Okay, so "I've been gone, LAWL" would be quite the understatement. Sorry about that. Life has been rather difficult, and while sorting it all out I completely forgot about poor deviantART and its inhabitants.

Yes, I'm back, and here are a few things:

ANNOUNCEMENT: I have 2,000 messages. There is no way in dA Hell™ I'm going to be able to go through all that. So, MASS DELETION! Sorry, guys. However!!! If there if something you would really like me to see and comment on, please tell me here, and I will do so! Also, if there is anything you would like to remind me about, please comment here. Oh, and those who wanted to join the Doc or IxM club, please comment here as well.

NEWS: I'm quite sad and sorry to say that I am not much of a Hellsing fan anymore (this and Harry Potter were a few of the fandoms that I've fallen out of love for after recent updates) - now don't panic! I still love Doc, and I might pull out a few Millennium pieces (and I x M, of course) once in awhile, but my dA gallery won't have Hellsing as its prevalent theme. I apologize to those of you who have me on watch because of this. It really irritates me too when I add fanartists for something then suddenly they switch series (like Hellsing to Naruto, for example. YOU PEOPLE KNOW WHO YOU ARE JK) and flood their accounts with fanart of that series. Now, I don't complain because people are entitled to draw what they want. I don't know about you, though, but if I like a series, I love seeing fanart of that series, and therefore end up disappointed when the fanartist I like no longer draw the stuff I like too. BUT, to each their own. So, yeah. Like I said though, you don't have to worry too much, because I still will update with Hellsing stuff on occasion. And who knows with the upcoming OVA? Maybe it will rekindle my love for Hellsing. At this point, however, it's not looking good.

SO: So, now what? Well, I'm sort of in a rut. I don't feel like posting original work on dA, but there isn't much I like at the moment that's fanart worthy! Among the things I've gotten into, the only series I can mention is Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. After news of that terrible movie (which I haven't seen, because what I've heard of it is awful), I reread the books, and it revived my love for the story. I've been experimenting with fanart, and I might post it here, if anybody's interested. What do you think?

HELP: Other than that, I don't know at all! If anybody would like to suggest any interesting books, movies, or anime, I'd be glad to check it out. Mostly Anime, probably, since there haven't been any that caught my interest. For those of you who don't know, I like Comedy, Horror, and Westerns for the most part, but Fantasy and Sci-Fi are fine too.

Erm... I don't know if anybody's reading this, so I'll stop here I guess. Questions or comments would be appreciated.

I was bored, and decided to ask ~ pauleatsglue to help me come up with some crack pairings. With such pairings, I made a poll. And you will all vote on this poll. Choose the pairing(s) you would like to see.
I made the poll so that people can vote on ALL the pairings if they want to, because if you're like me, you're going to be indecisive.

The pairing that wins (I'm thinking two weeks to a month, depends on how many people vote) will be drawn either as a collaboration with me and Rikku, or you might get two pictures, one from each of us. It all depends on what we feel like towards the end.

The Lineart is basically my artwork without any of the coloring. And the digital colored pics are... well, what you basically see in my regular gallery, except bigger. The prints would be either on a glossy photo paper, or that shiny extra white paper. If you have access to a Kinko's near you, I'd recommend that you just get a w/ color commission from me, since I would be sending you a giant version of the picture, and you can get it printed yourself, without having to worry about shipping. (Unless you live right next door to me, in which case I could just hand it to you. WTF)

I would rather you people not ask for real media, since I don't work with that anymore, but if you MUST, I guess I'll have to comply. But it comes with shipping, and there's no guarantee what the picture would look like, since I haven't worked with colored pencils for so long.

As for what I will draw for you, I would prefer it to be something I know, for example, like Hellsing. If it's an anime or show I don't know, I would be asking you to hunt down pictures for me.

Original characters are WELCOME! I actually prefer original character drawings, since I can work more with my style, so ask away.

While drawing, I will be sending sketches and works in progress to confirm with you and make sure you are satisfied with what I'm drawing. Once finished, I will send you a thumbnail preview, and the finished version will be given to you once payment is received.

Pictures I will NOT do:

I will not draw yaoi, yuri, hentai, shouta, lolita, bondage... Well, you know, things you wouldn't see my drawing anyway. Pairings are fine, but you'll have to run them by me first to see if I would rather jump off a cliff than draw them.

Okay, so I didn't create this journal entry just to complain about how tired I was.

I'm working on updating my comic right now. And when I say update, I mean UPDATE. I am in the process of drawing all the strips I missed. I inked everything, and now I have to color and add the text and whatnot. So expect an update tomorrow or the day after.

I'm tired, so I'll keep this short.

I'm going to make a Hellsing doujinshi webcomic. I finally decided I will. Tee-hee.

AX was really sad this year. Nobody I knew was going, except for a friend from school, and she was too busy with her other friends and stuff... So I just basically wandered alone for four hours in the Dealer's room.

Now, for the highlights:

While waiting in line for Pre-Registration, people started grimacing, screaming, groanining in disgust, and turning away... I was wondering WTF was going on, thinking, "Could it be?" and one person exclaimed, "Oh my GOD! It's MAN FAYE! EWWW!!!" I, of course, was ecstatic, because I'm one of those few people who thinks Man Faye is great. LMAO!!! I remember talking to him last year, and he's really nice. Anyway, I ran out to glomp him and take his picture (He is very glompable! ) and he showed me a line of Man Faye T-shirts that said, "I slapped Man Faye in the ASS and only got this lousy T-shirt!" They were $15 so I didn't get one, though I was really tempted to get one for myself and (Because she's a fan, as well) but decided against it... (Just in case people were wondering, he said it would be $10 extra if people actually wanted to slap him in the ass. LMAO.) Now I'm regretting it! If he's there next year, I will buy 40928360498134 T-shirts! Oh, well. I at least got him to pose with the T-shirt, so I will post the picture if it comes out properly.. The flash broke and I think it'll probably be all dark and ruined.

After getting my badge, I got stuck with this horrible Opening Ceremony where I couldn't see anything, and it was just... well, bad. I left after standing as much of it as I could, as this was the only source of entertainment before noon, when the Dealer's room was supposed to open. I decided to go down and stand in line for it at 11:30... The line didn't actually start moving until 12:30... Boooo! (I also saw Anderson 1 from our Hellsing cosplay group of last year... But he was too far away for me to get his attention! I am depressed!) I also got stuck with a bunch of fanboys who kept making really lame jokes that made me want to kick their heads in! But that's another story.

When I finally got in the Dealer's room, I immediately started looking around for a Hellsing satchel, because I had seen someone with it last year, but they were sold out by the time I learned about it. I couldn't find what I wanted, but that doujinshi seller who screams out, "Get your red-hot YAOI!" every few seconds was back again, and I went to look at the doujinshi (and NO, not for the yaoi ) and found no Hellsing ones. I found this really nice looking Trigun doujinshi, marched over to the guy to buy it, and was embarrassed to find that it was hentai! LMAO!!!!! I about died when he yelled out, "YOU NEED YOUR ID BECAUSE THIS IS AN ADULT DOUJINSHI!" Oops. I about dropped the doujinshi like a hot coal, but he was nice and found a nice one that he recommended, and I was happy or whatever. LOL

After wandering around aimlessly for 203948123 hours, I went out and saw the Hellsing group! ::hugs them all:: I saw and Evil Bishounen again, and was happy! But only for a little while... I go back on January 5th... How horrible. At least it will just be 5 weeks of winter session. (Winter session = Condensed version = Only one class) So hopefully I'll have more time to DRAW something.
