After two weeks of lovely Japan, I have come back! Oh I have missed you all so much! >x< I know that this journal is late, though, since I AM writing it three days after my actual return, but that's because I needed SLEEP and couldn't think straight. Oh well~
Now there are a few things I need to attend to. Or a couple. Who knows >_>

First: Remember that little contest I told you about? The one where you draw my characters cosplaying? Well, guess what? It's due today. At 11:59PM EST (Eastern Standard Time). So far, I only have three entries. If that remains, then everyone (who submitted) gets a prize. I'm expecting at least one more from a friend, but who knows what may happen. I won't give another extension, however. There are enough entries to qualify so I see no need in extending the date unless you have a legitimate reason (ex: Family member dying, accidents, vacations). I don't want to be mean or anything, but it's not fair to those who have worked so hard to enter their entries on time. >__> Gomen nesai.. [SHOT] @__@ [Is still in Japan mode]

Whoot! I made it to round two in the Down the Rabbit Hole Tournament (*DownTheRabbitHoleOCT)! How exciting! X] I am facing ~Dark7Hero and ~Blackblader (In other words: Silver vs. Jack and Seed).
My friend, ~Clock-workable, made it, too! Along with many others! I hope that Clock and I make it through... I REALLY want a Silver vs. Johnson fight! X] [SHOT] @__@ Shutting up now...
I hope I make it in time though.. I haven't been able to work on my entry until now due to the whole Japan thing. And the due date is August 18, 2009 at 11:59PM Mountain Time. That gives me about... 25 days... wait. That sounds like plenty of time! Then again, I have band camp from the 16th to the 20th, so that really gives me 23 days...... huh, for some reason, I thought that my time would be shorter... >__> Oh well! In just a couple hours, I will be leaving to head to the airport to get on a plane set for Japan. Well, Chicago first, but you know.. it's heading there. I WILL be back though, and I will have taken tons of photos, bought quite a few souvenirs, and drawn a lot of pictures (Hey, I have to do SOMETHING while I'm on the plane X]). I will miss you all and think of you often to keep my sanity X]. If you have any requests (drawing-wise) tell me NOW. Because once I'm gone, I'm gone for a while.

It turns out that my computer's motherboard [main computer... thing] broke and father has to get another one. However, we had another computer, but it couldn't get online. But then my father brought it to some technical guys and they fixed it! 8D So I'm using that one.
It's all good. At least I can get on the internet again! 8D
I missed you all so very much! ;w; I'm glad to be back..

And so, now that I have returned, I shall be doing art trades, requests, and OCTs to the MAX. XD Muahaha~

At 8:30PM on Thursday, December 11th, everyone in my town [well, nearly everyone] lost their cable, internet, and phone. However, at 2AM on Friday, December 12th, my town [along with others around us and in other states nearby] was hit by a really bad ice storm and everyone lost power. My town was one of the hardest hit. >__>
Some people got generators, some left town, and others just delt with it [very little people did].
We have had no power since. I am at my friend [~PurpleAliens] house right now and her father happened to get the computer to work :3
We got heat and candles and... A GRIDDLE! 8D [SHOT]
They say that we might not have power officially for another few days, and that means.... NO SCHOOL! MUAHAHAHAH-- [SHOT AGAIN] @__@
ANYWAYS. Explains why some of us have gone missing for a while >__>
So yeah... no pictures for a while, either, so... I'm sad about that..
But at least I am not freezing XD

First things first: TOURNAMENTS
I am entering the ~brawlislandoc tournament with my character, Ema.
I am also entering the ~RewriteTournament with my character, Ajura, and I am teaming with *MissDarkShiva and her awesome character, Noix.
This will indeed be fun, I can just tell! 8D

Unfortunately, he has become very ill and has to go in for an operation. However, it is too expensive for him to afford, so many artists here on dA are doing what they can to raise money and help this wonderous artist. I have felt so useless since I can't buy commissions to help the cause, but then I realized, I can sell commissions, but those who buy will not give the money to me. Here's the typical schedule for my band things.
Sunday- Only competition finals next week, other than that, sleep.
Monday-Actually, this is school's fault, but oh well.
Tuesday- Band Rehersal for three flipping hours sometime after school. >__<
Wednesday- I either have a Flute Sectional thingy to go to or Anime Club [One Hour none the less]
Thursday- Oh my gawd, a little more time?
Friday- Tends to be football nights, so I get to come home for 15 minutes before I have to go back to school >__>
Saterday- Competition performances all day [Explains the sleeping on Sunday]

So yeah... >__> Thank goodness that the marching band thing is almost over, but still!

IN OTHER NEWS: In case you didn't know, I made it into the Nightmare Tournament!
I found out yesterday that I am in the Gambit Canyon area and I am facing 's character Gemini whom has a split personality ability in which he can split into two people, a Yin named Hideo and a Yang named Jeyko. This is going to be fun! Now I do not worry about keeping one of my characters from fighting.. since it would be kind of two against two Then again, I just might have one of my characters REALLY fight.. so who knows.. still trying to figure out how my side of the story will roll.

Actually, going to summer school makes things better since I will get up earlier than I usually do and so I shall have more time

Ice- Artic Landscape
Dark- Large pieces of land hovering with a blackhole below which will send you to one of the other landscapes along with a dark castle on the center piece of land where Yami resides.
Light- A mix of the other landscapes, but full of light.
Death- A vast graveyard which has a dense fog which hovers over the ground, however is lower than the tombstones. At night, the dead rise from the ground to wander around till dawn.
Life- A holy place in which all are living and well. A mansion-like residence resides in the center, where the judge and other superiors live, ruling the land. They are quite religous crazy, however, for when strangers enter this world, they go on extreme procaution and keep an eye on them. If they think that they are doing something 'horrible', they will try to.. "rid of the evil from the land"

Plot
The Dark Elementary has finally woken up from a deep sleep and escaped from her prison, causing havoc throughout her world. The other Elemenaries are worried now, since the only one who could fight the Dark Elementary, the Light Elementary, has disappeared. They now have agreed to set up a tournament to find one that could defeat the Dark Elementary, holding it in their world, Zenshi. The victor would have to fight the Dark Elementary in a final round, hopefully defeating her. If this fails, their world would certainly come to an end.

First Place: 3 Free Commissions from ~MissDarkShiva, 2 or 3 Free Commissions from me :3, and if *rosychan is up to it, she'll do a free commission too! Along with a one or more page prologue comic of your final battle with Yami, the Dark Elemental. Lastly, you, yes you, get to deside the fate of the Zenshi world!
