But the PSP won't read the disc D8888 I could play for a little while... and then it totally shut off in the middle of the game. And the loading screens took 5 minutes at a time. And then it just refused to load at all ;___________________;

I guess UMD's are special hard core discs or something... The PSP we have is pretty old.

Welp, now I have a $42 game and no way to play it. Sigh...

And to whine just a itty bit more, my brothers lost Crisis Core and deleted all of the saved data I had for my game! And I was soooo close to the end too...

On a happier note, I got my Graphire4 in the mail! and it works! And I can soooo feel the difference from my other one. It crashed my lappy the first time I tried to install it though... Vista's a big fat hunk of useless code if you ask me. Don't ever EVER get it if you can help it... >.>

I've got to figure out how to mess with the pressure sensitivity and not destroy the fragile installation it has... lol.

Welp, back to Nano. I need a better chair... typing at my lappy hurts my arms.

Juggling between art and writing at the moment. Mostly doing boring contour drawings that no one wants to see XD Gonna try and do twenty contours a day now, 5 hands, 5 feet, 5 full bodies, and 5 faces. Contours really helped me with my hands so let's see how things go 8D

I'll be doing NaNoWriMo next month! (If you don't know what that is, here: [link] ) Aaagh, I'm so nervous @_@ I hope I can finish a novel! I sooosososo want to... I'm juggling between two story ideas, one is rather recent, and the other is a mashu-up of a lot of ideas I've had over the years...

I'm also working slowly on my story Sick, which is up to 36 chapters now, and over 100,000 words! I'm still trying to think of a good way to reach the climax in it, but for now I have the basic ending sketched out. And I still want to write it 8D My enthusiasm has not died for this one. But that might be because I have people looking forward to it on AarinFantasy... heee.

Otherwise, nothing much to update. I have a short story I've got a few more pages to finish on, and I'm thinking of sending it to a publishing company... after I edit it to death of course.

I'm making keychains for now, using little acrylic photo holders. So far I've tested it out on a finished picture of Hetalia's China and they look pretty good. The only characters I have for now are Hetalia's Allied and Axis powers. Though the art isn't finished yet, lol.

Only problem is, I only have four photo holders...

Would anyone be interested in them? Also, if you have a character you'd like to have as a keychain, just shoot me the name and I can make it, no extra charge ^^

The four keychains I have are 2.25x3.25 inches big, and I have one refrigerator magnet of the same size... also, I have some laminate paper, so I can make some cheaper charms too.

My neighbor had one left when he moved, and he gave her to me, but she started attacking the two I already have whenever they tried to get food and water. >.< So I had to seperate them. I now have three cages in my room to take care of @_@

Her name is Coors Light, (she's gray and white) and it's, obviously, female. She's a little shaky and skiddish, but she's never bitten me, and she allows you to pick her up. She's only mean to other guinea pigs, and she does fine on her own (she's been alone for a while, I expect).

The food is only like, 4 or five dollars a bag, and it usually lasts a month on TWO guinea pigs, so one bag should last double that time. Unless of course you want to feed her differently...

So... if I can't get $25 for her, I'll give her away for free. She comes with a cage and water bottle. Anyone want her? o-o I really don't want to take her to a shelter...

Went to my first college art class today. It's neat! It's a big, open concrete floored room with easels and paint messes everywhere and statues of well formed naked men in the back (hee hee) and it even smelled arty.

I had to let go of like, half the money I got from graduation to buy supplies though (the stupid book isn't even an inch thick and it cost 70 dollars!! USED!! LKJjhjjhdsbf ::still pissed about that and probably always will be:: ) and I still have to buy an 18x24 drawing pad of good quality paper. >.>

Hogod. These last few weeks have been the most horrendous I've ever lived (besides that month when my mom did a 180).

Megacon was the only high point, but then I got a cold for two weeks after that. I got sick the day of Megacon JUST LIKE THE LAST YEAR I WENT. The powers that be are trying to tell me something.

Anyway, it started when I landed on Fletcher my ferret. And those of you who know me know that I could fricken kill a ferret if I sat on it. Well, I put my knee in his abdomen when I fell on him and he wouldn't walk around, and was like, catatonic. He even went into his cage by himself and curled up in the corner and I was like D: He's okay though, not pooing blood and he's eating and drinking, so I think I just freaked the crap out of him. And maybe bruised him...

And then I had four projects due, one of which had two parts. In between these was Megacon, and I'd been planning Megacon for like, six months, so I wasn't about to drop it.

My model for Marine science, my Psychology mini-book thing, my Raskolnikov essay, two versions of my annotated bibliography and THANK GOD I'd already finished my BCTE entry or else I would have had five chapters of a story to write along with the rest of that stuff due WITHIN TWO/THREE WEEKS of each other.

This week has been amazing because EVERYTHING IS OVER AND DUE.

Except for my research essay, but I have three weeks to write that. "The impact of the economy on the creative markets." 4-7 pages MLA style with at least five sources quoted within the text. But that won't be too bad, since I don't have another essay to do along with it @_@

Except that we had no food in the house these passed few weeks. I ate moldy cheese and rotting lettuce for the first time. When you have to cut the mold off your cheese and eat soggy lettuce (avoiding the slimy rotting parts) you begin to have a new respect for things. Like having a pantry with food instead of cans of chicken broth and random things, like "mushroom stems" and "tomato cubes". (why do we have like, five cans of nothing but chicken broth? Why? that's like, water... and salt. And that's it.)

I need to watch a movie in the movie theater goddammit D:

Anyways, went to Megacon this year! I'm proud of myself for not getting any plusies/models, as I promised myself I would, BUT I WAS TEMPTED XDXD.

I got two boxsets! Sukisyo and Loveless, along with my pronz, fufufuf.... I had 's friend Jade buy it for me with her spiffy 18 year old ID. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! You cannot comprehend the depths of my gratitude to you guys... you're so awesome.

Well, I have time before school to type, as I got up early today... so I will do a play-by-play!

Sooo, I got up at five, got dressed in the stuff I'd laid out the night before, picked up and at his house and we set out for the con!

The ride wasn't too long (to me, since I was driving, lol). We'd intended to go have breakfast at ~Soul-Drinker-Eowyn's hotel, but alas, we arrived too late, so we decided to just head for the con.

We parked and got inside, and it was awesome since the con had yet to start. There was a glass window above the dealers room that was totally freaking amazing. Since the con hadn't opened yet, it was completely devoid of life, but we saw the vendors coming in in their swarm before going to get our tickets.

By the way, did anyone else feel that those advance ticket people were needlessly rude? Mine and *Absolute-000's was. I mean, I stood there for like five minutes waiting to be called on, and the old lady manning my name was sitting there talking. And then when she finally looks at me and asks to see my ID, I get it out and show it to her, and she makes this motion of annoyance and then says "Take it out of your wallet please." My god. Rude. They were rude the last year I went too.

Anyway, we got out little band things and go to wait for the con to open while looking through the crowd of cosplayers waiting with us. We take pictures (of the freaking outrageous prices, $3.25 for bottled water! $10.00 for a freaking sandwich!!) and then we get in line to watch the anime voice actor panel, which starts as soon as the con opens.

I GOT TO SEE VIC FOR THE FIRST TIME!! I was so excited!! There was Vic Mignogna, Caitlin Glass, Aaron Dismuke, and Coleen Glickenbeard (I don't know if I spelled those right lol) otherwise known as Edward Elric, Winry Rockbell, Alsphonse Elric, and Riza Hawkeye.

It was a two hour panel, and I definitely loved it. ~Ginasa and *Absolute-000 got bored though so they left to go check out the dealers room, but I stayed until the bitter end ^___^

So, after that I went to the dealers room and ran into and her dad, whom I never saw again XD I went into the mass of cosplaying buyers and met up with ~Ginasa and *Absolute-000 and we walked around for a while. I bought the Loveless boxset, and then the two of them went somewhere, I think to go find some food, so I wandered alone for a while, buying stuff and waiting for the two of them. I found the Media Blasters table and found some of the yaoi only available through ArrinFantasy and it freaked! I dragged ~Ginasa out of her picture session with her boyfriend and we squeed together for a little while, and *Absolute-000 got her the Sensitive Pornograph DVD XDXD

You know, I can tell right away weather the artists for those things have ever practiced with real life people. I mean, the art is good both ways, but the realism practice just gives those other artsits something more Y'know?

Those who have only ever drawn anime style have skewed angles and blocky arms and legs, along with wonky anatomy when seen from confusing angles, and the heads often look strange from difficult angles. However, the ones who have studied realism have smoother curves, better angling, and an idea of where the nose goes when a person is looking at the sky.

I'm beginning to notice... huhhu. It doesn't even have anything to do with semi-realsim--there's one doujinka who has the biggest anime eyes with teeny arms and legs but you can tell the person studied the real human body.

I need to find myself an anatomy book with just naked people posing from every angle... then I'll be set.
