Je sais que ces derniers temps je laisse un peu ma page en plan, mais beaucoup de choses m’ont empêcher de dessiner. Ma vie est un peu compliquée.

Je suis occupé sur d’autres fronts, je dois trouver un nouvel appartement, un nouveau travail et trois de mes proches sont morts. Mon père, un grand oncle et une des sœur de mon meilleur ami. La succession de mon père m’a pris six mois de démarches administratives en tout genre et à peine terminé, un nouveau décès se profile puis un autre. C’est assez exaspérant. Après la longue maladie qui m’a touché l’année dernière, je me demande ce qui peut encore arriver. On dit que plus on tombe bas plus la chance nous sourie après. Je dois avouer que j’en ai un peu marre de creuser. Vivement la remontée…

Tout ça pour dire que je ne vous oublie pas, j’ai fait quelques crayonnés de Lénaïck que je m’apprête à encrer dès que j’aurais un peu de temps. En attendant je vous poste un petit bout du crayonné du prochain dessin. Un nu très féminin et sensuel.

I know that lately I didn’t post much, but many things have me to prevent from drawing. My life is a little bit complicated.

I’m occupied on other fronts, I have to find a new apartment, a new work and three of my close relations died. My father, a big uncle and one of my best friend sisters. The succession of my father took me six months of administrative procedures of all kinds and hardly ended, a new death is outlined then the other one. It is rather morally exhausting. After the long disease which touched me last year, I wonder what can again arrive. We say that more we fall low more the luck smiles to us later. We shall see…

All this to say that I do not forget you, I made some sketches of Lénaïck which I get ready to ink as soon as I would have a little of time. By waiting I post you a small end of the sketche of the next drawing. A very feminine and sensual nude.

Lénaïck is an elf/human half-breed.

Lénaïck is a Celtic name. Before the Roman invasion to 58 at 51 BC, France (then called Gaul) was a Celtic land. The Celtic traditions are still present today in some parts of the country like in Brittany, the region where Lénaïck was born.

In my story elves are represented by this rest of People. The mother of Lénaïck, Abigael, was the last pure blood Celtic. Lénaïck is the last representative of the People although she's a half-breed. The Celtic People had disappeared due to a lack of fertility (a bit like the Neanderthal ...) and the newborns low immune resistance.

The chances for a elf woman to give birth of a half-breed baby are even lower since in general pregnancies fail to run at term. The fact that the Lénaïck mother is able to getting pregnant is almost miraculous.

Lénaïck inherited from her mother her lock of white hair, pointed ears and her imposing chest. (Although her mother was much smaller). She has unfortunately also immune problems and her poor vision and virginal hypertrophy are certainly related to the fact that she is a half-breed . Later she may also have problems procreating.

I know that all of this seems very sad but I wanted to bring a little fantasy in my story without necessarily seem unreal. Lénaïck is something like the hyphen between the distant past borrowing mysteries and magic and the modern world rid of all these faiths, only believing in humans and science at the beginning of the twentieth century.



I hope that you will find my explanations clear (I had trouble explaining it in English ...).
