Since I'm not much of an artist, just drawing whenever I feel in the mood, as long as I feel I'm able to draw at the time, I can't really make a picture to thank people.

Just another one for the pile of Merry Christmas journals!

So the final weekend before christmas is here.
The lucky ones now get to relax as their christmas break starts, some still have a couple of days to work next week, but either way, christmas is almost here again.
Seriously, it seems like it was just a few months ago or something, it creeps up so fast. But at least my christmas shopping is done, it's all wrapped, so that's a nice relief.
No last-minute shopping for me!
No getting lost in the crowds swarming the shopping center!

Hmm, other than that, I can only think to say:
I hope all of you people, whoever of you celebrate christmas, get some good stuffz, and have a nice break and just generally a nice christmas.

Well not literally sexy, but it's just that awesome...

YES, I finally got my Wii working online, so I quickly figured out how to do the Wii points thing, and then the next day I found out where Megaman 9 was hiding in the Wii Shop.
Megaman 9 is finally mine! I've been so jealous, watching playthroughs by other people on YouTube, and wanting to play it, because I'm recently a big fan of the Megaman series. But now I can play it too!

My current progress on it is 5 Robot Masters down, 3 to go. And then of course the Wily Stages -..- not looking forward to that torture.
But playing an old style HARD game gives me a feeling I haven't felt for so long. Since the days when I had a Sega Megadrive (or was it Master System...) and I was constantly playing Sonic 1 and 2.
Do any of you oldschool gamers get the feeling when playing these games, where you get so far, and you've got so far and you're finally at the boss, but it's so difficulty and you're not sure if you're gonna beat it, and you can really feel your heart beating? Maybe even your leg(s) shaking? I did, but only one time so far, when fighting PlugMan, because I had no lives left, and I'd kinda got his pattern down, except his jumps. OMG it was so close, I had pretty much one hit left and I would have died, but I beat him!
It was just so exciting and the feeling of panic and then relief brought back memories. That's something a lot of games these days don't have, because of all the save points, and quick-saves (mainly in FPSs).

Gosh, I went on a bit there. That's just how much I love Megaman 9!
And that's all I wanted to say. Oh and GalaxyMan has the best stage music in the game *nods*

Sorry for the last journal, I hope I didn't make anybody worry too much, as that was not my intention.
Now that I have a new spark of hope, I shall explain.

After a week, I have concluded that I seem to have an infection.
Being too shy/embarrased to tell anybody, or go to doctor myself, I felt hopeless and doomed, and didn't know what I was going to do other than suffer a lot.

But after a walk, which gave me a chance to think, I managed to tell mother.
She will call doctor, and I should be going there on Monday.

Best case scenario: I'll just get antibiotics or something to make it go away.
Worst case scenario: I'll have to go to hospital and get it sorted out by a surgeon, which would be ok I suppose, because they'll probably put me to sleep for it.

So, thanks for those who pushed me towards the decision, and too everybody else for.. well, everything I guess.

Hell Day - 06/06/06!
It is now 06/06/08! Let's celebrate the 2nd anniversary of Hell Day!

Being the HUGE Doom3 fan that I am, I got an idea to make a video showing all of the enemies in the game (except the expansion, Resurrection of Evil).

Basically, there are the playthrough videos, which are uncut gameplay. And there are the episodes of Paul's Gaming, which are the best bits of his recorded gameplay.

Just thought I'd give you all an idea of what you might be able to expect from me in the near-ish future.

With Flash, I'm leaving Virus Bloke alone until further notice (sorry to the fans who were looking forward to more).
I do have a few other Flash plans though. I'd like to make some music videos for the bonus disc of the new Rock & Donkey album. Currently no ideas on what songs I'll be doing them for though.
I'm also trying an idea for a game in which all you gotta do is move the mouse around. No clicking needed. Think of those maze things that people make, where you move the mouse through it without touching the walls. It'll be like that, but a little more interesting and interactive.

As for pictures... Well you know me by now, I'm not much of an artist, but I upload a few random things here and there. So you never really know what to expect from me with pictures!

On another note, I hope you're all enjoying your advent children, I mean, calendars!
The countdown has begun! Oh god it's that time again already? D:

My Speaking: I am learn new language and do not know many of English now. Apologize for inconvenient, but I'm actually joking about that, I do still speak perfect.. semi-perfect English, so dun worry!

Flash: Yes, I have taken a break from Virus Bloke 2, and pretty much Flash in general. But at the same time, I have a new game idea, that's pretty simple, but I have a feeling that if I can concentrate properly on it long enough, I might come out with a nice fun little game.
As for Virus Bloke 2, I have no idea when I'll get back to it. Infact, to be honest, I don't know if I ever will.. Virus Bloke has been going on since about 1998 for me, and I'm really getting tired of it D: I want new characters, and new stories.

My Mate: He has his own cottage (and has for a few months now), and before you know it, I'll be right over there living with him! I'll be spending time over there first, to ease into meeting him for real, and I'm gonna meet all my other special friends (you know who you are) before moving in with him. But dun get excited yet! I currently have no idea when I'll be ready to meet people, so dun push me, and stop asking!

Well I've hit 200 submissions here on DA, and I've been here a little over 3 years...
WHAT?? wow, it does seem that long.. I would be over 200 submissions by now, but I've deleted many things. game screenshots, pictures linked to memories I no longer want..
But anyway, thanks to all my watchers, commenters and friends, because without all of you, I'd have no motivation to keep doing art.
I may do a special pic, but probably not.

I have a lot of dreams, and I seem to be able to remember them like every other night or something. I never bothered writing them down for ages, but this was just awesome, and I wish somebody would make a FPS game of this:

I was in a supermarket that looked like the Tesco near where I work. There were 2 other people who looked like some characters from an RPG, blue hair and red hair and dressed funny. Now the fun part:
We were running around, taking food and stuff off shelves and throwing using them like weapons. I think I remember throwing a bar of chocolate like some kinda ninja throwing star or something. Then me and the blue haired guy started throwing tubes of toothpaste at the red haired guy, and he complained, saying that he hates it being 2 against 1. So we stopped. Then I started talking to them all excited, saying how it would be so awesome if I make a FPS like this. And I got the whole game case cover in my mind. 3 characters, one in a trolley, and one not in a trolley, each holding a stick of french bread like a sword. Dun remember what the ot her character was doing.

Gosh, if I could make FPS games... You could pick up stuff like a jar of jam, and smash it over somebody's head. or throw a can of Dr Pepper, and the effects would be awesome. PSSHH! SPRAY SPRAY! and all the food splatters everywhere and stuff. Also, maybe there could be team play, in which case there could be trolleys. You can get in a trolley, and your team mate pushes you around, and you could keep stuff in the trolley with you, like spare weapons, so you don't run around, or have to stop every time you need a new weapon.

Ok that's all, thanks for reading. Maybe if enough people would get together and nag a good FPS making company about this, it will be made some day. Or maybe somebody could make a huge mod to an existing game *shrugs* If I could, I so would. And if it was made, I would buy it.

NEWS - PART 1: Changes in Life
Well my life has changed. For the better or worse? I cannot say yet. It's been over a week since I submitted anything new, which isn't really surprising, I occasionally become uncreative (aka, lazy), but this time it's different. I have no will to work on anything, and a few planned pictures are canceled because of this change in my life.
I won't put what happened, because I don't like bothering people with my problems. Basically, this is just a note saying, there might not be anything from me for a while, and if you talk to me on MSN or whatever, don't expect me to be all smiles and giggles. This is gonna take a while to get over.


NEWS - PART 2: Projects
The voice recording for Virus Bloke 2 - Part 3 is all finally done, and the script is written, so if I do work on anything, that will be the main thing. Maybe even Astaroth - Episode 1 will begin, because the voice recording is mostly done for that too. Dunno yet, but keep a look out.

My long, hard work has payed off.
I've been working on the Halloween flash animation a lot over the past week, and last night at 2-3am, i finally finished it:

I would have written a Journal about it then, but I was too busy submitting to NG, DA, FA and SA.
I was very pleased to see so many comments coming in so quickly (on FA). And I woke today to find I got a score of 3.35 out of 5.00 on NewGrounds.
Thanks everybody for all the good comments. As usual, knowing people are enjoying it motivates me to work more. That's what all artists do, right? For the enjoyment of others before the enjoyment of themselves. What use is art without people to enjoy it?

(Oh, first off, I still haven't nearly finished the Halloween Flash >> I WILL get it finished though, I promise. I'm not just delaying for time, I mean it, I will finish it.)

I think I decided I'll give that 100 Pictures art challenge thing a shot.
I have 180 submissions at the moment (or so it says) so.. >> if I do finish the 100 pictures challenge, that'll be like, almost a 3rd of my gallery taken up by the submissions from that.

Well anyway, the reason I decided I'll try it, is because it kinda gives me the theme I need to draw, so I don't need to think so much about what to draw. Just how to draw it.
Plus, it might give me some good practice with my new A4 drawing tablet, if I decide to use that.. I'll probably alternate between that, and just drawing with mouse.. I might even make a little Flash animation for some of them.

I think all you artists reading this should try it! It could be fun, and let you explore your imagination and drawing skillz of different themes a bit more.

Wow, I haven't Journal'd since June 9th..

I have a Flash animation in the making for Halloween. (it is 31st, right?)
It will be about a Squall look-alike going out on Halloween, searching for REAL monsters!
Expect to hopefully see it before Halloween!

I haven't been doing Flash animating properly for a long time, I need to get back into it. Just been hanging with a special person all the time, and playing games (mainly Second Life)

It's New Year resolution time!
One of my New Year resolutions is to finish and upload at least 1 episode of my 'The Candy!' Flash series, but I'll try to do more than just 1. A whole year is plenty of time to finish a bunch of episodes, considering an average Flash user takes, what.. about 3 months to finish a half-decent Flash, maybe.. I just made that up >> I have no idea how long it takes some people.

This was rather a good weekend, played Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind for about 6-7 hours straight today, with only one crash WOW! Morrowind usually crashes a lot for me, but 1 crash in 6-7 hours! Thanks Morrowind! Uploaded 7 screenshots that I took during that 6-7 hours of playing, and now I'm gonna start colouring those scraps.

EEP, tomorrow (Saturday 29th January), my dad is having a party for his 50th birthday. There will be too many people in the house! *breaths heavily* must.. stay calm.. o_o people.. HUMANS!
I'm probably just gonna hide in my room all night and do whatever. Maybe go to my fwends house for the night.
Anyway. even though he won't read this, Happy Birthday father! You may be 50, but at least your mental age hasn't gone up!

AAH! I slept until 3:45pm today! ><
Work is so much harder than I remember x_x but I guess I just gotta get back into it. I've decided I won't do a Journal entry every day as it gets repetitive and boring, so I'll just do one when there's stuff to tell. I had a cool dream last night, I won't write it all because it's long, but I could turn into a dragon, and you should all know how much I love dragons. If you don't, firstly shame on you, but look at my favourites and my art and sketches, stuff. My obsession with dragons is far greater than any obsession in the history of anything!
My 12 year old sister's birthday was yesterday, now she's 13. She's having 2 friends sleeping over tomorrow night ¬_¬ joy..

Christmas was good! I got lots of stuff, including these..
Baileys alcohol,
a black book with plain white paper in it, and the front and back are made of a kind of slate with skulls and a pentagram on,
a stone goblet with a skulls around the cup bit,
Lots of clothes (Who doesn't love clothes!),
a Doctor Who book,
a short sword/dagger with the end of the hilt made into the shape of a Cobra head,
and a Portable DVD Player!
W00T! GOOD STUFF! Hope you all had good christmasses too!

Finally, it's all done for this year. It was a hot, hard day, but I survived it all with a smile on my face.
Unfortunately, my boyfriend revealed to me that he won't be on again tonight, and I can't think of anything else to do except go to bed, maybe watch some TV in my room.. Or maybe I should actually get back to reading Goosebumps - Night of the Living Dummy 3 so that I can change it in the thing up there above this message.
But I'm happy anyway, Christmas is almost upon us! Just incase I don't write an entry tomorrow, or Christmas morning before I go to bed.. MERRY CHRISTMAS PEOPLE!!

First thing I remember is, I was some girl in an appartment buidling, or a school. I think there were soldier type people and/or monsters and I was looking for my sister. I went into a room and there she was. Not my real life sister, by the way. I was then "controlling" her. The other girl, who I was "controlling" first got taken away by someone/something, and I went to find her, but somehow got tricked into going on an elevator that took me down and went back up without me.
Ahead of me was a long climb up many big steps and slopes dotted around to make me slip back down. I got up the first step or 2 and a giant spider got out of a cage and started chasing me up. After a lot of jumping and slipping, I just made it to the top, and I was in a typical RPG town!
There was some guy there, I think he was talking to me, explaining the game a bit. Then we went into a kind of storage room, boxes against the walls, and he summoned a large kind of lizard/dinosaur! It had 2 heads, but it was like it's body was mirrored, so instead of a tail, it had another head there o.O wierd.. oh well. It picked me up, and I remember I looked like Lina Inverse (from the Slayers anime series) and I was screaming and shouting, like "HEY! Tell it to put me down!" and the guy said something like "Heh, sorry, it only knows it's summoner as a friend." and I think he tried to tell it to leave me alone, but it soon ate me x_x
That's all I remember.

I would have got up sooner but I was having this cool dream about being in an online Role-Playing Game (RPG). I'll write what happened in another Journal Entry

Got up this morning.. with 5 minutes left before I had to leave the house to go to work >< None of my work clothes were washed and ready to be worn to work, and the only trousers I could wear didn't have zip pockets, so I couldn't take my Mini-disk Player, so NO MUSIC FOR THE WHOLE DAY! NOO!!
Freakin' cold day! Started as -3.5 Celcius!
I know there was more annoying stuff, but I can't remember.. My memory sucks!
BUT, through the day, I found out that I only have to work on Thursday this week, then we have 11 days off over Christmas! W00T! Didn't get too hot during work today, which is unusual, but another W00T! And the day went quick! W00T!
