sand once you've decided you don't need to understand any more than the preconceived judgment you already made.

Please prove me wrong."

well I have some great news about me!

Am back in school again, started since Monday,
...kinda boring. But the homeworks are fun -am such a dork

Besides school, I finally repainted my room, fixed up some things..went through so many old papers and drawings. I threw away alot of my art.-I know I shouldn't ..But I just didnt like them.

I'll start by saying the cool news...that in early June my fav Singer--[link] is coming back to Texas to play a few concerts in Houston,Austin, and in Dallas--and all three of them are close by were I live I am defiantly planning to go to at least one of them!--thats if things work out



so now the BAD news, am having trouble trying to get another part-time job!..and my art isn't really working out well for me

My first phase was with the art of H.R. Giger, I was so inspired by his style of art that I wanted to come-up with my own drawings similar to his.

Then there was my second phase(Zombies,Demons,and Hell Raiser) after watching the smash-hit horror film, HELLRAISER I was motivated to drawing my own weird and torture monsters. And from there I went on to drawing zombies/corpses/dead people lol.

Third phase,Bryan Adams--yeah I know its a very weird subject to draw but I was so hook into sketching tons of pictures of this dude lol. I can't help it lol,even til now I still draw at least one picture a month or so

Fourth phase, CARICATURES, for a while I kept trying to draw those damn caricatures you see at theme-parks and stuff. am still not quit that good at it yet!

Fifth phase,Computer ART!!
After seeing so many people on here post computer artworks I was very motivated into doing the same lol. Though I tried my best to, I mean I didn't have a tablet or anything so... I used the basic mouse and windows paint^^

Sixth phase,HEART!!!
so kinda like Bryan Adams, I was hook into drawing pictures of rock-band HEART. Again I know its a weird phase, I can't help it. And I don't think theres anything wrong with it either? am just a BIG fan^^

Seventh phase,Suits
After getting lost one day in downtown, I couldnt help but notice that everyone was wearing business suits and all lol SO this lead me to drawing suits(duh) and clothes^^

eight phase, don't know yet

well thats about all the phases I've gone through with my art, who knows what the next one will be??

Sunday August 3,2008---
Since Last Night, I just made a forum on DA for fun about that upcoming movie-Disaster movie!!---yeah I know its really really stupid movie,but I have admit there where some stupid funny parts on the trailer,anyways logging on today I notice I got tons of hat-mail/comments people telling me to go rot in hell or to go hang myself.
