It was two days after her 18th birthday and she didn't have any parties for her, didn't celebrate, she didn't even get a present from her family. An old friend she knew invited her to a party. Seemed like fun right? She decided shes going to celebrate her walk into the adult life there. They were very early and no one had really shown up except a few people. Her friend took her to the back and introduced her to these two men. Both fairly attractive, she was a very shy girl and only said hello. Eventually after all the drinking, the dancing to Irish music, the running around, the flaming balls of fire that were thrown into the air and almost lit a cable of fire, after all the commotion had died down she ended up sitting with one of the guys she had first met when she arrived. They clicked pretty well and danced all night together, eventually he asked her out of a night on the town. She happily agreed. She had no idea this man she met so casually would be someone very important to her. A week later, on the mans birthday they finally became the so called boyfriend, girlfriend thing.

They didn't really have many fights, but they didn't talk as much as either of them would like. She had a hard time talking about the small things in life, like what annoyed her, what she enjoyed, things like that, but had no problem talking about the big things that had happened to her. Drug abuse, past relationships that failed miserably, etc... He on the other hand talked and talked and talked and talked, and talked. Eventually she had something terrible happen to her while on vacation and he drove all the way down there, a drive that would of taken 9 hours he made in 5. He took her away, kept her safe, and started driving her home. They had talked about what had happened for a while on the drive home. They almost cut off the relationship then, but something came over the man, and he proposed to her. She said yes.

They were happy. They also made a drastic change in their life to give it to god. It became so much more harder for them, but things got better. They were so happy.

But something came back to her. She remembered her dream to become a great story teller. She had told the man that she was to leave for better schooling far away, but in the same country. They loved each other, so she thought everything would be alright, because well, they had many arguments since the terrible night, and had become so much more closer through them. He told her, he would always be with her, no matter what was to happen, because god will provide, and things will get great. One week later after she had told him that she is set on moving far away, he changes his mind, and refuses to leave. He doesn't want to be far away from friends and family, which is understandable, she didn't want to leave her family and friends either, but to make a living off story telling she felt she absolutely had to go to school. Because he could not leave his home town, and she had to go, she knew, for a fact, that not seeing him for three years would end in fainted hearts and weeks souls. They couldn't be together. She was so devastated. But there was not a thing she could do about it.
