I just got back from New York City on a school run trip. It was amazing to see everything up in person like Francis Bacon and Pollock (too bad I couldn't touch it!). And just NY in general, what an amazing city. I could live there, if of course it wasn't so ridiculous to. However, it was a nice break from the stresses of art school... as I'm sure most of us can relate to. Though it's expected that each new year will challenge us, I just can't wait to graduate and not have a 9-5 schedule of school and then 6 hours of homework a night. Though this semester I'm lucky enough not to have school on thursday and friday, but I won't always be that lucky.
Well I hope everyones break was awesome. See most of you when you graduate from Grant MacEwan.

Ok so Im here and I wish everyone else was from Grant MacEwan, it would make the transition alot easier. However it's all for the best and hopefully some of you will join me out here after the second year.
Ok this summer I got my tattoo, which is awsome- thanks Amanda for coming with me. I dont really have a good enough picture of it yet becuase its on the side of my rib cage so its a hard picture to take by yourself. Always its a skeleton dead tree.
Well good luck to you guys that continued on to second year and those how didnt good luck in whatever you do when it comes to art especially.
