So summer's done, but overall I had an awesome summer. The highlight of it was going to Japanese camp and meeting a ton of awesome people who shared the same interests as me. It was a lot of fun and I've learned a lot. I plan to attend for a month next year instead of just two weeks. <3

Um... so school's restarted. Crap. I hate school so far, it's hard, my teachers are homework happy, and I hate most of the kids in my school. But what's new? That's what I get for attending a college prep school. Ugh.

I haven't uploaded any art in a while, I know, I know. Understand that I have no time on my hands to spend drawing/scanning/coloring right now. I'm tired and my body feels very weak. Gimme a break.

I've started year-round swimming, and I'm enjoying it so far. It's hard, but I'm getting much stronger (I have MUSCLES now!) and I'm sleeping better.

I don't have a lot to say, except that I miss summer. I miss sleeping in. :[

Seriously.

School's out, I'm no longer a freshman. I dunno, I never really felt like I was a freshman anyway. Everyone thought I was a sophomore or junior because of my height anyway... But yeah. I'm really a sophomore now. 10th grade. Uh... Yeah. Wow. Only three more years 'till college...

But no worries. I passed all of my final exams with flying colors. Okay, that's a lie, I failed my math exam. I mean, I studied and everything, and when I got to the test, I just blanked. It didn't help that I had an eye infection too. Yeah, that kinda hindered my ability to work/study.

So, I got Kingdom Hearts 2. I gotta say, it's pretty good. I don't really like Axel that much (and now the fangirls are gonna jump me). No, I haven't got it memorized, you stupid red haired pyromaniac. Now, shut up please.

I love Kairi's new look. She's definitely not a little girl anymore-- she's so grown up now, I almost can't believe it. I like Namine too. She's got this sort of natural elegance to her. You can expect some art of both of them from me.

I was overjoyed to see the FFVII characters in their Advent Children attire (minus Aerith, because, well, she's... dead). I still am a major Yuffie lover, and I was overjoyed to fight with her during the big war at Hollow Bastion. She has MAD ninja skills, what with her poofing around and throwing her gigantic shuriken.

So, yeah. About twenty hours in, about to beat Pride Lands and go to the Land That Never Was, and I STILL HAVEN'T SEEN RIKU! Man!

It's been a long week.

First of all, the wind. Oh, the wind. Because of that STUPID FRIGGIN STORM, there has been very strong winds blowing here. Up to 70 MPH. Doesn't help that it's chilly, too. -_- I mean, c'mon! It's almost MAY! I want warm weather, DANGIT!

Also, school's back in. Break was nice, but now I have three quizzes and two tests to study for, two papers to write, a project to do and a ton of other homework. Oh well. It was nice while it lasted, right? ^__^;

I almost never cry during games.

But the end of Tales of the Abyss made me cry my eyes out.

It's pretty much pathetic.

It's officially: 99.9 % of America's young women consists of spoiled rotten, ignorant, egotistical and boy crazed girls.

So, y'now, my math {and bio} teacher just happens to be out to get me. Because of this, she just happens to put me next to the hottest guy in the class. Now, every girl in our class besides me just happens loves him. I, however, am repulsed by him, as he has an ego the size of Texas. So, one of the girls comes over and starts to yell at me because she's jealous. ("ZOMGZ Y DO U GET 2 SIT NXT TO NATHAN?!1!1???/???!!!!!11!!one!!??")

Now, being someone with ten times more brains than her, I tell her, "not my fault. I'd gladly trade with you." So, y'now, she pretty much orders me to do so, and I say, "sure. whatever"... but the {evil} teacher won't let her move. So, for all of my math lesson, I can feel at least ten pairs of eyes staring at my back with killer intent. Ha. Killer intent, that's a laugh. I bet you anything ten of those girls don't know what "intent" means.

I AM SO TIRED OF ALL THE GIRLS AROUND ME BEING BOY OBSESSED, SPOILED TO DEATH, SELF-ABSORBED, AND STUPID. PLEASE, CAN A GIRL WITH AT LEAST HALF A BRAIN STEP FORWARD?!

The most embarrassing moment{s} in my life was{were} when my mom taught one of my classes in seventh grade. It never failed; I got sent out of the classroom almost every day, and the other kids in my class teased me all the time about it. In short, it sucked. I dreaded that class.

The most depressing moment in my life was when someone I loved died about a year ago. It was my first death, and it sucked. I hit an all time low that day. I screamed, I yelled, I threw things, I cried, I pulled my hair out, I tore things apart... There were many things I did that day. To this day, I regret most of them.

The happiest moment in my life was when my mom held me all night once. She never left me-- she just held on to me and didn't let me go. My tears stopped because of her. I'll never forget that. She didn't sleep for a second, even when I was asleep. In the morning, she greeted me with a smile and offered to make me pancakes. I laughed.

The loneliest moment in my life was two years ago. I was going through some bad times, and I was really screwed up. I cried a lot, I would lock myself in my room with the lights turned off and pretend like I was normal. My therapists couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. I was angry all the time, but I would burst out crying randomly. I really hated myself then. Sometimes I think I still do now.

The most carefree moment in my life was when I fell asleep one day with my two best friends next to me on either side. It seems so cheesy, but as we all linked hands and talked while our eyes were closed, I felt at peace for one of the first times in my life. It seemed like something straight out of a book, but it wasn't.

The most hurt moment that I have had was when I was left behind by someone. Our relationship had been great-- we were best friends-- but one day, she shattered that. She told me things I didn't want to hear. I believed she really hated me because she severed all contact with me-- but one day, she came over to my house and told me she was moving, and that she was sorry. I cried.

The silliest time in my recent memory was when I was at the kitchen table last weekend with my two best friends and my sister. We had ramen, onigiri, sushi and soumen. We spent all night watching Naruto, eating, joking, laughing, carving faces on clementines... The list goes on and on.

Oh well. I only have 2 days of school next week anyway due to Thanksgiving. I can totally get my Bleach/Naruto/any other anime fix then, and see my friends. But not Nicole, because she just HAS to go to Pennsylvania. DARN HER >O. (But then, I'm leaving for Christmas, soooo I really can't talk, now can I? Heh.)

Okay. So, one thing has been grating on my nerves lately. I watch Naruto. I watch both the English dub and the Japanese sub (I'm on episode 210... heh). And... The voices. It's hard to adjust to the voice changes, and sometimes, the translations suck... But the worst thing has to be the censoring of the blood. Compared to the amount of blood and gore in Bleach... Naruto is nothing.

So, y'know, naturally, I feel like picking out the worst dub voices.

5. Nara Shikamaru. He sounds like he's STONED, and he says 'what a drag' way too much. Other than that, he's okay.
4. Yamanaka Ino. Her voice is so loud and annoying to me!
3. Hyuuga Neji. He just sounds so... Slimy. *shiver* That's really it.
2. Rock Lee. Uh, yeah. Ever heard of these great things called CONTRACTIONS? As in, "don't", "can't", "won't"...
1. Hinata. Why? It might be because I just don't like her in general, but beside that, it takes way to long for her to stammer stuff out. She's just as bad in the sub version... But... I digress. I'm not proud of who I am write now, to be honest. I'm headstrong, angered easily and have a sharp tounge. And yet, I continuesly look for the good in people, even if I can rarely find it, and then I put too much hope in them and usually they drag me down. Maybe I should look for the good in myself instead.

My self confidence isn't good-- to be honest, it's never been great. But I feel like I've hit an all time low. I worry to much about myself. I'm telling myself to stop, but suddenly I feel like I want to wear make-up to cover myself up-- something I rarely ever do, except for formal occasions.

Maybe, when it comes down to it, I really am stupid.

Okay, I'm back from spending memorial day week-end at my family's lake house! Did you miss me? Most likely not, but, hey. So, anyway, all in all, it was pretty fun. I spent time with my friends I've known for 8+ years. It's so funny-- we drive each other nuts, and yet, we never fight at all. I love them to bits and pieces... I really do.

Okay! Now onto the weird parts.

First of all! On saturday night, all of the parents went out on a pontune boat ride and left us alone. Our ages range from 12 to 16, so, they figured we'd be fine, seeing as we're all mature beyond our years. But, lo and behold! Even to much protesting two of my friends decide, "Hey, the adults are gone-- let's take some shots!". Boy, was that a stupid idea.

There are six of us, and four refused to do it, me being one of them. The two of them each had four shots of pure vodka, and, within a few minutes, could not even walk in a straight line. Apparently, they both have a low tolerance for alcohol. One of them was a "happy drunk"-- she was practically floating on air, bouncing around like a little kid. Besides giggling profusely, she was really no problem.

The other, however, was a "flirty drunk", and quite the opposite. She was laughing way too loud and saying how we should take the motorboat out ("I mean, c'mon, I'm licensed!") and meet some guys. To this, I shoved a glass of water and some food down her throat (I figured this might null the alcohol). But no! She started down towards the dock, and it took three of us to convince her to go back into the house and watch a movie with us.

By the time the adults came back, we were all in bed, but still, it was NOT fun.

Okay, so then on Sunday, after they had finished apologizing like crazy, we were out on the motorboat, just cruising along. We decided to look at houses for no real reason other than the fact that we felt like it. So, we pulled into this cove full of HUGE, BEAUTIFUL houses and started looking around. We were about to leave when we heard hooting and cat-calling.

To our dismay, there were at least twenty frat boys on a porch in one of the houses. There are some of them down on the dock, and they start waving us in, telling us to come to the house. I'm not suprised-- we're all relatively tall and all very skinny (sorry if I sound self absorbed). I freaked and told the driver to speed up, figuring that they were drunk as hell. We all complied and sped out of there as fast as we could.

So, we figured, "okay, we're out of there, we'll be fine now". You'd think so, right?

WRONG.

We were driving along, minding our own business, when a boat comes up behind us with two jetskis tailing it. It's them-- practically all twenty of them. By this time, I'm really freaking, as is everyone else. For god's sake, there are even five of them on a tube behind the boat! They start motioning to us and making hand signs like they're holding a beer can and drinking it. I took this to mean that they wanted us to come drink with them.

By now, we're all really scared. These guys are so drunk, they probably have no clue what they're doing-- hitting on minors. We speed up and they continue to tail us. This goes on until someone falls off the tube and the boat is forced to turn around. However, the jetskis continue to tail us until we lose them by turning into a cove and hiding there. We got back home safe. By now, you'd think that would be the end of all the excitement, right?

Wrong again.

The next day (monday), we're out on the boat again, just us girls, cruising, and doing nothing wrong, when suddenly, we get pulled by a wildlife officers. These guys are equivelant to the police on the lake. He looks us over and sees that we can't be any older than 18. He begins to ask questions.

"How old are you?"

The driver rattles off our ages. "16, 14, 13, 16, 13, 12."

The officer continues to ask questions, as if he's just DYING to find something wrong-- do you have your fire extinguisher?-- do you have six lifejackets, one for each of you?-- do you have your registration?-- do you have your rescue device?-- and, finally, do you have your license? He seems almost disappointed when we have all of those things. Suddenly, however, his face lights up.

"You said she was 12, right?" He points to Jessi.

"Yes, sir." The driver is totally polite.

"Why doesn't she have her lifejacket?"

"She does, sir-- she's hanging on to it." The driver points out that she is, indeed, holding it in her arms.

"Unless you're thirteen, you must be wearing your lifejacket at all times."

"I'm sorry, sir, but when I took my registration test for my boating license, the age was 10." The driver remains nonchalent and cool, despite what is going on. One, most of my school friends are treating me like dirt underneath their feet. It sucks, and it really hurts as well. They're all being jerks (save for Katya, who's too sweet to even attempt to act like a jerk). Honestly, it's making me more mad than sad, because I can't figure out what I did to deserve the way that they're treating me...

Two, I don't feel good a lot. My stomach has started hurting at the oddest times, I've been getting really bad headaches (I actually have one as I'm typing this), I feel very weak, and, lately I've been having blurry vision. I can't figure out whether I'm sick or just stressed or just lacking sleep or whatever else it could be, but I feel pretty awful.

Three, it seems like I'm falling behind-- not in school, in my art (well, really in my oekakis). Everyone around me is still improving... And I just suck. It's really depressing-- I feel as if I'm losing any talent I might have had. Why can I ever get better?! I feel so angry and frustrated at myself right now!

Gotta go, 24 is on in a few minutes.

-- I have a bad habit of mixing up my words and garbling them. Sometime sthe things I mean to say will come out totally wrong. My friends tease me about it, but it annoys me to no end whenever I happen to do it.
-- I am scared of spiders. I just loathe them. They scare me to no end, with their 8-legged-ness and creepy abilities to reappear even after you squish them. I squished one today and I SWEAR IT CAME BACK. *shudder* Ew, ew, ew!
-- I love the smell of gasoline. I don't know why, I just do, even though I know it makes me sound like a pyromaniac. (Which I am NOT, contrary to what all of you might think. I swear. REALLY. Stop suspecting me!)
-- I often roll down the windows in the car and scream at the people with the gas guzzling cars, "YAH! THANKS FOR KILLING THE ENVIROMENT, JERKWAD!". Seriously, I do... It always makes my friends laugh, and I get stared at. A lot.
-- I hate milk. HAAATE. I don't know why. I just can't stand the taste or the scent. The only time I can have milk is with oreos... Yet another thing I can't explain. Blugh.
-- I am cameraphobic. Wherever there is a camera, I won't be there. I hate being in any type of pictures and avoid being so by either running away when I see one, or holding something up to my face.

ANYWAY. What's going on in my life? Thanks for asking. I'm doing well in school, 'cept history. I SUCK at history. Especially when it involves memorizing dates and stuff. But, somehow, I scraped a "B" in her class. 2 tenthes of a point from a "C". Close call, huh?
