Fallout 3 about 200 years after a nuclear war in America turned it into a wasteland. This RP room isn't only people who are fans of the Fallout series of games but also for anyone who wants to RP in a post apoplectic nuclear wasteland.

The rules are just avoid and annoying behavior and the like also with your characters that you make don't make them overpowered like if you make a Super-Mutant don't make an intelligent one as those are Superior to humans in every way except for the fact that they are far to large to get into some spaces.

In this RP room if you want to fight zombies its best to get someone to RP as a horde of zombies.

Let me tell you about the zombies you will be dealing with.

The zombies here have very little coordination they are very dumb and not very strong though they don't feel pain or get sick they have a virus that is spread through saliva blood or something like that getting into your mouth or blood infecting you if you get infected by the zombies here you don't die from the virus you turn into a zombie when you die of something else like age or the zombie biting you zombies do not die unless you destroy the brain. Don't think locked door will save you the zombies can eventually knock them down by the shear weight of the hordes pressing against the door. Zombies can tell you are there and are human by a sixth sense and can find you by hearing and sight keep lights and noises down in case you are hiding.

Orc: Good brute strength and defense also have sharp teeth that may prove useful for combat has trouble adapting to magic.

Breton: Are more frail then other species but more durable than High or Dark elf are extremely proficient in the magical arts and are also resistant to the attacks from it.

Imperial (Human): Have no advantages and no disadvantages they are also the rulers of Cyrodil containing the biggest city in tamriel.

Red gaurd: Very powerful dark skinned human with natural brute strength and speed but also have trouble adapting to magic faster than the orc and slightly less durable and slightly worse brute strength.

Nord: Tall fair skinned powerful humans with a high resistance to cold little bit less durable and strong then the orcs and red gaurds.

Altmer (High elf): Not durable extreme weakness to Fire Ice and Lightning but have extreme magical power.

Dunmer (Dark Elf): Agile good at destruction magic and balanced sword and bow fighters.

Bosmer (Wood elf): Fragile very agile extreme eye site they make the finest archers in tamriel very observant trackers.

Argonian: Lizard like amphibious creatures immune to disease and resistant to poisons they can breath underwater and on land and the females tend to be gifted in magic.

Khajit: Cat like people very agile silent the quickest race they make the best theives and they can use there teeth and claws in a pinch in combat and even as a lock pick and there long tails to grab light things or drag heavier things and it gives them great balance they also are gifted with the ability to see in the dark.

Deadra: Demons they can be unintelligent beasts or intelligent humanoids they can leave the planes of oblivion witch is the chatrooms equivalent to hell (People can't leave the plain of oblivion with the deadra) they use unstable portals between Tamriel and Oblivion the portals are one way and shut behind them so they only way a Deadra could get back would to be assassinating the emperor in doing that they distinguish the dragon fires and allow stable portals to exist if they have an Heir they can re-light them using the sacred amulet of kings so stealing it is a must if the emperor has living heirs

Magic focuses around 8 schools:

Alteration: This allows you to use spells that Decrease the weight of items temporarly increase them temporarily Shield yourself and allows you to walk on water and breath under it for short amounts of time.

Conjuration: Allows you to summon unintelligent deadra and undead. (Deadra are demons)

Destruction: Allows you to attack with fire ice or lightning.

Illusion: Allows you to turn invisible for short amounts of time (Do anything but moving and even starting an attack will make you visible again with a bright flash of light. you can't even open a door) Create bright lights for short amounts of time see in the dark for short amounts of time and slow enemy down for short amounts of time and allows you to make other mages incapable to cast spells for short amounts of time.

Mysticism: Allows you to Detect life at a certain range for short amounts of time dispel magic the more experienced you are the better magic you can dispel and use telekinesis on small objects (Not useful in combat really mostly useful for stealing)

Restoration: Cure disease cure poison and heal.

Rules: No godmodding trolling spamming advertising anything not having to do with the game making characters with relation with characters from the games as they do not exist in this room less experienced mages can't have extremely powerful magic you can not start out super experienced if you are super good at one form of fighting like archery chances are you won't be in another form like magic no cross breeding Argonians because they are amphibious reptiles and everyone else is mammalian if you are a member of the Mage guild you can't be in the fighters guild but you can be in the arena or a secret guild

Guilds:

Mages guild: A guild to the study of magic.

Fighters guild: Hired swords.

Arena: A arena were you fight to the death for glory and money.

Thieves guild: A secret guild of thieves you can't join unless you are invited.

Mythic dawn: A secret cult of deadra worshippers you have to be given the mythic dawn commentaries book to join.
