I’m happy, I’m euphoric… I’ve been in the Muse’s concert!! It was last Tuesday at half past nine… but I was lining up since five o’clock, with cold, wind and hunger (well, not much, I had a lot of chocolate to share with my sister xD)
But when the music began, I forget all the cold and other worries, I jumped and sing and shout and cried all the two hours… Well, I only cried when they played Time is running out because it was the very first song I’ve ever heard from Muse, and I loved it even before I knew what band played the song :heart:
Mathew & co. are the best, the show was great, and the Hall was full! Everybody was singing and jumping and shouting (and maybe someone more cried too? xD). It was one of the best nights of my life. And I bought the official shirt from the Tour :meow:


El martes fue el concierto de Muse aquí en Barcelona… Y fue BRUTAL!!!! Aun estoy alucinando, todavía no me lo creo… fue una pasada! No paré de saltar y de cantar, y también de chillar xD Alba me decía que dejase de chillar que le estaba perforando el tímpano xDD Es que a mí me sale el tí;pico chillido de chica, agudo e insoportable xDD
Y bueno… ya lo he dicho todo en inglés, arriba, así que para qué repetirse? xD Si alguna vez tenéis la oportunidad de ver a Muse en directo: Id!! Y avisadme, claro ;P

I'm sorry I'm submiting so slowly, but this new course is being SO new in all senses... my University timetable is weird, and I've had some problems with my subjects because my degree (Humanities) is changing into the new European University System and bleh... xD
But I'm really enjoying all my new subjects, specially Baroque Art :love:

And I've started to learn Italian!! I wanna go to Italy in a Student Exchange into one or two years, so I'm preparing my staying since now :) Well, I've only did two classes but it seems easy (it's simillar to my two first languages, Spanish and Catalan) and lessons are funny!

So, I'm busy but happy :aww:
And I'm counting down the days to November 27th: Muse's concert in Barcelona!! :dance:
...and to December 12th: My birthday! xD

I’ve decided to make commissions, so here are my rules:

:bulletpurple: You must send me a note with all the info about the commission (writing descriptions and visual references). When I accept your commission, I will send you a sketch. If you agree with the sketch, you must pay me (via Paypal) and then I will do the drawing.

:bulletpurple:It’s important that you are sincere when you see the sketch – as I do traditional art, once I begin the definitive drawing I can’t go back!

:bulletpurple:I only begin the definitive drawing once I confirm you have paid me. The definitive drawing will take me one month as much far (I have to do my class work too! >.< )

:bulletpurple:I draw: Girls! Cute, sexy, funny girls. Fan arts. Your original characters. Portraits IN MY STYLE.

:bulletpurple:I don’t draw: Boys. Sorry but I can’t’ offer you good drawings of boys :( Anthro (although you can ask for a girl with cat ears or stuff like that ^^). Realistic drawings/portraits. Nothing that I consider offensive!

Prizes:

:bulletpurple:There’s only one price for drawings: 10€ (sorry, but it’s easier for me think in Euros than in Dollars ^^U)

:bulletpurple:That price is for one character, and can be portrait or full-body, with a basic backgroung and colors (you can choose the main colors if you want to, and also ask for a monochrome drawing!). The size of the drawing is A4 (aprox. 21x29 cm) and the support is paper (I usually use Canson paper for watercolor). The materials can be pencil, watercolors or/and acrylics, it depends of your choices, the drawing and my mood ;P

:bulletpurple:If you wanna add more characters, the prize increases 2€ by character (the limit are 4 characters). For a more detailed background, you must pay 6€ more (dude, I don’t like doing elaborated backgrounds! XD)

:bulletpurple:I only send the originals if you request it, so the shipping costs are not included in the 10€ and they can vary. Ask me for note about them.

About bags and sneakers

Holidays, goodbyes and some news

Hello!

Next Monday I'm going to move to my little and boring village :noes:
So in three weeks I'll be absolutely out from deviantART: no submissions, no comments, no nothing! Well, maybe some Fave&Run if I can kidnap some computer xDD

I also wanna tell you that my fan art of Pride and Prejudice has reached today the 100 Faves.

Thanks to all who faved it, and specially to ~Faoiltiarna-Wolf who gave the 100th favourite! :dance:

And I'm thinking in open Comissions in September. What would you prefer to buy (if you'd buy something)? Drawings, paintings, customized sneakers/bags...? And what would you pay for it?

Holaaaa!!!

El lunes me voy al pueblo, donde estaré tres semanas sin deviantART... nooooo!!!! :noes: creo que me gastaré todo el presupuesto del verano en ir al ciber xDD
Pero por si no me saco el abono al locutorio, que sepáis que ya comentaré/favearé (o hasta las dos cosas a la vez) todo vuestro arte cuando vuelva en septiembre :aww:

Además, quería dedicarme unas lineas de autobombo: hoy mi fan art de Orgullo y Prejuicio ha conseguido su favorito nº 100!!! :dance:

Y también me interesaría saber qué opináis de las comissions del dA, en concreto si yo hiciera encargos: me compraríais algo? qué? cuánto pagaríais?
Estoy planteándome seriamente realizar encargos a partir de septiembre. La crisis es muy dura... T_T Y precisamente porque todos vamos de culo por la crisis los precios serán bastante económicos :D
Eso sí, si opináis y tal me sería de gran ayuda :meow:

So, here's my list!

  1. I have only 10€ for all my summer. No job to get money neither...
    Positive: I'm increasing my creativity to earn money, and discovering all the free cultural activities that offers my city, Barcelona
  2. This august I have to go to my little, small and lost-in-the-mountain village, what means I'll be like a hermit.
    positive: I will go to oil painting lessons with my first Art teacher (who show me a paintbrush for first time on my life 14 years ago!
  3. In September I have to do 5 exams to pass the course...
    Positive: I will keep my study rhythm, and I have all the summer to prepare them.
  4. I STILL didn't buy a swimming suit! (no beach or pool YET)
    Positive: I have a great excuse for a shopping day! (with my parents money, heheheh)


As you can see, the problems can be little worries, not Greek dramas... do it! just for fun! maybe you can't resolve your problems, but you can feel a little better after it.
The most important is that you remember that YOU DECIDE YOUR HAPPINESS! You can't choose a lot of things in your life, BUT you can choose your feelings!

  1. No tengo un céntimo en el bolsillo, y menos en mi cuenta.
    Positivo: Intento ser más “creativa” para ganar dinero, y en mi ciudad hay muchas actividades culturales gratuitas para no tener que gastar tanto si salgo.


  2. En agosto tengo que irme todo un mes a mi pueblo, a hacer vida de ermitaña.

Hola a todos!!

Llevo siglos sin actualizar ni nada… lo siento! Las últimas semanas de clase, con los exámenes, fueron bastante agotadoras (por suerte ya acabó!) Y en Semana Santa me fui a mi pueblo, sin internet ni ordenador ni nada…

Hello everyone!

It’s been ages since I posted something… sorry! Last weeks, with the exams, were exhausting- luckily they’re over! Last week I went to my family’s village, where I haven’t computer or internet… Now I’ve returned to Barcelona and I’ve started the last term :aww: I have a lot of new books to buy… and to read!! T_T

I’ve got a pair of new drawings, some sketches, and some ideas. So I think I’d upload a lot in the next months :D

Este último mes se han dado varios casos de phishing en DeviantART.
El phishing es el robo de datos privados a través de internet.
El equipo de DeviantART ya está poniendo remedio a esta situació, además de que ha alertado a la comunidad mediante News y los Journals de los administradores (además de que muchos miembros han editado sus Journals para ayudar a difundir el aviso).
El problema es que estas noticias oficiales están siempre en inglés. I've meet again my classmates, we've laught together again... but the two classes I've done have been horrible!!

Well, I did Medieval Philosophy and European Literature, the subjects are cool, and the teachers are not bad at all... but I felt so stupid!
I didn't remember NOTHING from the last course... My brain was collapsed xDD

And now I'm going to Artistic, the Art School where I work, to start the new course as a teacher. I have more students than the last year, I hope they don't give so much work ^^U

I'm working as a kid's teacher in a School of Arts (well, I help the kids with their homework, and sometimes i teach them some of drawing...)

I work every morning and also three afternoons, and I go there to paint the other two afternoons... I'm painting a realistic portrait. It's a big oil canvas, and ther's the portrait of a couple the day of their wedding.
I hate it, it's too difficult!! :frustrated:


But I'm not only working... last Saturday I went to see Bruce Sprigsteen and the E Street Band at the Camp Nou Stadium (Barcelona)

It was AMAZING!!!! I've never seen something similar... Now I really know why he is called The Boss... WOW!!




And, finally, I've got the DA Projects...

I want to finish the AGATB characters:

- kartik (maybe...)

Now, I'm trying to expand my drawings: I'm trying to add boys!! Well, I only draw them if I had a photo or a model, and they usually have the head too small, but... I'm working on them!!

And I'm also working in some ilustrations for "La Nueva Historia Interminable" (by :iconatreyusue:), and doing some couples of Harry Potter... And I also want to draw Pippa, Ann and Kartik from A Great and Terrible Beauty!

But... Now I have a lot of homework, because in four weeks the classes ends and I'll have exams :( , so I don't know when I'm gonna have time to draw!

Sin embargo, sólo pinto cosas que ya tenia medio empezadas, o empiezo dibujos a partir de bocetos ya hechos.
Quiero decir que no me llega ninguna idea nueva, sólo la fuerza, la determinación de dibujar/pintar sin parar. Así q, si la inspiración trae ideas nuevas, entonces el dolor no inspira. Lo que hace es motivarte, es impulsarte... es distraerte. Centrar todas tus fuerzas en algo que te ayude a sobrellevar esa pena, ese disgusto, esa confusión. Porque, al intentar hacer algo nuevo, al intentar poner en orden esas nuevas ideas que corren por tu mente, te das cuenta de q no eres capaz. no tienes la fuerza necesaria para asimilarlo todo. Las novedades son demasiado intensas, demasiado recientes, y lo mejor que puedes hacer es tratar de calmarte haciendo algo que estás segura de hacer bien. Así que dibujas, o escribes, o tocas la guitarra, el piano, o... lo que sea! Lo que sea que llevas años practicando, que ya tienes en parte asumido y que sabes que no te va a fallar. Y en medio de esas seguridad sientes que las cosas no han cambiado tanto, y recobras energias para poder solucionar ese dolor que te motiva a dibujar como una loca...
Así que dibujaré y pintaré. Y lo haré hasta que se me agarroten los dedos, hasta que mi cuerpo no responda y me duerma sentada en mi escritorio.
El dolor me motiva a dibujar, y el dibujo me absorve, me aisla de todo lo que hay alrededor.
Así, el dolor no inspira: el dolor te motiva para distraerte de la realidad.

At least, we've arrived to our last term on University. Ten weeks with more books to read, more works to do... but also with new people to meet, new laughs and jokes... and new drawings!!!

I am very excited with this new trimester; I have more interesting classes and more interesting professors. I'm gonna do Philosophy, mostly the Ancient Greek philosophers -my favorites! And we are gonna study the Ancient History of China!

Me apetecía empezar el Journal del DA, y lo hago hoy porque... bueno, para escaquearme de estudiar Inglés (llevo toda la tarde con lo mismo! buf!!)

El problema es que ahora mismo no sé de que hablar...

Sólo se me ocurre que me muero de ganas de tener vacaciones!! O, al menos, ir más relajada...

Lo que de verdad me gustaría es poder pasarme un par de días dibujando (por la noche). Dormiría hasta el mediodía, después saldría un rato, y por la noche dibujaría sin parar!
... *suspiro*...

Es que dibujo mejor (no de calidad, de estar a gusto, quiero decir) a partir de medianoche!

Por cierto, esta es la gente majosa que hay por aquí (y que, de paso, son buen@s artistas... vaya coincidencia! ;P)
