So.....I actually dont really know what to update about but im just going to update anyways because i made new banners and i want to try them out...




I really do enjoy singing .

I think my muse left me? My muse that i didnt know who it was...because i currently dont have any inspirations or motivations...but that may change soon. You never know.

There're so many people on DA that can really really make art but doesnt get the recognition. I guess it's all about how you advertise yourself? Some people have kabillions of pageviews and comments even though their art isnt as spectacular or whatever just because they..."get around" more i suppose.

Im craving for some popeyes chicken right now.

You know how when you pop the popcorn from those microwave packs? They never seem to be buttery enough. Or maybe it's just me. I always microwave extra butter and add salt to it and pour it all over my popcorn. mmmm, fat

Yes, and that calls for a journal update.
I watched house of wax haha. it wasnt that bad of a movie actually. just kinda gross and unlogical.

I realised that people do tend to like pictures that are portraits more, but they only like to view if for their eyes sake. For instance, a stock picture can have up to 50 page views within the first 5 min but 0 comments in 3 days. Maybe i should start doing portraits? But maybe im not built for it , then again, im not built for landscape photography either.
To me, i think that if the place is really beautiful, anyone can be a photographer. you only have to pick the right moment to click the shutter.

Anyways,
So a few updates on whats going on so far...

School's over...which means...summer vacation!
I am right now, in New Zealand. Visiting my momsie and its great. I've forgotten how good it felt to have a mom around.

As you may have noticed, i've loaded numerous cat pictures and dog pictures...well, expect a lot more . honestly, tom (our cat) is the best model i can find around here. and well sandra (the dalmatian), i took a few quick shots of her for my mom before i left.

The weather here's been good, sunny, and a bit of rain. the sceneries are beautiful as usual, but its kind of hard to capture if you dont really have a subject.

The computer im using right now is very slow...and i cant load my pictures on here, i have to load it onto another really slow computer through my mom's digicam by putting my memory card in (thankfully we use the same memory card). Having such a slow computer also means that i have no photoshop; i'd like to thank =PixelTribe so so so ever so so much for helping me out on this. he's been the guy who's been touching my pictures and bordering them. Rok, what would i do without you?

Influenza's going around here. Everyone in the house is sick. Theyve all been on the bed for a week or so in turns and so far, im the only one that's not affected and hopefully it'll stay this way too! i dont wanna get sick. my mom wants me to get a vaccination. HECK NO!! i hate shots i'd cry if i saw the needle

For this entry's feature, ive been stressing a little bit since i dont have a fast enough computer to go through the browse button or other people's favs etc...but thankfully, i remembered this guy who used my stock which led me to him and i absoloutely love his work. i love the way his stuff are so casual, and i love the style. most of his works are simple strokes of a marker or lines from a pen, non correctional! it's great.

So...
I went to Beijing!
You could probably tell from the pictures. And what else, I got a digital camera. Canon PowerShot A510 so i will be submitting for quite a bit from now on... as soon as i have time that is, or the inspiration!

It's the end of the school year and all the teachers are piling works onto our asses because they cant seem to keep up with their schedules that they planned out in the beginning of the year. Shame on you for making us work so hard.

Back to Beijing. It was great. The people there are all quite friendly! It rained the first day i went which was quite a bummer but the next few days were bright sunned. I climbed the great wall, all the way to the tippy top. Me and some friends organized a little party for our chaperons, we all chipped in some money and bought a nice haagen-daz icecream cake for them (and ourselves of course )

I have a few more scenery pictures to upload and quite a few people pictures. Most of them are of acrobats who i find terribly amazing. They're all 6-16 and can do wonders with their bodies.

Hi there,
Today, Angela will bring you this special message, don't use your phone while walking if you know its a danger zone.

Yes, today, i was walking, while texting (i know i know.) and a guy came and snatched my phone. I heard him say something like "yah this one." Thankfully, i reacted really fast and i sprint really well as well. He ran across a road where there were cars going acrossed, i ran with. I almost caught him, while screaming on the top of my lungs "SOMEONE STOLE MY PHONE, CATCH HIM!" There were these trees with fences between the two roads ( one going -> and the other road going <- ) he climbed across it, i saw fear in his eyes, i climbed after him, while screaming with my extremely loud voice, and a guy came from behind me, pushed me over. I saw him, he wore white, had glasses, and was carrying some sort of black umbrella. I was in the middle of the road, on my knees, thankfully, no car ran over me. Anyways, i got right back up, ran across the street, and when i got there, the guy was caught. By a few policemen. There were people all around shouting "He ought to be beaten up!"
I got into the police car, and went to the police station. Stayed there for 2 hours, answering questions. Actually, they were really slacking off (the police,) writing everything in their own words, chatting, leaving for a smoke. I told them, someone pushed me over thats why i got the booboo, they said "just say she tripped." Oh well.
The guy, looked around 16.

To be honest, i felt so bad for him. He's so young...he probably just made a wrong choice or was forced or something. His whole life, pretty much ruined by one mistake. He was crying. i wanted to go over and tell him that everything's alright. i wanted to let him go if he promised to never do bad again, but ofcourse, i couldnt. i almost asked the police :\. yes im stupid.

I cant describe my feelings. one minute i was reading a text message, the next i see a guy with a red shirt running and see myself running after him. in my brain i kept on thinking "no, this cant be, i just lost my wallet awhile ago, im not gonna lose my phone."

Next time you see someone in need, help them. You dont know how much they need the help, how much they feel relieved that someone's there to help them. It might change their life, it might make them want to help someone else. Then wouldnt this world be a better place?

I reckon Children and Animals are one of the hardest things to capture in a photo. Asking them politely doesnt really work, neither does screaming at them. The pictures are almost always spontaneously taken, unless you have a really cooperative animal or child. It wasnt exactly the nightmares people think, like monsters and massacres (although i do dream those sometime,) but a dream of being lonely.
I was in a building, which was a kindergarten. I went inside, onto the 3rd floor, trying to find the kids who were inside, the teachers, the cleaners, whoever. But they werent there. I searched everywhere. Floor to floor, no one was there. Slowly, the things became older and the building was abandoned.
I was in an abandoned building which was once a place filled with children's laughters.
Im scared of being lonely despite the fact that im always alone.
Im scared of this.
I guess thats one of the reason im on DA. Looking at all these art/making them makes me feel a bit unlonely, like im somehow needed.
But now,
i realised...
i could be easily replaced.

Im currently reading Fast Food Nation_{by Eric Schlosser}. I didnt know it was such a thick book! But its quite a fast read...Some are useless information or etc...but yah, its good to read something intelligent sometimes .

I was talking to my sister and she said people found a human finger in a hamburger at Wendy's. Eeek. I love Wendy's...Poor chef who got his finger chopped off. Apparantly, the guy who found it thought it was unprocessed meat so he popped it back into his mouth and chewed until he felt an "odd texture," then he spat it out, realised that it wasnt really unprocessed meat and threw up.
I wonder what was on his brain...

my friends classmates mom got murdered. when she (the classmate) got home, and was opening to the door, her mom told her not to come inside, little did she know, their house was being robbed and her mom ended up dead.
to be honest, it doesnt affect me that much since i dont know them, but, i do find the story quite touching, how the mom looks after her daughter with her possibly last breath.

whoa...i went to get the phone and its now 5am....i talked for almost 5 hours. go me.

I went to see, The Phantom of the Opera . No, not the movie, but the actual live show. It was..breathtaking. I've been wanting to go see it since i was 7 or younger, and i finally saw it! And trust me, this will not be the last time i see it.
Yes yes, indeed i was bedazzled by the songs and the singers. A beautiful yet so sad story.
I'm tired out. (not by watching, but the things i had to do to get there and back) but i'd do it again in a heartbeat. in a heartbeat. ♥

I shall watch the movie version soon. I held it down, until i felt terrible and had to crouch on my chair. The teacher let me go to the bathroom and i puked, not alot, then i went a 2nd time.
After that, i decided to go to the nurse for awhile, maybe to rest it off, i sat there, clutching a hot waterbottle to my stomach while the nurse talked to a teacher.
my stomach felt like it was thumping, it twitched and turned in my body, i ran out of the nurse's office and into the bathroom where i puked it all up. my throat burned, my mouth tasted horrible.
what was even more annoying was, every single time i went, there were people in the bathroom either flunking class or putting on makeup, now wouldnt it be impolite if i just puked my face off? yes, so i puked quietly and believe me, thats really hard when your stomachs coming out of your mouth.
Oh well,
probably food poisoning.
i came home before lunch and slept it off. i guess i feel better now, chugged gatorade

Yes, its him. I first found his art through one of his most faved piece of the fireman, then i looked through his gallery. What i love most about his pictures is how he can make simple things so beautiful. Everyday life things so artistic. I actually especially love his children pictures. How he captures his nephews and neices' expressions so perfectly. But yah, he's taking a break from that. poo.

Everyone thinks that if they ignore the problem, it'll go away. But that's not true. So many of them are left there, to die. At those times, i feel so helpless.
