My computer desk, which was the final piece needed to complete my room ..err. studio came this weekend. There was a slight glitch with my computer's power supply, however, but a new one is on the way. I upgraded my motherboard, graphics card, and RAM thanks to Joey, who sold me his nice hand-me-downs at a very nice price, so I could work with video editing software a lot quicker; my old computer was just too out dated to handle HD quality video. I tried running my new equipment on my old power supply but it started smoking in the back so I pulled the plug before it damaged anything. While it was on I noticed that all the lights in the computer lit up, so it seems once my new power supply gets here things should go smoothly. If not, I still have ways of getting my videos edited. Regardless of how I get it done, March 1st 2009 will be the deadline for the pilot episode.

In other news, I love my roommates but they suck at turning their lights off. Our power bill this month was over $400. (note that some of that was due to the fact that the last one was not completely paid because of an ex-roommate that screwed us over.) Luckily, there's 5 of us and it'll only be 80 something a piece but still. So as soon as I can, I'll be replacing each of the 28 75 watt bulbs in the house with more energy efficient bulbs; our house is kinda big too and heating has been a problem because the living is full of large glass windows.

_timeSlider

My computer desk is on the way; should be here by the 20th...which is really long consider it's from walmart. I still have to reinstall a bunch of stuff on my computer. Then I should be set. The show is getting close to air time! I practiced talking into my camera the other day. It was really weird, but I'll get over it. My roommates will probably think I'm crazy because I'll be talking to myself all the time.

Also, I'm suppose to be getting a bed today; 50 bucks from craigslist. I've been sleeping on an air mattress for over a month and life has not been good.
Hi guys, just wanted to tell you about an exciting new project I'm starting on youtube. I'm going to be hosting my own show and creating a website for it. I got a HD camcorder for Christmas so production will start very soon. The first episode will air early to mid-January so be on the look out!

The show will cover a broad range of topics but the main focus will be exotic science and technology news. So if celebrity gossip is your thing, then watch the What The Buck show. I'll be trying to get people interested in things they haven't heard of before. You could say target audience is everyone and my purpose is to intrigue/encourage curiosity.

I need your help will some ideas though. Do you remember watching Bill Nye the Science Guy? I loved his show as a kid and I'll be getting much of my inspiration from that show (cartoon sound effects especially XD). I want to include a "Did you know that" style segment in my show. I'm trying to think of a cool name for it. I want it to be more modern/hip sounding. I was wondering if you had any ideas for that.

I was thinking that a DJ scratch noise could be played randomly and that would "cue" me to say, "...Ahup. You know what that sound means...it's time for our Word? segment of the day". And then I describe something cool and random.

Once I have the site up, I'll have polls on what the next episode should be on. I want it to be a very interactive show.

Who's hyped?

I leave my wallet at the dorm for this very reason. All I had on me was my keys, comb, SCAD ID, and phone. He said he usually takes phones, but he felt like being generous. Carrie had her purse off to the side and thankfully they didn't see it. I'm really happy they didn't touch her.

Beside that, life's been great. Carrie and I when to see La Traviata. It's full length (88 keys) and has real weigh hammer action. Plus, it has USB so I can hook it up to my computer and edit and save songs. I know a bit about music theory but I'll probably get a book on it because it is such a complex subject.

I would write more, but Joey needs his computer back.

He asked if I could help him out so I handed the rose back. I'm glad he thought it was funny because I wasn't sure how he'd take it. I bet he never had that happen to him before. Just thought I'd share that.

I had my first test in Survey of Western Arts today. I missed the review but I still did well. I know most of the stuff already but it isn't all bad. The classes are a lot tougher than SCA and we get to actual stuff. I have an upcoming project for 2-d design where I have to take photos of things in nature that look like the letters of the alphabet. But as fun as in maybe, I don't see the relevance.
...while he was giving a eulogy... to his Uncle. He picked up and keep repeating, "I'll call you back later" in a low voice. I thought he was talking to a police office at first. So I called him back after class and found out what had happened.

Speaking of classes, everything's going great. It's a lot more work than SCA, which I like. Classes are only four days a week leaving a you with a 3 day weekend but don't get comfortable yet. You'll be using most of your free time on homework. I'll slowly but surely making some new friends. A lot of random people say hi to me. It takes me awhile to open up to people especially when I don't know anyone. There's a lof stuff to do up here. SCAD owns it's own theater and I go to it occasionaly. The meal plans are pretty cool too. It's like a buffet 3x a day. I'm going to get soooo fat.

I still miss a lot of you in Raleigh! Jen and her A team. Seth and his roommates, I'm going to miss going to Blue Ridge with you. I'm going to miss throwing balloons up in the air. I'm going to miss picking on Nathaniel. I'm going to miss dressing up as a cow. I'm going to miss shooting dumb videos and enjoying the trouble that they can cause.

I've been staying with my parent for the last week. I'll probably never move back to Raleigh, unless I get a job there. The drive over to Savannah went well. It only took about 5 hours, which is nothing compared with stories I've about people driving 18 hours to get here. I drove with my dad so he could take the car back. He stayed long enough to help me get my stuff out of the car and that was it.

Orientation was what I expected. The student reps where cool and very talkative. One poor guy there was crying because his parents just dropped him off and left. I can see how being dropped off in a big city right after high school could be scary. I felt bad for the guy. I've been getting my friend Joey to show me around and introduce me to some new people. So far its been really great. The only down side I've heard of is that the crime rate is pretty high.

Classes start Monday and I'm really looking for to it. I'll tell you guys how that goes tomorrow.

Hi everyone. The journey to SCAD is upon me. Orientation is Jan. the 5th and classes start the 7th. I'm very excited. I feel like I'm starting the accent to the top of a rollercoaster. I keep thinking about how fun it is going to be to meet all those new people. I'm going to get to live in a dorm and they have clubs and a gym and all this stuff I'm not used to having. Get this, they have a cafeteria. And their student ID cards double as a debt card that you can use at participating SCAD locations. And the list goes on.

In other news, my mom has been feeling bad for the pass couple of weeks. Her vision is really bad. She can't work because of it. She had a check up and it showed she had high blood pressure. Later test revealed that she has cataracts. Everyone please pray for her!

Do a search for Robert Shane's demo reel. I would post a link but the school now blocks youtube... It's temporarily up so I can get some feedback. What would you take out? What could be better? What would you change?

The powers that be has finally put me on full-time and I got my first raise, after almost two years. It only took a few co-workers' help. I'm now working 5 days a week with the occasional Saturday and I'm making a dollar more than I use to. So I'm happy about that because now I don't have to work another part-time job. And I finally finished that guys website that I was working on. He hasn't emailed me in a day on I'm a little worried. I really need that money from that job.

Things for SCAD are still going smoothly. I'm awaiting one final reference to turn in their paper work and I'll be all set to speak with an admission officer. I can't wait either. I've got plans to work at their library and I'm sure there not a cheap as you know who. I'm hoping to meet the girl of my dreams there but that's another story.

With all these extra hours though, it has become very hard to find time to work on any of my projects. I get maybe less than 10 hours a week to work on my stuff. More if I didn't go out with my friends. I really need the socializing experience so don't shun me on that. The only snag that might come up between here and SCAD is that I'll have no place to stay for a month before school. I could stay at my apartment (the lease goes to month to month after it's up) but that'd be over 700 because I'm sure my roommate wants to go home like he said.

Well, that's all for now. I hope all my watchers are doing well. Bye.

I don't know why, but I've been very bored with dA lately. Maybe it's because people think I'm not here because I don't post must like I use to but I'm here, people!

So what's good with me? I landed a web design freelance job with a company called Click Graphics. You can check them out at [link] I took the job even though I haven't done any web stuff in over a year. So far though, the guy really likes my stuff. I'll post a link when it's done. Please note though that I'm not actually designing anything with photoshop or anything like that, I'm just making all the links work. Which is an easy 200 buck for me and I can't complain. I got the home page all set up, I'm just wanting for the rest of the .psds and I'll be all set.

I've gotten my demo reel finished and it's looking tight. Zaida, if you see me, I have a copy of it on disc so you don't have to download it. It's way higher-res than what I sent to your email too.

My demo reel work and all the folders that go to it are on this computer at a whopping 15 point something gigabytes. I don't want to break it up in to several DVDs, but I probably won't have a chose. Unless I bug the tech guys, I'll ask Shane, the newer nicer one. I'd hate to ask Josh. I know he'll give me a hard time and not really in the mood for crap right now.

I got to give it to them though. The tech guys are pretty cool. I was working on this computer a few days ago with an old 17 inch (I think) 4:3 ratio monitor and they came in here and replace it was a 24 inch 16:9 wide screen monitor as I'm working. I was like, "Oh, okay. Thanks!". It was "pretty cool".

In other new, graduation took place Wednesday! A few on my friends were there and I was happy to see them. I got to see people who never came in the library. I was thinking to myself, "that's a bad person....there's a bad person..." ...bad people don't go to the library! j/k Probably half the students that graduated never came to the library. I wasn't actually invited to the graduation, I grabbed a camera and Debra was like, "Oh, you're taking pictures, that's good." I was like, "*sigh*". lol She freaks me out still.

I don't know what happened to the promotion they were taking about. I think graduation put that on the back burners because it was suppose to start the same day as graduation. Oh well, I'll be looking forward to Monday then.

One more thing, Seth is having a graduation party TODAY from 8:30 to 10:30 at Arthur Murray of Raleigh 2733 Capital Blvd. Raleigh, NC 27604 Minutes from the school. This is a studio not a club. Safe for all ages. I have room to take 4 people if you need a ride. Give me call, not a note. I won't be at my computer most of the day.
4) I think long before I make a big decision but I hardly think at all about the small ones.
5) I have a hard time processing easy things, but an easy time processing hard things. For example, I have a hard time added two single digit numbers together but an easy time doing the quadratic formula.
You know about the hospital thing, right? (btw, the bill came. It was $16,000, but anyways...) The hospital thing happened less than a week after I quite my job with health benefits. I find that really weird.

Then, I came home earlier this week to find that my water heater busted. Water got everywhere covering about 2/3rds of my apartment. None of my electronics where damaged, thank God. This was odd in it's self, but it also happened the day I decided to bring a friend over; the first time anyone has every been over to that apartment.

Next, electricity to my half of the apartment went out and I had a nose bleed all in the same night...

I'm okay, well, maybe. I still have a bad headache and a lot of pain where they made the incision. Here's the story:

It all started Wednesday. I stomach started acting weird around 1:30, just before I went to lunch with Seth. I hadn't eaten anything thing all day so I figured it was because of that. I spend the rest of the day with Marcus and Seth and around 10:00 we got back to the house. I tried to go to sleep but the pain was intense. So much pain that I couldn't move.

I started calling people I knew that had a car. At this point I thought it was just a stomach virus. Only two people answered, one was at work and the other was drunk. I told the drunk one to stay there and don't worry about it.

I dialed 911 and left the phone down by my side. I really didn't want to go to the hospital over a stomach virus. But after a while I called. The paramedicis came and calmed me down because I was breathing too hard. When we got into the ambalance she said if I was always this uptight... Only when I feel like I'm about to die! I didn't say that, but boy was it tempting.

The first hospital thought I had a blockage in my intestine. Okay, the first hospital made me mad. I threw up at least 10 times an hour, right? They told me to drink this stuff that would make it possible to see me in the MRI, but I had to drink a glass and hold it for 30 mins, then drink another hour and hold it in for 1:30 mins. I didn't get to the 2nd glass.

Then I got transported to another hospital where they thought I had appendicitis. The whole time my mom thought that's what I had. Go her.

My operation was Thursday and it went really well. I stayed in bed all day Thursay after the operation. Getting up only to use the bathroom, which was a pain in the butt because I had to unplug my IV and keep it from getting tangled.

They had me on liquid food the whole time I was there, except right when I left I got switched over to soild. Hospital food is nasty! But everyone was really nice and I'm healthy (just in pain).

And I got some good news at work. Debra found out and told Dana to tell me that I don't have to work all next week but I'll still get paid. Dana was nice enough to get me a card and had everyone at the school sign it. That made me feel very special.

Well, I'm at Seth's and they're leaving so I'll talk to all of you later.

Bye.

I'm at UNC stealing their internet access! WHOO! *shhhh* I mean *whispers* I'm at unc stealing their internet access.

But in other news, I've been getting out a lot lately and it's been a blast. I saw Transformers and Harry Potter in the same week. I've been wanting to see ratatouille, but I don't want to go by myself. If anyone wants to roll, just send me a note.

Transformers was awesome. Full of action and lots of humor. I was surprized by the humor. I thought it was going to be serious (even though it kinda was). But it was a lot of fun and I highly recommend you seeing it.

Harry Potter was meh. I'm sorry if this hurts any Harry Potter fans out there. But it was really boring. I almost fell asleep twice. And the action was less than grand. I'm sure the books are great, but I didn't pay to read the book. I paid to see the movie.

In demo reel news, I cut together a rough today. So far I have two flythroughs of some environments I've been working on, four turnarounds, an intro effect animation, and a partridge in a pear tree. I didn't compress the first one and it came out to 566 mb. The others were 60, then 17, then 13.something, but it started looking nasty below 17. As far as quality of the work goes, I've been getting lots of good comments. Thank you guys at the school!

birthday was friday. I went to his party last night and it was a lot of fun. We danced all night and watched movies. But wait, you ask. Wasn't I suppose to work that night? Oh, that's right. I quit Kroger. They made me mad.

...well, actually, I was "hanging by a thred". I got wrote up twice in one night and he said if I ever did anything wrong that I was going to be fired on the spot. Well, as I was leaving Seth's party I got on 540 in the wrong direction so it took me about an hour and 20 mins to get back but I only gave myself 40. So on the way I decied, "Screw it, I'm missing my friend's birthday party." Don't worry about me though, I've saved every dime since November and I'll be good for at least a few months.

It was crazy because I was standing right next to it when it happened. Actually, I riding on the damn thing. I tried to stop it but it was too much. It took about 3 hours to clean up. Brian's a lot of fun to work with. Before we took it out he said he was going to make a pond in the middle of the store. And later I was like, "Damn man, you're weren't kidding." XD

1. Do you like animals?
Yeah, I like cats, dogs, fish, rabbits and more. But I mostly like cats because they're cleaner.

2. Have you ever met an online friend in person?
It seems that dA has become my only communication to new students since for some reason students don't use the library. (For those who do, I'm not yelling at you).

3. Are you athletic?
No. I do try to stay healthy and exersise every now and then.

4. Are you: thin, fat, athletically built etc:
I'm pretty darn thin from what people tell me. I've been trying to gain weigh but nothing works. It's really annoying that everything is 99% fat free.

5. How much do you weigh?
150

6. What's your height?
6'1"

7. Shoe size?
12

8. Are you tomboyish, etc?
If the opposite of this question is, "Am I girly?", then no.

9. How old are you?
21!

10. When is your birthday?
6/27 every year

11. Do you like to receive gift art?
I like to receive as well as give.

12. Are you sociable. Honestly?
Depends. I'm not very sociable at work, which sucks cuz that's the only place where I have a huge mass of people to make friends with. I usually open up a lot at home or online.

13. Do you have a lot of friends?
I belive in quality over quantity.

14. What's your race?
I don't know. I look white.

15. Do you talk on the phone?
I never leave home without it.

16. Are you single or taken?
Single if anyone's interested.

17. Do you eat meat?
A lot, probably too much.

18. Are you paranoid?
I only get paranoid about people following me when I'm driving.

19. Do you read a lot?
Not lately. Too busy.

20. Do you listen to music, what kind?
All kinds of rock and classial music.

21. Do you play instruments?
I've been playing keyboard for 10 years and self-taught.

22. How long have you been drawing?
Since 9th grade, but hardcore style only recently.

23. What's the meaning of life?
Go to school. Get rich. Buy big house. Get married. Fill it up with babies. Rear them right. Keep wife happy. Then die.

24. Tag 5 friends that they must take this into their journal.
Tagging people is annoying. Anyone who reads this is welcome but is not obligated to put one of this in there journal.

I do know the night before a man almost got robbed. Two guys approached the man's car with guns. The guy in the car realized what was going on the peeled out of there, but not before they shot out his window.

I've been keeping myself safe. I now have to lock the doors at night. I think it makes the employees who come in the morning mad, but I just tell them about the robbery and they shut up.

In other news, I'm still alive and 21 now. Dana passed around a card the faculty signed. I was wondering how everybody knew. Then we all ate cup cakes. Yum yum.
Some people think they can just take whatever they want have it charged to there account. But listen people! There's a whole process behind getting the books you see in this library. Dana has to order them. Then ya gotta wait a few days and then I have to process them. It's like a week process and it annoys the hell out of me when students they, "Oh just charge that joint to my account, homes" Charge it to your own bloody account.

*huff* *puff*

I'm doing overdues today since this quarter is wrapping up. Ever since Dana has been working here, we've been getting almost all our stuff back. I don't know what it is about that woman. I guess people just like her a lot more. But that another topic. I have the student an amazon print out of how much it cost to replace the book. It was like a $40 book. And a lot people liked that book.

I was talking to a lady about taking books like that, and she said at bigger colleges they charge a huge fee to make them think twice. I sure wish they'd do that here.
Anyways, thanks for reading.

As most of you all ready know, I work at the School of Communication Arts as a library assistant. It’s an easy job and I consider it an anchor in my life that keeps me sane. I recently had my one-year anniversary their. It’s hard to believe it has been a year. Lots of fun memories! I graduated there in December 2005 with my AS in animation. I love to help people with projects and I’m an excellent problem solver. I’m more visual than anything so if you have a problem, try not to go on and on about, just show me and I’ll do the rest.

As you might not know, I also work at Kroger, a grocery store, as a stocker. I work their 3rd shift so if I ever seem irritated and very sleepy, forgive me. That’s my full time job and more than pays the bills.

I enjoy listen to movie and game soundtracks. I also have been teaching myself keyboard for ages. I’m getting fairly good; I recently discovered the notes to the Pirates theme. has asked me to teach him some things about keyboarding and I’m really looking forward to it. And since I’m working in a library I have access to all these great books on the subject.

If you feel like asking me a random question, now would be the time.

That is all. Have a great day!

I’m making a thank you thing for getting 1000 hits. Did anybody I know hit it? I know I didn’t say I was going to make one, but what the hey.

I’m currently doing a new project in Maya. I’m trying to out do my friend Anthony, who did a Lego model. I went to Wal-Mart and bought a cool looking Lego set of some mech-looking thing. I’m modeling it piece-by-piece and then it’s all about just putting it together. I might post some test renders of my progress. I don't know though; I feel like it’s going to be one of those things that when I start I won’t stop until I’m finished.

I’ve also noticed that my Jak environment and Sora’s sword are some of my most view and faved pieces. I could easily model Goofy’s shield and Donald’s mage staff. Hmmm :evil plotting:

Any suggestions as far as projects go?

Thanks for reading. Have a good one.

My ex-roommate had decided not to pay me for a month of taking him to and from work. I've lost hours of sleep just to make sure he got there on time. He claims that I was hostile towards him and that all I did was complain and that I need to stop telling him what to do with his life and money. All I said was that if he could afford 200 a month on me, then he could afford a car. Hell, he's gonna need one someday. But no, he's too busy buying xbox 360 games and high speed internet to get a car. Well, I hope he enjoys walking to work this summer because I'm refusing to take him. I was trying to give him good advice and damn good advice at that. He's over 2gs in credit card debit so he needs some guidance. Period. I was even going to teach him to drive if got a car but not now.

Thankfully Dana use to work in the legal system and her brother is a lawyer. So I'm definitely getting all the help I could possibly get. Dana printed out some paper work and helped me fill it out saying what all he owed. I have to wait until tomorrow to give it to the courts.
Also, I tried out that new Japanese Restaurant that just opened up, Hayashi. It was pretty good. The atmosphere was relaxing. So relaxing the time flew by so fast I didn't relize that I was late coming back from lunch. As usual, Dana, my boss, was pretty cool with it.
Anyways, what's been good with Rob. Hmmm I almost got into a wreck last night. A guy was tailgating me when I had to hit my brakes really hard. Then he beeped at me like it was my falt. Lucky no one was hurt. Later a truck full of dudes passed me when I was doing 65 in a 55 and beeped at me like I was doing something wrong. At this point I was starting to feel like people were just trying to mess with me. So I punched it and passed the trucker dudes at like 85ish and beeped at them. That gave me quite a rush.

I moved into my new apartment! It's great. It's just like my last apartment only flipped. All my stuff is all jumbled up and here, there and everywhere and I'm taking care of that now.

Every time I step out my apartment this cat would come up to me like s/he wanted something. I've been wanting a cat for a long time as some of you may know. So I was like what the hell. I brought her in and showed her around. She actually followed me, meowing mostly. I couldn't figure out what she wanted. I thought I'd do good at knowing what she wanted because both my brothers have children but no. lol

I also saw the Hills Have Eyes 2 and ughh... I wanted to see 300 and I'll probably be pissed if I don't get to see it in the theater.

I don't feel like typing much. Passing out textbooks now. Dana's getting pissed that I'm writing this Journal instead of working. What?

I know it's been awhile but I've been busy trying to get some life matters straightened out. Two good friends of mine who said they were thinking about moving in with me have decided not to. It's all right though, I'm sure they have their reasons. So now I'm down to just one friend. I'll probably talk to the student services lady to see if she can get me some nice first quarter students.

As far as that gaming list goes, I've gotten a lot done. Ratchet and Clank 2 and 3 are now under my belt. Kudos to for letting me borrow Up Your Arsenal. (If you are reading this, it's here with me. I might leave before you get here so I'll just give it to the librarian.)

God of War II
All the older Final Fantasies from VI and below
The Castlenvania series
<strike>Katamari Damacy</strike>
<strike> Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando</strike>
<strike> Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal</strike>
<strike>Ratchet: Deadlocked</strike>
Jak X
Guitar Hero 1
Guitar Hero 2

In other news, I've been talking to a few 1st quarter students who are serious about making a game. They saw my environment in the library and they want me to work with them to make cool backgrounds. I'm waiting for them to email me a script and some concept work they have all ready done so I can start thinking about the environments. I'm going to try my best but, personally, I think they're a little over ambitious but we'll see how things go.

I had to sit infront of a machine that they said would shoot a puff of air at my eye and would scare me. I wish they wouldn't have told me that last bit bacause I couldn't keep from trembling slightly there after. Hooray for being shell shocked.

After I got my vision checked I went across capital from wally's world to the frame shop across from Kroger. I got word that the legendary Cherokee ninja came back to Kroger, and if you thought his stories were funny last time just wait until you hear this. He told us that he had a helicopter waiting for him at a nearby rest area that was scheduled to go to Iraq to give the troops supplies. Bull#^&*!!! The man is hilarious though, but I think he needs some serious hospitalization, or some crack or something.

Did anybody else have the greatest time of their lives last night or is it just I?

Anyways, I found out that in order to audit a class you have to have taken the class already and failed it or not learned what you wanted to learn out of it. So therefore I won't be taken Mr. Kelly's Flash class. I'm still going to see if I can't sneak like a ninja into his class under the radar because I'm übercool and what not.

Oh yeah, I'm gonna ask around about auditing Mr. Kelly's flash class because I've been thinking about making that game still and my goal is to have something playable by this year. (yeah, a pretty big time slot but I don't know hardly anything about flash so...)

What else?

Ummm, let's see... Kroger almost got robbed! I was working Sunday night when this self-described Cherokee indian medicine man tried to buy $800 bucks of stuff but could only pay for half of it. He tried to drive off with the goods but Brian took his keys. Then he got really upset and threatened us saying he had guns and ninja swords. The swords were visible, so we assumed he wasn't lying about the guns. I called 911 and told them about the situation and had 2 cops there in no time. Nothing bad happened and everyone was alright.

To be honest, I thought it was pretty funny when he started talking about how President Ronald Reagan called him from heaven to wish him happy birthday.

And on a very irrelevant note, I bought Sly 2: Band of Thieves and it's great!
Goodbye '06

I can't believe I've had such a wonderful year. This marks the first year I've lived away from home. It was one of those things I wanted to do just to see if I could do it, and well, here I am. I've learned that paying your own rent will make you grow up. lol And that's about all.

Well, hope everyone had a happy New Years. Me? O, I went to a party at 's house - first time ever going to a party (except if you count that one held by EA). I met a few people but didn't really talk to anyone. Parties are weird if you don't know anyone there.

I woke up the other day and had an idea to make a RPG in flash. I've been researching how to do the coding for random battles and found nothing... Flashkit has giving me nothing but crap. It's either beginner level stuff I know all too well or advance stuff that's at a level I'm not at yet. I started reading a really good tutorial but found that the guy writing it got lazy and never finished it. Ah!

I'm gonna go bug Dana into getting some books on the matter.

I've also been thinking about long-term goals and I want to buy a house, but first I need go get school loans paid off.
I upgraded the CD player in my car, I hope Mom doesn't mind. It sounds freaking sweet, like this house, and I can't wait to get better speakers lest the ones I have might pop.

I only got two hours of sleep last night but I don't mind, I promised a friend I'd take them to wal-mart so he could get a bike and he did and I stayed around to see if I worked and all. Everything went well.

Then I sat around in the library doing random stuff. I got to chill with and before work. Yay.

Today is one of two days that I'm off from Kroger and I want to spend this time off with people. Help me please.

Earlier today my phone was acting crazy so if I missed a call sorry.

And thank you for helping me at work. Yay.

EDIT:

As for christmas, I already know what I'm going to get one friend for christmas but I don't know what to get the rest. What do you people want? It's hard to read minds!

That's all.

See ya.

Hi everyone. This is Hallow Eve. This is Hallow Eve. Everybody scream ‘til the neighbours come and tell you to lol I went and seen Saw III Sunday morning. Who knew the clocks needed to be set back an hour?

Hi, I’m Rob and I live under a rock.

I also saw Hostel, The Crow, Interview with a Vampire, and Blade Trinity. I do think that makes a record for the most movies I’ve seen in a day that were all different. I usually have a general disinterest for scary movies but I think I’m starting to have more of an appreciation for them. I thought Saw III was awesome; the ending kick anus – I so didn’t expect the twist but if I paid attention to the first two it might have been obvious… or not.

Also, I’ve been looking for some of the environmental stuff I did for Jack Skelleton’s room way back when and, unfortunately, I can’t find it. It was on a CD-RW that I overwrote with my flatbook. Sorry if I got anybody’s hopes up.

But I do have some good news! That Halloween bike is ready for submission. I’ve showed a 5th quarter student Friday and he thought it was impressive; I got a “jaw drop” reaction so that’s good but… then again… I’ve seen this guy’s work and I think anything would be good to him.(sad for being 5th quarter… burn on him) I hope I’m wrong though.

Last friday night I got the idea to go visit my parents. So I went to school early Saturday to mapquest the directions.

I love mapquest. It's the best but don't try to drive and look at the directions at the same time, okay?

It had been almost a year since I visited home. So much has changed. Trees are taller. I'm taller. Buildings that were under contruction when I left are now complete. Old roads are freshly paved. My brother's baby boy can now formulate sentences but still has difficulty pronouncing his words.

And thus comes the dilemma... My parents are begging me to move back in with them. I'd love to stay here for financial reasons but I can't leave my friends, they're all I have. If I did move, I'd get to keep a lot more of the money that I make but being stuck at the house all day just isn't worth it to me. Then again, I wouldn't have to see skeletor ever again... *shakes head* What am I thinking? Friends. Right, can't leave friends behind. Yeah. I'll probably just make weekly or biweekly visits on the weekends depending on if I can afford gas.

Good morning everyone and all that good stuff. I'm going to be out and about this morning, hunting for a job. I mapquested (that's right, I'm using it as a verb now!) directions to Wake Med and Rex Hospital. Hopefully I'll get a job!

Please wish me luck.

I got absolutely no sleep last night. My mind keep wondering about possible designs for that halloween bike. I've started to sketch in forms rather than in just lines. I can't help but think it looks a bit like my old bike, as far as style goes anyways. I guess that's a good thing. I thought for a good while about how I could go about actually modeling various parts for my bike, right down to the deformer I was going to use to bend the shapes to how I was going to rig the chain.

More later and possible scraps...*yawn*

My work/school is having a halloween party for the staff employees. I was personally invited to come drink with them at this party a few weeks ago but declined because I know it's going to be nothing but a bunch of drunks and I don't want to be around all of that. Trust me, I've seen pictures of the last few parties. I'm under 21, by the way but I'll forgive the lady who asked because I am the youngest person working here and she just didn't know. Anyways, the err head honcho has now decided that the party is mandatory -- if I don't show up I'll be fired, basically. I have no problem eating cheese and crackers while drunks puck on themselves. :sigh face:.com But it's stupid things like that that make me laugh and want to leave. I say laugh because I refuse to let her dumb s&*% get the best of me.
Also, Shawn Lovette visited my school and gave a speech. If you don't know him his website is [link] Check him out; he's a pretty good drawer.

Hello everyone!

Yeah, I had trouble thinking of a title...

Anyways, all is good in the neighborhood! I put up a few sketches in my scraps. Please check them out! I have a few Halloween bike concepts.

I’m currently re-render New Neo-haven; I’m trying to get the glow on the sky to look right. I’m testing it at a mere 100 by 200 pixels and it’s still taking about 5 minutes. Not that I’m complaining or anything… I commandeered the computer next to me so I can multitask, which is always a good thing Each of the full size renders are taking over 40 minutes, not bad actually.

Also, thank you for the “added pageviews”. They make me feel warm and cuddly inside and are much appreciated.

What else

I wonder what happened to the emotion thingy under the status. Does anyone else notice that?
