-My Cat had to have her eye removed
(First week of crazyness-Blood tests had to go through so it didn't actually get removed)
-Power went out in Cumberland
(Week 2-Putting the Vet back and delaying her having to get her eye removed)
-Cat finally gets her eye actually removed
(Week 3 - This leaving me with an eyeless cat that needs pills and medicine stuffed down her throat 3 times a day while catching up on two weeks of school.)
-Christmas/Family craziness
(Week 4 - Did anyone actually update over this time? It was insane for me.)
-So far all of January I have done nothing but puke because I was sick with the flu.

So the cat that had to get her eye removed was windy (she can be seen here: [link] and here: [link] ) And I didn't get any schoolwork done in December so now I have to get caught up on that, plus study for my provincals which are at the end of the month two days after my birthday. So don't expect anything till the second week of Febuary.
I also got a new computer for christmas (my last one was going on it's 7th year) and it's a Mac, yay! Except for the fact that I don't think my old photoediting program will work on this. So I will have to break open my bank account and buy a new one. I need one because I have noway to resize my photos, add my name, put on a border or crop my photos. Maybe I will get one for my birthday though, which I like to brag is on the same day as Mozart's.

Let's just say I had to find Shakespeare's grave and curse the...deading daylights? out of him. I had to write an 8 page essay on Romeo and Juliet and didn't even understand a word of it. To make it more difficult I spent the time I supposed to be reasearching it, writing a parody of it, which sucks and shall never be read again.
I have not been doing anything other then type my fingers to death about the death of Juliet and Romeo. I didn't even get to pick my topic *growls*.
I have no new updates for my gallery at all, I have currently taken to depressing myself with the fact that I have very little useful creativity left in my brain. I have lots of useless stuff, like a whole great topic that I could have written my essay about, but no I can't pick my own topic. See I wanted to compare Romeo and Juliet to the modern day celebratiy (can't spell) relationship. I've gone back to talking about it, damn I keep getting side tracked.
Anyways what might concern you few readers. I'm going to do an overall delete of all the deviantations in my inbox (including journals) *gets hard solid objects thrown at her* I'm sorry but my brain does not have the attention span to look through all 500+ deviantations and give them their full credit. However I am going to look through the gallerys of my favourite artists on here and try to give them some worthy comments.
*pulls cobweb off journal* So now I shall end this journal entry, and please note that my spelling is most likely horrible in this entry because I am used to the automatic spell check, and my brain is too lazy to put any effort into proper grammar and spelling.

October is here! That means I can walk on the roads without being burned to death, and I can avoid people all day...well except adults but still I don't have to put up with those annoying little kids on scooters hitting me. It also means Scarf Season! I always get really bad sore throats so I wear more scarves then the average person, but I couldn't find one I wanted at the store....so I made one! It is black and white and has little tasles and I discovered the joy of printer transfers so I put the DecemberUnderground logo on it and each of AFI band member's faces on the white parts. Interested in pictures? I might post them either in scraps or normal, I dunno, haven't decided.
As far as pictures goes I have some great ones of Darth Vader playing the Violin, and the Pirates taking over the legislature buildings in Victoria.

So I ask thou watchers to comment on if you would like to see Darth Vader playing a violin, Pirate ships, and scarf or not.

Just wanted to write this entry to let people know that I won't be able to take the pictures they requested that I do for them when I go to scotland. The reason for this is because I can't go to scotland anymore. I don't want to get into details because that just makes me mad, basically I can't leave the country without both my parents permission, and I put off telling my mom because of course, my dad taking me on this trip I've been planning since I was 8 would make him look nicer then her. So she said no.

Sorry I can't take the pictures. At least I got a bit closer to being able to go, then I ever had before and that much closer to seeing AFI live.

I have gotten my inbox down to 16 deviations and 18 messages. But I have to start doing school work today and already they are asking me to do the impossible. They are asking me to write a...poem! I can't write poems, I can't write lyrics I can only write excuse notes that sound like your parent wrote them. I don't think I am going to last for the first week of grade 10. I should just run away and join the circus.
The worst thing about this poem is that they want you to write about what animal you are, I'm a teen, I'm not supposed to understand anything about myself. As far as I'm concerned I am a beaver taking too much meds. I did find some brains and decided to take a online quiz to find out it says I am either one of these animals: a sheep, a penguin, a beaver, or a badger. How am I supposed to write a great poem about that.
But on a good note, I get to write a response to a piece of art! I picked one of *luminatii pieces because they have really clear meanings and this meaning has to be pretty obvious since a random teacher who I've never met has to understand it too. I also get to put one of my own pictures in, which is where I get to the point of this journal to say: I should have some photo updates for this month.
And one should be fairly good, since it has to have a clear message, and able to have that message completely reversed (so if it is a sad message it has to become a happy message) through digital imaging.
But now I am off to take more online quizs until I get a animal that I can write a poem about.

EDIT: I am so happy I was so bored. I went upstairs to play video games and I turned on the TV and what did I see? DAVEY AND JADE! It said "Coming up next, exculsive interview with AFI" So I never actually did play video games, instead I watched the interview on my dad's big screen plasma TV screen. Oh god I curse myself for ever saying that thing was a waste of money.

(there was some blah blah blah here). So what have I finally decided to do other then whine about boredom? One of those tag things (hey they have to start somewhere). So here we go now:

The 1st player of this "game" starts with the topic "6 weird habits/things/about yourself" and people who get tagged need to write a journal about their 6 weird habits/things as well as state this rule clearly. 1) I hate big cities, can't stand them. But love small towns.

So I updated my gallery, even though I said I wouldn't this month. Whenever I end up saying something like that I always seem to update. Anyways that will be the last one, I swear it on....hmm...I'll have to get back to you for that.

Anyways, for people who don't know me in real life, I haven't been to a hair dresser in...ooo I'm going to say three years. Reason for this: I don't like hair dressers, they are all trying to get into your life and talk to you. I am a really quite person in real life, unless I know you, then you wouldn't be able to get me to shut up. But I was thinking, about going, and getting something neat done to my boring old brown hair. I have the money now so I won't go broke (Bringing in 200 bucks a week with this summer job ). I have an update! Dun du DA! and I made up a tofu song this morning...or was it last night? I dunno, but last night I was in charge of giving out tickets for food and stuff at this fundraiser where beer was involved. I left before it ended though so my boss wouldn't ask me to clean the puke off the toilet seat in the bathrooms. I was also thinking of this Eurotrip quote this morning: "Hello, and welcome to Amsterdam's finest and most luxurious youth hostel. We feature one medium sized room containing 70 beds which can sleep up to 375 bodies a night. There is no bathroom. Nor is there one nearby. I am bored, I've lost my cell phone (AKA the house phone), and I have a bad headache. So what do I do? I decide to make a new journal entry. I have been working cleaning bathrooms and stuff all week and I got zero pictures taken so no new updates any time soon. But I have been playing a lot of iSketch [link] and been playing around with this Death Pyschic thing a lot too [link] . I got them both from the AFI message board on the 10th column, because the other forums are just full of crazy people who want to talk about their view on DecemberUnderground, and the hidden meaning behind it. Which aren't actually the crazy ones, the crazy ones are the ones who start threads wanting to know about the Church of Havok (if you don't know what it is, don't ask) or talk about their crush on Davey. But anyways, I am tired and will probably go back to sleep even though I just woke up, and it's 9:44am. Good night all.

I was going to give you watcher's a longer break, but I feel like coming back now that I have three pictures that I am really proud of. Anyways what has happened? well I get to go to scotland in October....and go to my very first concert (I was too young before) which will of course be a AFI concert, so please people give me any advice you have! I am so nervous and excited! Also this brings me to the contest thing that isn't really a contest.

During my time in Scotland I will have a week there and need ideas of things to do. So anybody at all can say one place/item/person they want to see a picture of and I will take a picture of it. This will be going on all summer but get your comment in the sooner because I am starting my list now and you will be at the top

Anyways, like I said early I have three pictures I am proud of. One is AFI related, another is storybook related, and the other is sort of weather related. They are different from my usual stuff because I thought it would be nice for a change. Also next week I start work for the summer so there will be a noticeable lack of updates for a while. But I am getting paid 120 dollars a week, which will come in handy when I go to scotland. Also I have a ton of DevWatch messages, so it might take me a while to get through them all.

I have been really out of the whole looking at my devwatch message box and commenting thing. Actually I have been completely out of the whole DA thing. I don't think that made any sense, but that is what I mean. Nothing I do on this site seems to make sense right now. Confused yet? I don't mean to sound depressed because I'm not. I'm just not into the whole DA thing right now so I am going to take a little break, tiny little break. So if I favourite something a month after you post it, then that will be why. Also with the end of school nearing and me discovering the magics of sugary water and their power to make you stay up all night, stress and tiredness has been at an all time high. It's here! I can't believe I am listening to this! Anyways I have to tell you all the story of what I was like at the mail today waiting for it. Well I am usually 'such a nice shy girl' then today I ran into the post office and demanded to know if the mail was there. I think I scared the poor mail lady enough with just that and she said the mail hadn't come yet so while waiting I picked up every can of soup in the store and examined it, then once the mail came I ran down to the dock and got it for her but she had to open the box and when she held up the box to see the address I saw Amazon.ca so I grabbed it and started to jump up and down. I think next time go get the mail she is going to hold a cross up to ward me away. I have to go back down there later because I ran away before I could wait for the rest of the mail to get sorted and I probably had school work in it.
Anyways I got DAVEY! I didn't know his eyes where closed when I saw the little preview of it, I thought they did something freaky to them. I was hoping for Hunter but really any of them would have make my day. Hunter is just my inspiration for when I play my own instruments. For those who don't know I play the Piano, Oboe, and Bass guitar, but I'm not in a band or anything, I just like to have something to do.

Feeling a lot better now, almost drowned myself in the tub I really had an urge to write an entry so here we go. Just to let everyone know I won't be on until next....tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday? I dunno, but the reason is my trip to Gumboot Ville to see my friend caffeinatedfrog and take my other friend Denise to Joe's to get some free soymilk and celebrate her much belated birthday (it was in April and I completely forgot ) So if you comment and I don't reply for a long time, or one of the people I watch post something and I don't comment on it until next week, that is why. I actually don't leave for Gumboot Ville until Thursday night, but tomorrow and thursday morning I am going to be knee deep little fins that you clip off fishes for tagging. I am doing some community service and helping out at the fish hatchery, and tagging fish does not hurt them, they get this cool tag (like a nose ring) that makes all the non-hatchery fish jealous. And now I am off to sleep! because they are making me get up early for the tagging.

Today I fell off a quad while getting a ride up from the dock because I'm lazy. Anyways, due to this pain in my elbows, back of the head, butt and back I will probably not be doing anything that involves moving this includes photography, so I will update tomorrow then go into a como like mood to heal by next thursday. I know everybody is getting tried of hearing from me so this will give you all a holiday from my annoying babling of Doom.
Also Kill Caustic is awesome [link] this song actually reminded me a lot of milo2's character Boo, just the lyrics 'nobody screams like I do', 'I remain the one you blame at night', 'What's left of me', 'don't ever speak my name' and more. Also the fact that it goes from two different levels of voices. Maybe it is just because I have Boo in my head, I have been rereading the Other Me again, I demand you all go out and buy it. This entry is for because while talking to her on msn she says that my entries are full of AFI fandom, so I decided to not mention them at all through this entry (except just then). I'm not even listening to them Anyways, we got a new puppy! Actually my dad's boss's wife did because she really likes chocolate labs and wanted to get one for the place we live. His name is Rob-Roy (Robby for short, I swear to god I did not pick the name and try to base it off the Other Me, so your not allowed to accuse me of that...it was just a nice concidence) and he manages to beat up Tika already at 4 months of age. I have one picture of him, which should be up soon, then after that I want to try some photography of something other then animals. I need ideas though so give me ideas everybody! I was going to go up to see my sister in Victoria and try some city life photos but she is sick so I can't go up there for a couple weeks, then after a couple weeks I am going to be living at the post office waiting for something that I am not allowed to talk about.
Also how does one go about getting a Social Insurance Number? I've had tons of jobs but this is the first time anyone has ever asked me for that (mostly because I get hired by people who don't even know what one is). Also the place I work that is now asking for this Social Insurance Number is going to be getting soy milk in this summer

AFI released their Miss Murder music video last Monday So I am as excited as hell about their new album. I wasn't going to watch it before the album came out but I couldn't resist. Plus they had bunnies in it But something that is bothering me is how on the DF everybody keeps saying it reminds them of [insert word here]* I don't really see the resemblance; I mean their clothes say military, but that is it. To say something resembles [insert word here] is an insult in my mind. But still I love the music video, I didn't get to see it on MTV though because of me living in Canada, but it is on the internet [link] there so you can all go see it and it's wonderfulness. But if anybody knows where I can see the whole MTV TRL thing, please comment/note me and give me the link because I really like to collect that stuff.
On a topic off of AFI, I got the Other Me yesterday by Milo2 it is wonderful so far, and I only put it down to watch the AFI video. I am so relieved that it didn't take 30 days to come like they said it might. I also walked face first into a tree because that sometimes happens when you are reading while walking through a forest. The book is unharmed though so all is well.
I also got :iconcaffienatedfrog:'s bday gift done, and I am almost all caught up on school work, so I should have more time to focus on Photography and get some stuff up in my gallery.

*I don't want to say who it reminds them of, because I don't want some idiot to say 'omg! AFI is like soooooo [insert word here]' and I don't want to put the resemblance inside people's minds.

I know there are spelling errors in this, but too bad, I am thinking math right now not grammar.

Okay, just had a craving to make a new entry. Anyways, I have offically entered the fluffy contest ([link]). I doubt I will win anything, but I want to support the contest because I love animal photography.

I even did a Maxwell doodle on my desk, which I am quite proud of considering I usually just draw stick men. Okay, my main page was looking a little too full of little happy icons. Don't get me wrong, I am still jumping with joy at the very thought of the new album, but I have calmed down enough to write a entry that isn't full of happy icons (I will call them Icons not Emoticons, so too bad for you mr. emoticon legend).
Anyways new News is that I have finished 2/4 of my AFI face pillows, they aren't turning out that well though due to the evil tranparent-drying-fabric-glue and it showing up really well on the black fabric. I have also just figured out how to do this: I know that isn't an achievement for some, but it took me a long time how to make just bold font on DA.
As for status on new updates, I have no idea, my life has just been flopping back and forwards from having nothing to do, to working past midnight. One minute my teachers are telling me I'm too far behind, next they are telling me I'm well ahead So now I must go, for right now I am supposed to be researching Jacques Cartier, a french explorer dude, I already know a lot about him, but apparently it isn't enough.
Quick last thing, Happy Late Easter to all who like chocolate and care about how Jesus rose from the dead and came back as a zombie! okay no he didn't, I'm not entirely sure why he rose from the dead, I'm not even relgious, I just celebrate this holiday for the chocolate.

Okay I am seriously shaking with joy! I wasn't going to listen to their single before their CD came out, but too bad 54 more days is too long for this crazed fan. So anyways, Miss Murder is today! It is wonderful! They have changed their style but that is the great thing about afi, no two CDs are the same, so they never get boring.
I couldn't get it to work on KROQ or 105.63*, but it was the number one requested song on X96! He said we managed to get it up to number one within 45 minutes I am so happy! and my brother has promoted me to the 'God Damn Most Annoying Creature on earth' so more 's for that This is exactly what I needed too, because I have been having a sucky day all day (thanks to mom) but now it is one of the best days of my life, Trust AFI to make a day of hell into a Day of Heaven. I would have been listening to this earlier but my computer wouldn't load DF homepage, and when I saw it was out I choked on the apple that I was munching on.
Anyways, if you want the link just ask and I will post the site that I am using all the time, for the rest of the night at least (it is a site that has the interview and song recorded and downloaded) but I did not find it, it was thanks to the DF message board. Davey sounds so excited in the interview, he is oakland with my cousin...ooo time to annoy my cousin, then again there is probably more then one Oakland in this big marble.
Off the topic of AFI, I have a ton of work to do so it will be a while till I update next....that is the most I can type without think of AFI! :squee: okay so I should shut up now, I can already feel Caffeinatedfrog glaring at me and my crazy fan ways.

Everything was sick last weekend, and not in a 'sick-minded' type way. No this was that even worse sore throat and tick removing type sick! I was going to get to come off Hermit Island this weekend, and go to gumboot town where all my friends live to visit them, but no, I had to get a fever and lose the superpower known as 'speech', which has served me very well in my Middle and High School years.
But even worse, I notice a very bad rash behind my dog's (Tika) ear. Now this could have been a number of things, seeing how she rolls in/on every thing dead and living, and how she enjoys chewing on anything she can get her puppy teeth on. It looked pretty bad though so I called my dad and he said to bring her out with me to the vet. It turned out she had a tick* inside of her head, even under her skull so they said they would do surgery but that she might not have make it, which would really suck because she would be the second dog to die on me this year and we are only 4 months in. But she lives! the Tick had already left, but the whole hole it made in her head was inffected, so now we have to put cream on it and give her pills which she won't keep down. We also got her spayed while we were there, so I have nicked named her Stitches (she has more stitches in her right now then I have ever had in my whole life.)
So everything is back to normal now, but no updates for now because I am a week behind on school work because of the whole fever on me and Tick thing. Tika is fine, she is acting just as dumb as ever, for all she knows she just got a new haircut and had a long nap, also her friend Timmy the Tick has stopped talking to her.


*=Not sure if it was really a Tick, they just said Parasite and suggested that it might have been a tick.

I love looking through my old albums, and I found this one album of some parade pictures from the Snow to Surf race in my old town. It was my favourite parade, considering the fact that it was better then our Christmas, Canada Day, and everything else parades. I have picked out my four favourite pictures and I am going to be doing a little project of them. Sadly though we don't have this parade anymore, because the race got serious, I hate it when things get serious and stop being good old, small town fun. Another month and almost nothing new has happened. My spanish teacher is still yelling at me to get more work done, my brain is still mush, I don't think I have slept for the full 8 hours since January, and I still am bored out of my mind during the days. Just wanted to let one and all know that I won't be doing much update for a while, for two reasons:
1) I accidently misplaced the photos I had developed
2) I have a biiiigggg novel study to finish on HBP so I won't have much time.
3) It will take me a month to get through all my Deviant Watch messages but that is all good.

Also I went to the Vancouver Art Gallery. Why? Because we had to burn some time before the Hockey Game. It was...well the only part I liked was the Balloon display thingy, Emily Carr, and the $100,000 dollars worth of Pennies on the Ground (I've never seen so much money in one place, before.) I probably would have liked it more if my annoying brother wasn't there asking if it was time to go yet. Then later, back at the hotel room the whole Hotel's power went out and I locked myself out of my room. Three w00ts for having to wait in the Lobby of Choas, in your pajamas, for three hours until you finally got a room key.

Evil, evil sticky-gooey fingerprints! Always make sure you scanner is clean before using! I now have to rescan all my photos because somebody got gooey fingerprints all over the scanner. I got a roll of film developed this weekend so I will be doing some more posting/updating of le gallery. Sophia, is now my favourite model. I have one that turned out almost perfect of her! I will save it for last though. I'm off to try to see if I can edit out the fingerprint marks from my photos so that is all for now.
