That's right! In an attempt to distract Trixie, Veronica wishes up a boyfriend for her. Terry Tung is a self absorbed, arrogant, vain super-genius with no consideration for anybody but himself. Gee, does THAT sound familiar?

Trixie: Ahhh! Now THAT'S a man!

As seen in "Just the Two of Us" (while I consider it Non-Canon) one could argue that it's all the evidence one would need to justify Jokesie. Trixie feeds off of compliments, and to her, the one thing justifying her sanity is her beauty. Now just think. If Trixie suddenly had shrapnel hit her face, carving a rather ghoulish grin on it, and was pushed into a vat of chemicals, wouldn't that make her go crazy? She would lose the one thing that she prizes, and she would be some sort of freak. To her, she would no longer be competitive in terms of her beauty, so what would she do? Why not try to prove that the whole world is made up of freaks...like her!

Some people insist that Vicky or Crocker would be the Joker. They don't really fit the description. In all incarnations (with the exception of the "Dark Knight"), the Joker has a vain side to him and believes that he's handsome. This could be his one way of convincing himself that he's like everyone else, which time and time again he tries to prove, albeit in rather disturbing and horrific ways. Plus, Crocker doesn't have much to lose. He's not handsome, nor vain. He's already insane, so why would he change at all? Vicky is just a thug, so no big change their.

Tim Burton said that the Joker was always nasty, but the accident that turned Jack Napier into the Joker allowed him to express his nastiness in a new way. Couldn't this happen with Trixie? On her bio, it says that she dislikes almost everyone else. If she does, then wouldn't it be horrible to no longer be beautiful, but be even more hideous than the rest of the world? How would you elevate yourself above the rest of the world, and maintain your superiority? You couldn't. So what do you do? Bring the rest of the world down to your level. And wouldn't that be something that Jokesie could do? She has a rather nasty and snobby personality, so losing the one thing that allows her to express her superiority could very well have driven her insane.

And what about Timmy? Much like the Joker's sidekick Harley Quinn, he ignores the fact that the Joker/Trixie thinks he's worthless, and both try to convince themselves that its the rest of the world's fault that Joker/Trixie is the way they are. Much like the Joker using stories of his abusive father or bad childhood to garner sympathy from Harley, Trixie tried to use the fact that she liked boy stuff and just couldn't admit it to get Timmy to like her more.

And what of Veronica/Bat-Gal? Much like the Jokers relationship with Batman, the Joker insults and attacks Batman, and claims that he's the same, but inferior. Much like Trixie says that Veronica is less popular than her, or is the same as her, the Joker tells batman "To them, you're just a freak...like me!" Batman and the Joker are also two sides of the same coin, much like Trixie and Veronica. Trixie acts kind or cordial on occasion, but is rather nasty at her core. The only reason she invited Timmy to her party was because he had gotten her a nice gift. Much like how the Joker only keeps Harley around because she worships him. Meanwhile, Veronica sometimes will act snobby, but she's actually a tormented soul with many problems. Bruce Wayne poses as a prettyboy, when he's really the Batman. Also, Batman genuinely cares for Harley Quinn, but she hates him because she feels like the Joker is threatened. Veronica actually cares for Timmy, but he hates her because he feels like she's a threat to Trixie.

Some people say that Veronica is crazy. Perhaps like Batman fearing for Harley, because he knows what he's like under the surface. Veronica fears for Timmy, as she knows what Trixie is like at her core. The ways they express their concern is unusual. Batman will often fight Harley, or lock her up in Arkham, much like Veronica trying to keep Trixie away from Timmy, or trying to be Trixie. Much like Harley, Timmy believes "It's not Trixie's who's bad, It's Veronica!"

Many people will disagree with my opinion, but there are so many similarities between Harley, Joker and Batman and Timmy, Trixie and Veronica. I've made my thoughts clear, feel free to comment or add to my argument if you wish. Also, you can feel free to disagree.
