As you maybe saw i created a calendar using the pictures 13-24 from the 100-pictures-series i am working at:




The preview shows the pages all together at once. The printed version has got 14 pages, including a Front- and a Backpage.

The size is A5 (10,5x14,8 cm) on white board. And the best: you can buy one (or two... or three... or how-much-ever)!

Some days ago i thought about creating a new journal entry. As you maybe saw, the last one was from this years january - nearly a whole year ago! I thought about what to write - actually it is not like if there would nothing happen in my life. But i thought about how to write, and especially how to write it in english and forgot during that what to say... the result was another not-written journal entry...


But NOW! There happened several things at nearly one time. Did you recognised that great CSS-Design of my journal :D ? Let me start in the beginning...
Wonderful *manslaughterer told me once about the Theme Art Challenges which are hold every two weeks at the Digital Media Chat (have a look for the next event and more information at =DMchat). During that challenges you get a topic and time for working digitally about it - drawing, photomanips, 3D-Designs and all that kind of digital art. A jury decides about the best pictures of each round - and the first place wins a one-month-subscription. This is where my one came from :giggle: .


Last Saturday i joined at the middle of the first round. The topic was "Fall" and i had about 35 minutes left. I decided to draw something that came to my mind and loaded it up - and unbelievably WON! It was said "With all the judge's votes"...
I was stunned - and excited! The first place in the first round of the TACs! That evening i went very happy to bed. Sunday came and left and on monday i went to university again.


Between two courses i had a break and decided to go to an Internetpool some minutes before it closed to write some mails. Then i had a short look at dA - and was unable to believe my eyes. 187 messages?! 168M??! First i had the stupid thought that maybe a friend would have had a look at my page after a long time and wrote and answered some comments and added some pictures to favourites ^^; . But then i saw my userpage - and the comment "Congrats on your DD"! :dance:



I was so excited and happy and still am - and this won't stop that fast again. I got so many nice comments and a lot of people risked a look over the edge of the DD at my whole gallery and left there also their traces. THANK YOU! is all i can say, and i cannot repeat it often enough :blowkiss:.


I will try to be more active on dA for the future, but as long as there will be no new picture by me you are invited to spend a look at the gallery of the guy who helped me designing my new journal:

to me the last days of 2006 were quite lovely. christmas was very cosy and i relaxed from all the night-work i did before...

concerning my appeareance on deviantart they were also very great. as you saw, i created a calendar using the first twelve pictures of the 100-picture-series. i printed 20 pieces - and i could have made even more! as the year was gone, i sold or presented all of them! i never thought it would work that fast :excited: . and i get a lot of compliments for the prints. i am so glad about that! it showed to me that all the work was not in vain.

thanks to all of your feedback on my pictures. without it i would not be where i am now - working on the next one :D .

oh well, i am sorry for my english is so poor. believe me, i cannot express how thankful i am for the last days and your support :blowkiss: .

as you know (my good watcher :aww:) i'm currently at work with the 100-picture-issue. it's fun, and i'm quite fast *cough* with it.

the other fact is, that in some weeks there will be the next year, 2007.

and the third, that maybe some of you do not have a calendar yet. or friends who need one.

well, let's combine that: what would you do, if i would put the pictures together for a calendar? it would have the size A5 and look like this:
