just thought id let you all know i am now officially the 43rd fastest climber in the world in my category! thats right, competed in the 2008 World Youth Climbing Championships! top 4 competitors from each country in each category.

yeah now i need to get back to taking photos, somethign i havnt done in far too long

time for a new journal. im thinking of trying out making my own frames, any tips would be greatly appreciated!

if the frames work out alright, and at a reasonable price might get around to heading down to the markets and selling some of them, possibly even my pictures but yeah..

the principal decided to put a blanket ban on facial piercings! they tried to make me take out my eyebrow stud! its infected and i dont carry the lube/disinfectant stuff with me everywhere i go. and the guy running it was there telling me how he makes people who work for him take out there piercings for work even if they have only had it done for 48 hours, so i decided he was a complete prick!

anyway when i asked for a refund he fumed at me a bit then told me to get my photo taken and he would get the "lab technician" to see what he could do! they are going to photoshop my individuality!

and so this is why i hate our principal and the guy at "Advance Photography"

oh and did i mention that i goto a state school in Australia and our principal likes purple in excess and is trying to make our school look and act like a private school! just wish i was good at writing so i could complain properly for some reason things are always more forceful in writing

well i got my first real portrait up today, my anonymous model finally agreed to let me post it, well actually i just finally asked! but yeah hope you guys like it! iv been looking at lots of portraits and getting inspiration from everyone!

there was something else... oh yeah thats right, i reached 100 deviation comments! and im fast approaching 300 page views! this is awesome! i had flickr for a while but i got liek what 60 views in 3 months? haha pathetic! and my friend [link] convinced me that id get a much better audience here, she also said that you lot know a bit more of what your talking about! haha yeah id say she is right.

but yeah its 1230 at night here and well new years is tommorrow night and well i need some sleep!

any way im tired because i have been awake for nearly 24 hrs, i got home from a movie marathon followed by brekky at mcdonalds at 430-5am! ah the things we call fun! saw I am legend, beowolf (creepy nude animations...) and 1408. the first movie was the best of the three. the second was good cuz i had someone next to me more interesting than the movie, sounds nice but it really isnt saying much. and 1408 was alright but repetitive...

now at maccas i got asked a question: so tell me, who is more satisfying, your ex or your current? how the fuck are you meant to answer that!! especially when the interesting girl is a very good friend of your ex's?

anyway thats enough of me for a long time, im gonna have a shower! and maybe upload a few more pics
