So internet explorer has been being stupid for me, being slow and all that shit, so I tried downloading firefox and it seems to hate my computer...claiming that I don't have the right requirements to download it. So I downloaded Google Chrome. I know that someone might not like me having it, but it's better than having internet explorer.......IE is just too slow for me now and keeps on having problems....

Anyways, so I have been working on a picture, and it's been going really well 8D

So with me living in Canada, the second wave has hit here, probably in the states and many other places in the world. Well sure the regular sesonal flu kills more people, but that flu has been around for a longer time, and the swine flu spead across the world like....FAST.

So with the vaccine arriving in my province only Monday, my family was the first to get turned away at one clinic as they were turning away people because they have enough people to last them till 11pm [that's when they close the clinics now cause of the H1N1 shot dealy thingy....thing]. So that kinda sucks. At that point there were only 4 clinics in a city of 1 million that were giving out this vaccine, which is stupid I think. And the people who are second to last prioroty are the nurse, doctors ect. Which I think is stupid....I think they should be first because they are the ones to deal with the sick, and if they get the H1N1 [some of them here already have] they risk speading it to others who don't have that high immunesystem. The government here has been so stupid with the vaccine doseage because A the first prioity should be the health care peoples B uuhhhhhhh forgot what B was....I started being a retard on MSN
So with saying that, on to the next topic!!

Halloween

So today [Oct 29] we got to dress up at school and I was a Hunter from L4D WOOHOO!! It was so much fun! Cause there was ANime Club after that and there was Go going on and I was playing against Falcon....we had a speed round of it and I was losing HARD but I didn't care XD
And I went home with my friend "Chichi" and we started dancing a para para dance XD
Someone actually honked as we were getting weird looks, sadly the dance wasn't recorded....There will be another time - DO NOT WORRY!!

Cosplay

So this year [2010] I am planing on cosplaying Hunter from L4D, I just need some more blod for that costume, and Maid Miku Hatsune, I'll be helping out with the Smiling Maid Cafe at Otafest 10. As for Otafest '11 I have my cosplays figured out for then too lololol -fail-
I'm going as Edward Elric from FMA and Merle from Esclaflowne WOOHOO!!

My grandpa has been wanting to buy one for a while now, since my aunt lives on a farm and has a home for one. And he found one! The horse is maaaaaaale, he sounds to pretty. His name is Dollar and he is the colour of buckwheat from what my sister has said. Dollar is also 15 y.o.
Once I get out to my aunt's place I will take pics of good ol' Dollar and post them [he's getting there on Sunday]

So I've finally been watching some more anime and the ones that I've been watching are Aoi Hana [a shojo ai] and K-ON. On the waiting list is CANAAN. One movie that I cannot wait for [an anime movie] is King of Thorn. One ofmy fave mangas is being turned into a movie!! YAY!

And my cosplay line up for this year is Hunter from L4D and Hatsune Miku!
I'll be a Hunter for Halloween, CCEE and Otafest and Miku for Otafest as well. My Miku cosplay is going to be better this year because my girl is buying me the headset from Hello Cosplay, and Hero is going to be buying those clips from the same site. I feel so spoiled!

So I'm graduating this year...
It comes and kicks you in the ass - srsly.
And the dress that I really want is a Lolita dress, and when I told my mom that I wanted a lolita dress she was all like "No."
But when I showed her a picture of the one I wanted from Victorian Maiden, she said sure, but I gotta get it made from a seemstress-lady-person.

And guess what she found? A CART! A FUCKING SHOPPING CART!! So I hopped in it..and she pushed me to the grocrie store it belongs too. First of all - I work there... And when one of the employees came out, she looked at us like we were freeks, going over a speed bump. And I told her that we found it and were bringing it back -- she didn't believe us...
OH WELL! We then grabbed some water after returning the FOUND cart and walked back to the park close to my place, and I jumped on the swings as it started to get really windy. Apparently I look like a man with makeup today - so I kinda started to act like a retarded man LULZ
So anyways...
DJDani got on the swing when I got off to go on the slide. And I was going pretty fast on this tiny slide that I fell on my butt one time.
While DJDani was trying to swing in the strong wind and I sat right on her and we tried to swing on the swing together........it was kind of fail -- TOTAL fail.

THENTHENTHEN! On the way back to my house, we found another park...it had this teter-totter with a frog-slug cross and a whale and we hopped on that. This thing is for toddlers. Not for teens.... While on that we started talking about pedos....and howif we were alone on the thing we would be one and ... yah...
Oh and the frog-slug cross gave birth to DJDani.........................................................

Otafest

It was a BLAST! Friday not so much, but Saterday - so many people asking for my photo! Well, I guess that happenes when you're Miku Hatsune X3
I went for Otafest Idol [it's like Canadian Idol but with Japanese songs only] and it was fun, although I didn't get into the finals with the song Come - the 7th Inyasha ending. Oh well, there's always next year! The song I'm doing is Electro World - Perfume [link]
Yes I can sing it, I just need lyrics infront of me to get the words right.
I was also in the Cosplay Contest, doing the remeberal dance: [link]
I even did the Caramelldancen at the end there, and in between everyone was cheering thinking I was done when I was telling them to stop with big waving hand gesturs. I got the whole crowd doing the Caramell, even the hostest [who was cosplaying Zero from Vampire Knight]
Sadly I didn't win anything, but a shit load of people thought I should - even Zero. Apparently a lot of people wanted to take me home too lolololol

I'm going to be cosplaying all 3 days. Friday as my OC, Keiko; Saterday as Snow Leopard Miku for part and just Miku and Miku for Sunday.
All my cosplays are done, though I pre ordered a pair of snow leopard ears that I should be picking up at Otafest, thoygh the woman who I have emaild to see where to meet her Friday hasn't emailed me back yet...I'll have to email her tonight again (I haven't been hastling her since she's busy).
That's really all I need to get for my Keiko cosplay and my snow leopard Miku cosplay - I has the tail already :]

My art is going to be selling as bookmarks! My friend, Hero, is going to praduce some of my recent art into bookmarks and give me all the money that sell from them o0o

I went to CCEE [local comic expo] over the weekend [April 26th] and it was AWESOME!
Talking with Yuri and Aaron; the Sasuke Uchiha english voice actor, and the Alphonse Elric english voice actor! My friend and I got Yuri to say something yaoi about Sasuke and Naruto XD LAWL
I also got Aaron to sign my FMA vol.1 manga, Tara [english Temari] to sign my hidden leaf headband along with Yuri [we all know he's Sasuke] who signed the other side

I also bought a snow leopard tail which I think was made by Beetlecat, but I bought it from Hyokenseisou. Saw her Ammy cosplay, it was amazing! She started baahing like a sheep and did some air-guitar LOL.

I met up with my pal Hero and his girlfriend~
I danced some.
And after the whole expo I crashed on the couch after watching some TV and playing some PS2. The next day I stayed home from school because my throught was KILLING me. And now here I am with a sore-ish throught and stuffy nose D':

And I just found out today that it's an ANIME!!!!
Though I can't find the english sub - but I was on Wikipidea reading who was the voice actress for Miku Hatsune, and I licked her name to see what she's done for anime's and stuff. AND YOZAKURA WAS IN THERE FOR 2008!!! There's also a Miku Hatsune anime: Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei

I think I might watch that one some time, though I am watching Yozakura. The manga is amazing, 3 volumes so far! There are suposidly 12 eps for the anime. It's so gooood so far - even though I'm watching a spanish subed one, I'm treating it as if there are no subs at all.

So there's my happy lil rant about Yozakura and now it's time for an update on my Miku costume and what's going on with everyone else in VCP [Vocaloid Cosplay Pro].

I was also told by my English teacher to wear the wig - I mean, I'm gunna have wig hear, so I'm gunna wear at least that all day [minus the pig tails - they're clips]

So I'm pretty excited about that - also with the 2 Kaitos I have in VCP it's gunna be a lil funny. I think there's gunna be 3 Meikos, though I not sure yet...

So! For who has their cosplays in VCP [or cosplay parts] are ME! I have my whole cosplay DONE! Though the headphones are starting to fall apart a lil, though it's fixable. I might get some actual Miku headphones some day.....
And my Kaitos both have their wigs, and the only male in the group -who is a Kaito- is still awaiting on his cosplay costume and I think his shoes...
the 2 Meikos that are confermed-ish, haven't started on their cosplay as I know of. And the other Kaito hasn't ordered her cosplay yet. No one from the group has ordered their cosplay except for the only man - Kaito and myself - who has their cosplay completed!

I have been drawing lately and I will be scaning a new character, she has no name. She is a cat ninja - white, lost sight in one of her eyes. I think she's pretty kewl - her specail weapon of choice is fans - I think they can change size, though I haven't decided. She has 2 of these awesome fans. Another drawing I have done is a fan art of a mascot for a friend - the man Kaito, Hero. He needed an outfit design for his mascot, I forget her name. So I have a pencil sketch of that, I might not color it, though one fanart that I will color is the one I did of Miku in my 2 cores today. She's outlined and I will scan a wip and mess around in photoshop for a line art of that one. I'm also working on a water color of Miku, though I haven;t touched it for almost a month - I should get back to it soon......
