Chris Brunner and I recorded an interview for the Sidebar podcast a couple months back. It was an honor to speak into the esteemed Sidebar microphones and hopefully we thank the guys for the opportunity. Dwight and Swain are a class act and hopefully the interview was as much fun for them as it was for us. They've given me and Chris hours of informative talks with guys we admire and respect and I hope we payed a little bit of that back.

Brian Stelfreeze has a Yahoo group where he posts art, and runs contests for fans of his art, offers exclusive items, and sometimes chimes in with helpful hints and insights into his techniques.

I'm a week behind on work because my whole family and I have been sick with this sweet Northeast flu. But I can't worry about work now...we have a chance to go to Hawaii with a free place to stay (my wife's cousin is living there for a bit), and free wheels! Can't pass that up! Ron Marz who was supposed to be sitting with him kept busy with signings down on the lower level. I sold a bunch of prints of the illustration I did for the Baltimore show, so the trip paid for itself right there. Not to mention the good times shared with my friends.
I met a few Deviantart folks, some that I didn't even know were on here! Also, looks like I'll be working with a bunch of guys I met there on some art books through my day job at Indigo Ink. [link]
I also met Jonahan Tsuei who was manning the table for M.I.A. long lost friend Eric Canete on Friday of the show. I think I'll be working with these guys in the not too distant future. Should be fun. Thank God!
