its not that i haven't been drawing its this, ok? listen up.

i sit down and i start to draw a picture. then i get up and get a drink. then i sit down and turn the page and draw something else without finishing the first one and then in the middle of THAT drawing i get tired of it and do something else. and then i play pokemon blue on the GBA and then i start up WoW to mess around. and then i go back to writing odon but then i write something that i absolutely HAVE to illustrate. and then?

...the process starts over!

since i moved back up to school after xmas break i had 12 dollars in cash stolen from me but nothing else. so i was happy i still had, like, my mp3 player after i found my purse again.

then the bookstore made an error after i wrote out a check for $280... yeah they stuck a 1 in front of that.. i cant really afford to have that much go missing so i was a bit stressed that my tuition payment might bounce.. cos they kick you out of school for that. but i yelled and dad yelled and mom yelled and it was solved so i don't have to be stressed anymore.

its currently -8 degrees F / -22 degrees C outside. i love bemidji...

i had a dream a while back.

it was from the point of view of a girl that was not me but i could still sympathize

she had a shitty life and hated having to live it, but she was happy because she had a place to go everyday, as long as she wanted. it was far far away from everyone and shut outside the city within a very ominous fence.
she opened the door and it was beautiful... flowers everywhere, kinds you'd never heard of, creatures and trees and mountains in the distance, and a tiny creek that cascaded into a tiny pond.
she loved it so much after visiting it everyday that she didn't want to keep it secret anymore.
so one dreary day, she brought a camera. she took pictures of the most beautiful flowers and the mountains in the distance and the tiny creek cascading into the tiny pond.
the next day, she had her pictures developed. she eagerly sat down inside her dreary house to look at them.
but the mountains were only the green toxic clouds in the faroff sky. the flowers were the bent peices of metal left over from a long ago war. the tiny creek cascading into the tiny pond was only a garbage pit with stairs leading up out of it.
her paradise had never existed

and that was my dream.

monday:
woke up due to the sun blazing right on my face, due to the window always having to be open cause the heater is always full blast or nothing at all. was disgusted to find asian beetles all over the inside and outside of my window screen.
went to class, came back from class, was out of food. had a friend drive me to crowded walmart to buy insecticide, couldn't find insecticide. spent three hours there.
then this guy called me and was acting rather creepy. i was creeped out.
went to bed but could not sleep until around 3.

tuesday:
woke up freezing. cloudy. none of my friends went to class, even though i want them to go to class so i don't have to tutor them. like it would help, since i got a poor score on my last quiz. thats what insomnia does i guess
fended off the creepy guy from monday, went to bed or something. i don't remember

wednesday:
woke up with bugs on my face, and the sun again. busted my ass to get to class on time, then learned the homework due date was moved to friday. learned that the one day i have off of classes until thanksgiving, my parents were going out of state, so no leaving this dump either.
went to bed, laid there angry as hell until 5 in the morning.

thursday:
woke up late (missed class, which usually doesn't happen) to some loser's subwoofer directly underneath me. told jessica about it, she wrote a note and put it on his door asking him to lay off the rap.
waited for class to start, got a major nosebleed. stood bent over the sink for 30 mins, since there are no towels in the bathroom. almost missed astronomy.
went to class, came back. the guy downstairs came up and started bitching at me:
"i ain't takin this like no white boy, don't mess with me, i'm a homie. my bro is cheif of da po leece."
was a bit frightened to leave my room for a few hours.
got to sleep at around 4.

today:
wondering how to deal with life alone in my room this weekend, vaguely wondering what kind of drunk i would be.

i'll draw something soon.

bluificated (01:18:52 AM): there was a girl who lived in heaven, and all around her were clouds. she had everything she wanted and would ever want, except that for all the material goods she owned there were no other people to share it with.
bluificated (01:24:51 AM): she would wander her realm aimlessly searching for life, other creatures similar to herself. all she ever found were clouds, endless clouds.
bluificated (01:25:38 AM): day after day she spent her hours wandering until a smell that she couldn't place drifted towards her on the wind.
bluificated (01:26:01 AM): it was clear and crisp and wonderful and she couldn't help but follow it.
bluificated (01:26:59 AM): she followed the scent for what seemed like an eternity until she came to something she had never seen before --
bluificated (01:28:15 AM): an endless field of green, gently billowing grass in the midst of the clouds she had known all her life.
bluificated (01:28:22 AM): she reveled in it.
bluificated (01:29:11 AM): at once she set to exploring this place she had never dreamed of and after another eternity she discovered a young, skinny tree in the center of this wonderful place.
bluificated (01:29:39 AM): (hmm, that second place should be a different word.)
bluificated (01:30:58 AM): anyway, the sight of this lone, young tree out in the middle of the field drew the girl's attention quickly.. she sat next to it in wonder.
bluificated (01:31:41 AM): the tree's bark was fragile and it was clearly struggling to survive.
bluificated (01:32:42 AM): the girl realized with a start that if she left this feild, the tree would die. she resolved to leave everything she owned behind to keep the poor tree company.
bluificated (01:33:52 AM): night fell and day came and the little tree seemed worse and worse. the girl didn't know what else to do, so after a while she resolved to stay awake to watch over it.
bluificated (01:34:53 AM): as a second night fell, then a third, the girl's resolve failed, and on the fourth night, her eyelids finally closed, even with all she did to stop them from closing.
bluificated (01:36:11 AM): she awoke with a start, heat on her face. she gasped when she realized that because she had fallen asleep, her tree had not survived. the last leaf fell from the top-most frail branch, and shaking, the girl caught it in her hands.
bluificated (01:37:42 AM): all around her, the beautiful field of endless grass she had loved was burning because of her failure. the feild could not survive without the tree and the tree did not survive without her to watch over it.
bluificated (01:39:47 AM): she clutched the last green leaf tightly and ran as quickly as she could out of the burning field. she ran as the crisp clear smell of grass replaced itself with the bitter smell of smoke. she ran as the bright clouds she had always known replaced the green she'd dreamed of and she ran until night turned into morning.
bluificated (01:40:55 AM): the last green leaf she'd held in her hand didn't turn to ash, however. to this day she keeps it in her possession until the day next comes when she again smells a crisp, clean smell which she can't help but follow.
