Chloe

Anthro, bat/dragon/random thing

3. What is the first thing your character would think of when he/she first wakes up?
Breakfast

4. Your character's favorite outfit would be?
Something she found in a binbag outside a charity shop.

5. When your character looks into a mirror, what's the first thing they would notice?
Her vision's not too great so probably a purple blur

6. Does your character have the same tastes in food as you?
Yes - she likes sweets :3

7. How is your character similar to you?
Sort of silly

8. How is he/she different?
I'm not purple and fluffy (Except when I wear my purple cardigan).

9. If your character could speak, would they have the same voice as you?
Her voice is probably similar to mine when I was 3 years old.

10. If you were to suddenly become your character, what do you think would be the first thing you would do as them?
Freak out!

11. Is there something about your character that you don't like how others think of them?
Not that I can think of.

She can fly. And can see with sound, like a bat.

She gets hot in the summer as she's all fluffy. And my vision's better.

I could probably make something up on the spot but that would be cheating.

A couple of doodles in my sketch book. They're not very secret, just too crappy to show people.

I find it hard to motivate myself to draw a picture for someone when they're not doing anything in return. Also, it's not fair on the people who I'm trading with to expect something from them and not from the person I'm doing a request for.

I do paper doll commissions, $8 each, including postage.

Like the picture shows, you get 3 tops and 2 bottoms. If you'd like more clothes it's a dollar extra per top/bottom set. They're around 10-20cm tall. Nudity is ok :)

It's my first foray into the world of self publishing, and it's fun, I liked trying to make them look nice as opposed to just something I'd photocopied. I think I've succeeded to an extent...but I've learnt a bit so next time they'll be better, hopefully.

I've got a couple of big projects this month so there'll be less uploads but (Hopefully) what I do upload will be more interesting than before.
Here they are:
:bulletred: Entry for the Square Enix contest that DA is running. I'm working on it now. It's taking ages :faint:.
:bulletred: A short comic. I've got a style that I want to develop, and in my experience the best way to develop a style is to make a comic as you're forced to draw things you wouldn't normally. Also the Bristol con's coming up next month (SO EXICITED :excited:) and some my friends who I only see at cons always ask to see my stuff. I haven't made a comic for months and I like to think I've improved since the last one so a new one is in order. :nod: My writing still sucks donkeys though. Oh well.

The bad news is, my Grandad died on Easter Sunday. It's alright, he was 93 and had been very ill for some weeks so it wasn't a suprise or a tragedy. I'm still sad though. I've got to go home first thing tomorrow for a few days for his funeral (Which I'm dreading) so if I don't comment for a while that's why (Trying to catch up a bit now but I may not get through it all). I'm getting to see family though and my sister's dog, which I'm quite looking forward to so it won't all be misery and mourning :)

I quite like the new place. We're not really supposed to talk about our jobs online, but I'm sure it's safe to say it's a call center, and the atmosphere is really friendly and relaxed. And I'm allowed to do what I want between calls, so I can draw or read at work :)
And I'm completely shattered, but that will be rectified tonight. Gonna catch up my backlog, may take a couple of days.

That was about a year and a half ago, and I've since decided to start again, with a new account. My taste in art has changed and I was watching far too many people on my old account. And I've improved a lot since I was last on here as well, and have started using different media. And I like my new user name.
