Ok, over 5 years on DA. Don't I deserve a DD at some point? Not asking, just saying. True I don't care about pageviews, but a milestone is a milestone and having something on the front page of anything is an achievement. Either way DD or not i'm gonna keep cranking out what I feel like are amazing pieces.

This is one of those "because I haven't for a while" updates. You know what they are. Slake the thirst of your readership, you must. How are you all? Great. I have done much of the same lately; shoot, edit, post, repeat. Surely you've seen more of my work go up in recent days.

As with all posts of mine, this one really says nothing and goes nowhere. I got into taking pictures because it was easy for me to convey how I felt with an image. Enjoy the images.

Theres always something to distract me from what I should be doing. This time its GTA IV, and the fact that I now spend most of my Saturday gallery sitting at Swarm.

78 days to be precise.

And primarily due to the fact that I stopped shooting for trade at the beginning of the year. Funny thing is I got way more offers for paid gigs before I announced I was only doing paid assignments. Hopefully once I put the 2007 book out, things will change. I'm also looking into doing some editorial work for the Associated Press. Just having a hard time catching up with the lady at the local office. Also, wedding season is fast approaching, and that should see an increase in business as well.

But damn if I don't hate shooting weddings.

I sold the Nikon CP880 and accessories (1GB or so worth of CF Cards, bag, battery+charger) for 100$.

2 days later, ~JennyNeo gets accepted to SG and asks me to do her first shoot.

As a gift to myself, my girlfriend and any children that may enter the scene in the near future, i've quit smoking. Seriously this time. It's been about a week and a half, and i've convinced myself I hate smoking so much that I haven't even really thought about smoking. I was always scared to try, seeing as how i've been doing it for 15+ years. I'll keep you posted as I continue to make progress!
