On a lighter note, I haven't been posting due to uber work from school and my F.I.T. portfolio which seems to most likely not be happening. So I've been of course, depressed since I've been working myself to the bone. I'll post pictures of my designs and scans as well, very soon. It's been to say the least, hellish the last few months. BUT i hope to be posting *something* of some worth sometime soon. Currently in the Intro to Computer Art class I'm taking I've been working on a tarot card project, now a landscape project, collage, pattern, and something else that I'm sure I'm forgetting. Meh.

Oh yeah my hair now full of colors: blue green pink purple red and bits of blonde. Picture of that sometime soon too.

I'm sick of a lot of people, especially on da. A lot of them cannot handle criticism for their lives and this is an art site. Did you all really think that if you post something that everyone would love it? If they did, they would leave comments. And most of those who don't leave comments (hint: don't really think your art is all that great). I'm not trying to sound pretentious at all, I've just been through this and I hate to see other people go through it too. The bits of criticism you do get, only make you better. That is why teachers always say 'oh you have to compliment and then criticise' Why? Because people are tempermental and just overly sensitive so they should just shut up and take a step back. It's really quite irritating. That's why I don't post negative comments because people take it the wrong way and bitch you out and drag it on and on. Avoid conflict, but perhaps I could post criticisms, whether the person takes it in or not is their decision. I am so sick of people priding themselves on these absurd pageviews and thinking that if they can promote themselves enough that all those pageviews were because people really *wanted* to see your work is pathetic. It's not the way to go. If you really disagree with me, I welcome your responses everyone. I need a serious vacation from all this stuff. I mean look at my last submission, if that doesn't spell insanity, I don't know what does. I've really been pushng myself to work on this manga but I can't even plan out the little sketch of page 5 of my manga. I have another 11-14 pages left I really want to win this. But I know I won't get first prize, but I can still hope I think.... ::sighs:: i have to work on this constitution for the anime/cartoon/video game club at school. I have to plan out how I'm going to pay for school and other expenses and it's on my mind 24/7 I don't seem to be able to escape it. I really just want to tell people to fuck off at work and my family to get off my case about how I dress and how I live my life. For beginners...it's MY LIFE. Blar.

Anyway.. my story is going like this. Aden(the girl i drew sleeping before) is casually walking on the sidewalk, some weird guy pops out of no where behind her. She gets crushed by a random meteor summoned by the weird guy(Doriann). He just disappears after that. Pg1. Then she's got this out of body experience and she's all like chibi style drawn. And her body's in the hospital and she's like bandaged and in a coma. The weird guy comes by for some reason.Yeah he just gets there out of nowhere. He can see her floatin' over there but hecan't hear her so he just lays one on her (meaning a DOOM kiss) and she like flat lines and dies. Pg2. Then she wakes up somewhere on a bed all confused and like 'wtf mate' and she sees some FREAK(ako) standing there with like a death aura emitting from him so i guess he's kind of pissed ^_^; and yeah. She's all like poking at his ears cause he's got pointy elfish ears. And he's just like 'Keep touching and I'll kiww you"(pg3) and she's all like "eh he..." and stops and some weird cat boy we'll call him Leon for now is all like 'HE"S JUST KIDDING!!!" and it's like whoa. i mean like WHOA. And then Ako and Leon are all liek BLEH with each other and Aden's just like wtf. Oh oh oh, and THEN she just passes out again. and Ako's like "De. Ja. Vu." and Leon's like "Let's poke her with a stick!" and that's pg 4.
