I actually do needed to update my journal for more reasons than just to try out the enw skin and to let DA know that I know their evil little plan.
Interesting news wise, I have almost nothing to talk about. No gossip here. But I am currently in a beginners art class and have been doing more art work lately, so maybe one of these days I'll hook up my scanner again and indulge you all in my original works. I'm sure you are all getting quite tired of my stupid pictures. DX

You know what I need to do? Become un-lazy. I'm significantly lazy these days. Sure, I want to some more art projects, but I jsut never get around to it. I'm always on a confounded computer. *sigh of defeat* But alas, I am the only one who can truly change that, so maybe I'll pull myself together and get some things done in the months to come.

I could have fished around for my page views, but that's not what really matters, I suppose. It's more about just enjoying yourself in the art that you make, no matter what it is. Who cares how good you are? Is there really a concrete way to judge how good or bad a person is? I don't really think so.... it's more about how well a person expresses a thought, image, or feeling through their art. Some people may be better at doing this in a more eye-pleasing manner than others, but that's just fluff anyway.
I guess I'm just trying to say thanks to everyone who has ever favorited or commented on a piece of mine because, no matter how many times I say it I'll always truly mean it, thanks so much for what you've done. You're support helps keep my confidence high enough to push me to stay on here and to continue to try to make myself better, however slowly I'm moving.
Thanks for a wonderful three years here and I hope to have many more and even more blissful years here to share with you all.

Ah, aren't you all glad Spring is here? I know I am! Everyday I notice more and more green things popping up and other colorful flowers. I love it! And another bonus is that I don't really have allergies, so I don't have to worry about all those annoying sneezes and snotty rags to carry around. Haha.
And another good thing is that I have plenty of photo opertunities! Bu of course you guys already knew that because I've been flooding your message boxes with my silly photos. lol.

But, I do have some bad news. Over the next few months, untill about the beginning of summer, I'll be in the process of moving. To some of you, I'm sure you're thinking, "Oh that's great! New oppertunities!" And yeah, I agree, all sorts of new things are going to happen, but I've never changed schools before....I guess I'm a little scared about that.
Anyway, I'll be moving so, maybe not right away, I might not be as active on here. I can't be for sure. It may be a month or two before you notice any change in my activity, but I'm giving you a heads up.

Well, I've said all I really wanted to say, besides thanks to all the new watchers I have and to everyone for looking at my art! I really really appreciate it- it makes me feels more confident.

Poetry, literature, drawing, photography...I even made my own stamp once out of tile (I'll have to take a picture of it someday)! Perhaps one day, though, I'll master one of them and get recognized.
You know, whoever is reading this, feel free to tell someone about something of mine you like...I need the "publicity". Though with all the attention I got recently, I don't think I could be famous...I'd hate it- too many people noticing the make-up that hides your true inner beauty.
Yeah, I'm one of those people who believe in inner-beauty. But only because I can now aw I've lived on both sides of the popularity line. Since I'm a "band nerd" I don't really get noticed very much though I used to be best friends with the "popular" girls before there was such thing as cliques...Anyway, I'm not quite completely unnoticed. I mean, I make an effort to make at least acquaintances with other people outside of my group, so people know who I am (which isn't hard in this small school). But this last Friday (yesterday) I got to live a day on the "popular" side of things... You know Homecoming at school? Well, think of that, but instead of football being the focus, it's basket-ball- That's Color's Day. So I was voted in as one of the Color's Day "maids"(but only because I told everyone to vote for me). To make things short, I got in with one of my best friends who's a basket-ball player, herself. I had some of the "popular" girls who were once my good friends and are still reliable fix me up.
It was so strange having those "popular" guys look at me and say, "Damn, [insert my name here], lookin' good!" It made me feel good to have all those people say I was beautiful and smile at me, but they were only looking at the make-up and hair-spray. They weren't seeing the real, everyday, true me.
Yeah, it was nice to be in the spot-light for once...Every girl's dream, but I wouldn't do it again. Not because of the stress, but because I was fake...I was just a Barbie doll...

Wow, how did I get off to that....Sorry for rambling...But I hope to see some more watchers soon...I'd like to hear some more of your guys' thoughts too. Let me know someone is actually looking in on me.

Gah! I wish everyone would stop having a freaking cow over this! It's not even all that great. The whole Twilight series is just a false impression of how vampires are and it's made an entire nation freakishly obsessed with vampires and reading. I can remember a time, only a few short years ago, when people would look at you like you were the devil if you said that you were interested in vampires, and assume you to be a freak or nerd if you enjoied reading.
But now look at us! The ones who've liked vampires all along can't even go out into public saying they like them without somene saying, "Oh! Have you read the Twilight series! Oh my gawd! Edward's so hot! Nananana! Blah blah blah! I'll damn you to Hell if you don't agree with me!"
Don't get me wrong though, I read the series and quite enjoied it, but not enough to go insane about it like a lot of people,it's not enough to deserve the attention- it's simple literature, nothing more. It was jsut a dream that Stephanie had of some dude sparkling in the sunlight....Vampire's don't sparkle in the sunlight for goodness sakes, they BURN! They turn into ash!
Nevertheless, it's a good seriese and I will see the movie for myself before I go about ranting about it.
And if some of you think I have no right about what I'm saying or that I'm wrong, that's not true. I've read the books, I've fantasized about it, sure, but I think that there's a limit to how popular things should be, and some of the Twilight fans out there have exceeded the limit, seven-fold. It's just annoying after a while. At least the Harry Potter fans didn't go around screaming about it all the time and saying that they were (insert Twilight character name here) and that they are this false idea of a vampire.
What ever happened to Anne Rice? Don't any of you remember her masterpieces? I do, I'm going to stick to admireing Stephanie Meyer's success from a distance.

I'm just gonna post a quick little thing to let you all know that on the 19 of last month was my 2 year anniversary on DA! Hurray!
I'd post something for you guys, but I think everything I have written lately is too long to post. Maybe I'll think of something.
And when I get home(currently away from home) I'll beg my parents to let me scan some or all of my recent art. I have a lot. I've really advanced since my last post. I'm excited to show you. Maybe I can lure in some more watchers with them.
And my uncle is giving me his old crappy computer and my mom is probably going to get a new laptop soon, so I'll most likely be able to post more often instead of just favoriting all of your guys' stuff. I really do hope everything will work out and I'll at least be able to type up my stories and what-not and get on the net.
But, summer is going slow and I've barely seen any of my friends, oh well, that will make the reunion all the sweeter! ^_^

My brothers and I just basically get to relax up here. Sure, we have certain time-limits to get on the computer, get to help make meals, and clean up after meals....But it's really home-like here.
I thnk I would like it alot more if my firends were near-by and if the pople up here wouldn't look at my like if I'm insane everytime I wave at them.
So, I come from a place were it's everyday happenings to wave at some random person you don't know on the street or in the store. You know, a friendly smile and maybe a "Hello" or "How are you?"...But up here, some people say hi back, but they usually just ignore you. I find it very rude, but then again...Life is really different up here. Even the food is different. It's cool.
So, yesterday my bros and I got in out swim-suits and went to Lake Michigan....God! It was so freezing! Just imagine freshly melted glacier ice, and you swim in it! My lips were blue and I was shaking uncontrolably. It was funny. But once I got home, I too a nice long shower.
Today, we went back and the water was a bit warmer, but there was a ton of algea and dead fish in thr water! Ew! We swam for a little bit anyways. lol.
On Friday, we all went up to a smaller lake with some of my grandparents' younger friends who had skie boats....They gave me a ride and it was awesome! Since it was sunset, the water was beautiful and the ride was wonderful! I loved it! I giggled the whole time through!
My grandma knows how to make some good food...I'm telling ya, if you don't have a grandm that you can see everyonce in a while, you need to get yourself an old lady to cook for you. She makes the best of everything. It's amazing!
It's also really fun hepling her cook...Cooking is fun.

Lately I've been writing a short-story....It's probablly about 16 or 17 pages by now...I'll have to type it up in parts once I get the chance.
I really like the characters, too....I'll have to draw them up and request some art of them. lol. Yum....The main guy character is so...Hot. I won't give away any details...But he's awesome. lol.

Welp, I supose that's all for now...Besides the fact that I'm starting to enjoy my summer, though I miss my friends really bad...

So, you know how most littles girls always want a pony really bad? Well I never did when I was little. I knew that we couldn't afford it, so I never asked. But, the Monday before yesterday(the 4th) I got a mini-pony.
Her head doesn't even come up to my wiast she's so short...And that's her full height, too. She's a plump little thing too!
She's got a mainly white coat with a bit of a cream color on her rump and legs, so my mom named her Biscut.
She kind of looks like a biscut with her color and size.
She's just so sweet! ^_^ I'll try to get pictures of her up soon.


School got out for the summer yesterday.
I was happy, but sad.
I was happy because I knew I wouldn't have to work so much for finals and stay after school a whole bunch. These past few weeks I've been really bogged down with school work and afterschool stuff for band.
But I'm sad because I won't be able to see my friends most of the summer, if at all.

I'm going up to Winsconsin tomorrow with my broters for 5 weeks to see out grand-parents. They have a computer up there, so don't worry. They just don't have a scanner, sadly. And about the time I'll be getting back, my boyfriend will be going to see some of his cousins and other family in a different part of the state...So I most likely won't get to see him all summer....So that makes me really depressed. I'll really miss him and the rest of my friends...We're so close...

Today..Something terrible happened...
My step-dad found a stray cat's hide-out in out garage, and she had kittens. There were only two, but when he looked at them, there was something wrong with one of them. So he got me in there and I got it out.
It turned out that the momma kitty must not of liked that one for some reason, prolly cause it was her first litter, and so she tried to kill it. The kittens skull and eye was exposed while it's throat was ripped open. It wasn't bleeding all over the place, cause it looke like it had been like that for a while, so it smelled like rotting flesh...
I had to take it down to our creek and toss it in...I think it was better to kill it then than to let it sit there and die slowly....
It made me sick to my stomache and I almost cried.
Yes, I'm an animal lover...lol.
I never want to do that again.

So...That's basically what has happened and will happen with my life...I hope you weren't too grossed out or bored to death by it all...Thanks.

It was so exciting!
I know that I put that Went...Well...She didn't. I guess that I was just spacing out and put that she did...lol.

We went to the beach, the mall, a stupid space center, and a totally awesome water park!

We got second place out of two bands in out competition, though...Oh well. We still did good.

The ocean tasted nasteh...And we got attacked by pocket sand on the side walk while walking back to our hotel....Pocket sand being sand that is blown from the beach across the street....It's from King Of The Hill, a hilarious show.

I got a little sun at the water park...But not much. My mom got more in out back yard while mowing than I did at a water park for 6 hours.....-.-; I'm such a loser....Haha....

On the wya there me and some other people that went with us got stuch talking in a British accent for about and hour and a half...It was hilarious...

On the way back...When I accually got to sit with , I slept on Logan...I had a dream that I was falling back wards because I tripped on the ebach, and I jerked up. Logan was all, "What? What happened?" and I said," Just had a weird dream..." lol.....

Well, first of all I have some new members to welcome to DA.

I also have some other awesome news that I had forgotten to tell you.....
I saw Three Days Grace in concert! o.0 It was awesome! and was there too! I thnk that the lead singer was drunk though...But oh wellz! It was sho friggin awesome! It was obviously my very first concert though.....I got a 3DG wrist band and a T-shirt...Which I'm wearing right now, too.
We all screamed our heads off while we were there. Our little group thoguht we wouldn't be able to talk the next day...And we were so tierd too. The concert ended at like....11 at night and we had major testing the next day. I fell asleep during the testing too....It was so funny.

Welp, I suppose I'll stop rambling now...Thanks!

Well, I've been really busy for the past few days. With Gaia, school, and other craps....

But, in all of the busynes, I drew something.....And....Well...You'll see it when I upload it, but it's weird. They look sort of disporportional, but it was fun to draw! I thoguht of it the other night, at like midnight and dreamed of how I would draw it all night long.
It turned out nearly how I wanted it to....But not perfect. Oh wellz.

Some people know that I'm still alive because I commented on their artwork...But for you people who didn't know...I am alive.

So, last week we had some major testing...It was so easy...I had done it before, but some of the questions were a little bit different. It was worth it because afterwards we all got to goof off, and I hug out with my botfriend. All was good.

I am so tierd right now...I couldn't sleep last night. I usually go to sleep around 10(I know, I'm a wuss), but I went to sleep some time pass 12...So I almost fell asleep in call multiple times today.

Other than that...Not much has hapened....I've saved about a page or two more worth of artwork on here...But that's all...

I think I'm a art freak, because I have like...20 some odd pages of saved stuff on here...And I haven't even been on here for a year...Maybe half a year...I'm crazy...

Well...This was a shorter journal than I thouht I would submitt...Oh well. I hope you enjoyed my rambles!
