Honestly today started out badly, but it got amazingly better.

At gym I suprisingly ran with ease. I guess exercising paid off =D It feels so good to be physically fit. And on October 14 Milcia, Sheena, Riana, Jackie, and I plan to go to IHOP because we come in late that day. Can't wait! I'm already craving chocolate chip pancakes!

Government class was fantastic. It was so much fun, and I understood the lesson even more. We played review games, and it was filled with laughs. Of course we ran into the problem of people not speaking up. Mr. Hoffman was like "people SPEAK UP, Jaynee" We all laughed. He said he was just kidding and that he likes to pick on me. [Apparently a lot of teachers do :XD:] We played this one game where you have a word and you have to descirbe it. People on your team have to get it, and we do this while passing a timer around. When the timer ticks and is in your hand, the other team gets a point. We were frantically passing the timer around and people just started spitting out vocab. It was so sad how we didn't know our amendments X)

During my free :icondeviant-artist10: and I went out to get chinese food. It was good to catch up and talk. It was cool how we got to do it during school :) And yes I am indulged in seasame seed chicken and fried rice, don't forget the seirra mist =D When we came back I wanted to show her a new pic I drew and colored on photoshop. I wanted to show my artwork to the magazine advisor but he left. So I decided to show my calculus teacher and yearbook advisor, Ms. Eisen. She didn't believe I drew it and said, "do you know the deal about that guy?" I was like, "Umm they're making a movie about it?" She said, "true, but the voice actor is my cousin." :faint: *freaking out* :excited: I was like "Oh my gosh, really!!?!!" She was like, "yeah, check the credits." I said, "Oh my gosh, can I have an autograph, a picture?" She was laughing as I was freaking out, jumping with excitement. Eta came over and asked what was going on. I was having trouble breathing and said, "aang's voice actor, her cousin. Oh my gosh I can't talk." We all laughed and Eta walked me to my next class making sure I wouldn't faint or anything :XD: :wow: How amazing is that?

Afterwards, I had english where our teacher wasn't there. We just split into groups and discussed a book. It was nice because I got to talk to people I don't usually talk to (Sabrina and Michelle H.) Another nice thing was they were nice and thought I was smart. They both dislike what I like :lol: and we had some laughs. We got along pretty well even though we don't hang in the same 'clique' I kinda have this conception that everyone doesn't like me (my friend from freshmen year heard several people talking behind my back) But I don't know. That was a long time ago and people have gotten to know me and look past my outer image. Hopefully, this is true. But it was a nice way to end the day for a WEEKEND! Sadly, I have a lot of homework and have to go to Conneticut, but I'm just so thankful for a break.

As for me it's been soooooooooooooooooo busy. I have to turn in some work this thursday. It's not so bad; I just hate the assignment and the fact that we have to hand it in before school starts. I'll be working on my gov paper so I won't be doing anything else for a few days.

Hence, that explains my late entries for zutara week. I have to draw and submit 4 pieces. I am so behind. Once I finish gov I'll start drawing the zutara week pieces. I have all the ideas already; they just need to be put down on paper. I'm missing cactus juice, fireflies, rhythm, and lick. I've got an okay idea for cactus juice (hope it's funny), an okay idea for fireflies (I have to install photoshop before I can submit it), a sweet idea for rhythm (I thought I was creative and original when I thought of it but then I saw people on dA with the same idea :/), and a pretty funny idea for lick (I hope no one has the same idea as me :fingerscrossed:)

Just wanted to give the heads up. Also I WILL COLOR ALL ZUTARA WEEK ENTRIES. I PROMISE! Keep an eye out for them ;)

And so today is the last day of zutara week. I have to say I'm a little disappointed. :( I mean it was fun drawing zutara again and thinking of creative ideas (I like my pieces crossover and blood) However, I didn't fav and comment as much as last time and my pieces didn't get as much admiration as I hoped. Last year there was so much artwork I adored and there was much more excitement (even if I didn't participate) I guess you can't beat the first.

Hey guys! It's been a while. How are you guys? Anything new? =) Well for me you might notice one thing. ;D I have my very own CSS made by me :wow: I'm amazed I actually made one on my own and let me tell you it was very hard for a newbie like me. It was long and frustrating but I liked how it turned out in the end. Thank God! :phew: Sure there is room for improvement but it's okay for now. The banner on the top is suppose to show the HP trio, legolas aragorn gimli, and the teen titans all of which are my favorites :aww: However, it got cut off =( Not sure how to fix the size. The other thing is I don't have any avatar or zutara in there but I'm going to make another CSS with them in it =D Also, for the windows I would like it if it only had a scroll to go up and down. The left to right scroll is a bit pointless. Nonetheless, I like this CSS because it was a big accomplishment for me ;D Any opinions or advice? Both are welcome ^________^

So it's almost the weekend. It's my mom's birthday saturday. :heart: I've also got some plans with family and friends so it should be fun :dance: What about you guys what are you doing this weekend? Well whatever you do have fun and relax :peace:


Zutara FTW!

I remember reading *GreenifyME's journal after the avatar finale. She and ~SractheNinja were talking about how whatever couple becomes canon both couples [zutara and kataang] win in real life. I completely agreed with that when I read it. I haven't seen a zutarian couple in real life though but nonetheless I still believed in it. :)

Today I saw zutara in real life! My friend Eta is now going out with Andrew. Ever since I met Eta she always seemed to dislike Andrew. I would have gym with both of them and she would always try to get away from him. She'd always complain about him and it seemed like she could not stand him. We would always tease her about getting together with Andrew because in the past, Andrew has asked her out a couple of times but she always said no. [Think of us as Toph and Jun ;] She was always in complete objection to them as a couple. I would have NEVER thought they would have gotten together based on the way Eta acts. Furthermore, they are opposites.

Although, Andrew has moved on to asking other girls out his heart has always been set on Eta :aww: What we did not know is that she secretly had feelings for him as of this year I think. Thus, they got together with my friend, Delix, being the matchmaker. Yay for guy zutarians! ;D

Even more zutara goodness in this relationship is she is the good one and he is the bad one. lol let me explain. Some of her friends did not like the idea because he is a bad influence. [you can think of these friends like sokka ;] Sadly he is a druggie BUT the good news is he said that he would stop doing drugs for her. *unison sigh awwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!* Pretty much how Zuko changed for good to help Aang, the gang, and Katara. There is hope for him changing and let's hope he does because like Zuko he'll be a better person. ;D

Do I need to show the zutara evidence? They are opposites, hidden feelings, he was persistent, love-hate relationship, she is good he is bad . . . It does not get any better than that folks :lol:

Hello everyone! You have probably noticed that my lastest deviations are now colored and not that well i might add XD! Well i am still learning in art class so please excuse my noobish skills! I still have a lot to learn but i promise i will continue to draw for all of you.

Now that my deviations have color i want all of your opinions. Is my art better with color or without color? Is it helping me or hurting me? I suppose color is helping me, but there are some pieces that are beautiful and do not need color. An example would be my piece: Nature's Beauty. I think it has details that would be lost if i colored it because i have not learned how to color proffesionally yet. I do not want color to hold me back, and stop people from liking my art. What do you think? Opinions would be nice please =D

Now About School
School is okay. It's tougher now that i am a junior, but it's going well. Thank God! I still have the SATs but i'm sure Jesus will help me with that :) I have to focus on school right now, study for the SATs, and boost up my grades but i really want to draw. I'll just draw on my day offs (this coming thursday expect at least one deviation :fingerscrossed:). It's pretty sad though. I suddenly get this incredible urge to draw during my most important year. It is so hard to balance out what i need to do and what i want to do. However, school always comes first :(

Halloween
Yay! Halloween is coming! I think i am too old to dress up, but i'm still a kid at heart :lol: However, i am not going trick or treating. I am going to the mall instead. I was hoping to be katara and cosplay with ~deviant-artist10 & ~WalkingDisaster88. ~deviant-artist10 wants to be azula and ~WalkingDisaster88 wants to be . . . well i'll let her get back to me on that. We have been planning this ever since the avatar finale but we haven't made our costumes yet. I'm not sure if we are still doing it. I really hope we do though. i was planning to invite them over to the mall but i think they both have plans, considering one of them is turning 17 on that day! How cool is that?! Anyway if any one of you guys are reading this please let me know if you still want to cosplay and hang out. So what are you guys going to be for Halloween?

Hey guys! It's been a while since i have submitted anything on dA. And yes i am still alive ;D I have been drawing a lot lately though and i have one new art piece that i would like to submit on dA. Actually this one goes to my watchers! The reason why i didn't submit it is because i want to color it. :wow: yup you heard me, i will be coloring it and not terribly. I have started a new my very first art class and i am suppose to be learning how to color with colored pencils soon! :excited: So i can't wait! :w00t: and i will be coloring all of my deviations that are currently in my gallery soon and we'll see how that turns out! XD

[edit] the people who faved my art like it without color so i am keeping them the way it is. But i will color everything i draw from now on, unless otherwise requested.

[edit]I am going to learn coloring techniques tomorrow Today, i went to school sick. I had a slight headache, sniffles, stuffy nose, coughs, i lost my voice, and sneezes. It was horrible! i just wanted to go home but i didn't. I endured and coped through the whole day because i didn't want to miss school work, i didn't have a doctor's note, and lastly i was going to learn coloring pencil techniques in art class which was last period. When i was heading to art class my friend was like, "this is what you've been waiting for the whole day, i hope it's worth it. It better be worth it!" and it was! So i will start coloring my deviations now, starting with a brand new one!

So with school going on i haven't been on dA as often. Sorry for that! Jesus is helping me get through it all and rise to my full potential, and i am forever grateful to Him. And i want to thank all of my watchers for sticking by me! I love my watchers! I PROMISE to post more art up soon!

Praise the Lord! I'm back from Miami! I want to thank God for keeping me safe because A LOT happened while I was there.

So I went to Miami with :icondeviant-artist10: and had so much fun. Though it's great to be back! I missed all of you so much, and i missed dA. I lasted 1 week without the internet and dA!!!!!!!!! Oh my gosh it was possible! LOL ^ _ ^

So here is what happened on my little adventure :relax:

I wonder who? :roll: So my cousin in law and I are oblivious. We didn't hear the screaming and the yelling. I guess it was because we were so far, and my cousin in law was showing off how many tricks he could do while I was floating on the waves. :giggle: Then we finally turn around and this guy waves over his hand saying get out of there. Of course we didn't understand what he was saying. Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why am I screaming and cheering? Well for one I finished summer assignments including my history homework! The reason why that is so important is because with that out of the way I can focus on drawing. And that also means ZUTARA fan art! Another reason why I am screaming is because I have been a deviant for officially one week! I know I am making a big deal about it but I'm just so thankful for everyone who has supported me by faving my work, commenting me back, and watching me! Also, I am screaming because it's still Zutara Week and I am loving the fan art! This week has been EPIC! Love it! Lastly, Monday is when the avatar marathon begins! So start screaming and cheering for the finale!

Back to Zutara Week!
So far my favorite day of Zutara Week is SMUG. My two favorites are:

Hey Deviants! I just want to say thank you for being so kind to me. i appreciate people welcoming me to dA, commenting me, and :+fav: my work. You guys are extraordinary!

So i'm getting use to dA and pretty much know what i'm doing now. Most of the things that i was trying to do were impossible because i'm not a subscriber! Took a while to find out and i had to find out the hard way. XD But i got an avatar. Not sure if i like it; its okay though. Do you know what it's a picture of? The colors really pop out and note the perfect style and technique. As Zuko would say, "There were so many colors" Anyone remember what episode he said that in? :) So go :+fav: it and watch her!

HAPPY ZUTARA WEEK!

I know it's early but i won't have time to do this later because of history homework. - _ - Anyway, hope everyone has a good time celebrating zutara week!

One more week until new avatar episodes come! Yeeeessssss!

Praise God that I have a scanner! So i posted most of my sketchbook. Yeah, im an amateur but i'm learning and enhancing my methods. Oh and i don't know how to color professionally so all of my drawings are plain pencil until i learn.

My goals to become an artist:

1) Learn how to color with different tools and use techniques
2) Draw more fan art (to get use to creating my own art)
3) Learn how to draw realistic stuff

Hopefully, I'll learn this quickly!

Zutara Week is tomorrow! Can't wait! I didn't sign up because I don't have enough time to draw a new zutara piece every day. I have to do history summer homework. :( But I can't wait to see all of the art the participants made. Oh and i will be watching zutara evidence for the intellectual dummy marathon on youtube.

After that week new avatar episodes will be showing! I'm glad it's coming but i hate to see it end.

Also, teen titans the complete 5th season is coming to DVD on July, 8th. In other words, in two days!

Lastly, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will show on November 21!

Anyways, enjoy the rest of your summer!
