My art skillz kinda went down the crapper after being unused for so long (big surprise). I've being trying to draw more on and off. I may or may not have some new art to post eventually. Depends on how bad I procrastinate on my homework. >> Mostly what I have managed to draw has been Hetalia, Starfighter, or HoneySyn. Fandom is the only thing that encourages me to draw anymore. I'd say it's sad and pathetic, but I'm actually pretty okay with it. S'not like I ever drew very much original stuff anyway. : P

I do have some cosplay photos to post on here from Kcon 09. This journal is more of a reminder to myself to post them. Later. When I have time. Cosplay has become my number one hobby, no question, but I do want to bring my art back, at least a little bit. Benji comic is still my far off goal. Here's hoping.

Hashi will be back in Oregon by December~, and once I get money I can start on all the epic new cosplays we have planned~!

Funny thing happend yesterday. By now everyone's heard about the Swin Flu. Apparently, yesterday morning there was a report on the news that a case had been found at Western Oregon University. Then at the beginning of second period, we all got info packets from the school district on what it is and how we should stay home if we start feeling sick.

The irony: during first period my throat started hurting like I had strep throat, and by the middle of second I was achy all over and felt like I had a fever. So I left class and went to the apartment (because my sick-fuddled brain decided I should go there instead of the health center), called my Dad, and went to the doctor.

I didn't have Swine Flu, but it doesn't hurt to check. I just had some virus that was gone by this morning. I'm not terribly surprised that I got sick with all the homework stress I have at the moment, but it really couldn't have had been timed any better. It was even a Friday, so I didn't miss (much) class! Except now I can't go to drama. My parents wanted me to come to Tillamook with them instead of staying at the apartment just to make sure I was okay. I've been unintentionally blowing Ryan off all year, and now I feel like a real jerk. We have no stage crew as it is, so with me not there, scene changes will be even more impossibly slow than they already are. >~<;;

So anyway, here I am, in Tillamook, sitting in our almost-empty living room, in the middle of "downtown", playing on the internet. I plan to do at least some homework this weekend, but Emily is an amazingly conpelling distraction. We're gonna watch Firefly tonight.

FYI, all of Tillamook smells like cowpies. I am not a fan. : |

I've finally started drawing again. At first it freaked me out cuz I'm so not used to drawing anymore, but it's not so FTW now. It actually started cuz of a Hetalia meme that I decided I was going to do and nothing was going to stop me. It obviously isn't finished yet since I haven't posted it, but it's there. On my desktop. Waiting for me to get my tablet out again. ._. I think drawing and Hetalia are going to be the things that get me through next semester. And Sak and Japan Trip excitement. I wish I could include Bad Taiwanese Dramas in that list, but I won't have any time to watch them. *le sigh*

As far as fandoms go, Hetalia has pretty much taken over, but it's currently fighting for #1 with Smace and my own stories. Stories besides Benji that is. I think I might actually try and give names to the charas in my main stories. Cuz they've been around so long and gotten so much attention in my head, it's about time they get some drawing time and actual names. I'm starting to like some of them almost as much as the Benji charas. Is crazy. o.o

Cosplay's a party as always. Mostly a wig and Rock Band party recently. XD Actually, my wardrobe in general has been a party lately. Got lotsa crazy stuff for Xmas INCLUDING A GIANT ASS ROOSTER SQUISHABLE, but that's not clothing so nevermind. XD

Whatelse, whatelse... Getting into crunch time for Noir, the winter show. My first actually challenging show as Stage Manager. Is scary. >> Been painting random crap in Painting class, like the NaruSasu 2x4. At the moment I'm painting a pic of Miyavi. Is crazy fun liek woah. 8D Been listening to lotsa music. Mostly Does, the Rilzit soundtrack, and now the Smace soundtrack.

Prolly should've done this a while ago (as in not the night before my bday) but I was busy failing all my classes. I'm not failing anymore now, cuz I dropped them all. Therefore, I am updating! : P

I actually got (and prolly will get) a lot of cool stoof for my bday, but I'll wait til after my bday to actually tell ya'll about it. Not that I'm trying to brag, but some of it (like the penguin waffle maker if it ever comes) really is pretty tight shit.

Oh, if anyone was wondering about a party, I'm not having one. We open for Antigone this weekend and close next weekend and rehears all in between. So my party is basically IHOP night after Opening Night (as in tomorrow night). So if your parents don't mind you staying up til midnight-ish at IHOP with the Sheldon Dramatoids, you should come hang out with us!

Other than that, life is pretty boring. Fandom and Drama filled, but mostly pretty laid back. Except for tomorrow. Tomorrow will be cracktastic. And full of cosplay. Cuz I enjoy cosplaying on mah bday. |3

First of all, there was Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in Portland with Hashi, Ryan, Em, Val, a little Scott, and a lot of Bubble Tea. I had three kinds of bubble tea at three different places in Portland. FTW. <3

I slept all through Sunday like usual, and come Monday was on the verge of a mental breakdown from all the stress I didn't have over the weekend catching up to me, so I stayed at the apt all day instead of going to school. Same goes for today. Now, normally missing two days of three college-level classes in the middle of a show would screw me over hard. But tomorrow is All-School Testing Day, which means: I have no actual classes, my "test" is basically a lecture/seminar where I'll just work on homework, I get out at lunch time, and I have plenty of time to track down my teachers to get my missed work. Then I have the rest of the day to do said work. Will I actually do it? Who knows. I sure hope so. >>

So after all that goodness, Thursday and Friday are Parent Teacher Conferences, which means two early release days. So I have, in essence, ONE day of school this week. But that's a really good thing, cuz I have a Youth Retreat with my church this Friday through Sunday. Which means very little homework time. Damn church-ness and my carsickness for not allowing me to do homework at every chance possible. T.T But I'm sure it will be fun. I'll prolly try and do my assigned reading whenever the youth director looks away. |D; I'm a senior, I have an excuse.

For those of you wondering, I'm writing this at 8:30 Tuesday morning, so I have plenty of time to do homework. I just need a break for my mental and physical health. @~@

Besides life-threatening Senioritis, life is pretty cool. Kind of. The house is a mess, but I'm rarely home and really only eat Pot Pies there, so it doesn't bother me much. I got my Prom outfit sometime last week and tried it on Sunday night. It fit, but I've gained a little weight since summer (YAY~ stress eating! ). Luckily I have until March/April to lose it again.

Now how about a Birth Day Wish List since mine is in a month (Nov 14)!

1. Driving lesson and license (maybe I'll try and get it this Thursday or Friday... >> )

Secondly, I have a new Japanese friend on Mixi (the Japanese equivalent of MySpace for those who don't know) whose English is very bad but at the same time very interesting. I have no idea where he gets some of his phrases when going from Japanese to English. For instance: "For me, Osaka is a plow XD" I have no idea what that means. I think he was talking about liking Osaka (he lives there)? If you have any idea how he got the word plow in there, let me know!

Now for cosplay! It is beyond eating my brain at this point. >.o For those interested, here are my cosplay plans for the next year: I'm going to Sakuracon in April with Hashi, Transy, and two friends from Washington. I'll be wearing Gaz, Human Disguised Zim, and Saki-chan (Sasuke in lolita drag). After Sak is Kcon next September! I'm going to be Buggy the Clown from One Piece, Gojyo from Saiyuki, and Vegeta from Boxer Hockey/DucktalesZ3 fusion. Finally, at Yaoicon later in September/October, I'll be going as Hiroki from Junjou Romantica and Toadsuke (Princess Peach/Sasuke fusion) from Super Nario Bros. I am so excited. |D All of these cosplays are in groups of some sort, cuz the more the merrier!

There are so many other things I want to tell ya'll about, but I want them to be surprises for certain people, so I cant. XP Rest assured they are awesome though! I'll let you know one of them come Christmas break.

Other than that, homework suckage as usual. Oh, wait! I got accepted to PSU! That's the other thing! So I will for sure be going there next September unless I suddenly start failing at life hardcore. I'm excited~!

Today I had a Jones Soda for the first time in several months. This is what the cap said:

I woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. It was the kind of morning where you honestly consider skipping school because you don't think you can handle it, but at the same time know you have no reason to feel that way since nothing exceptionally horrible has happened. In any case, I was in a pissy mood.

I think the Jones Soda cap made my day. Today, after going to the almost-useless-for-people-like-me (because I knew almost all of it) Senior/Parent Night at school, I applied to PSU, sent all my SAT and ACT scores, requested an official LCC transcript, got my FAFSA PIN, and printed out the worksheets to fill out before doing the actual FAFSA.

Hours before the Jones, I also made plans for me, Hashi, and Ryan to visit PSU. I scheduled the tour (10:30am Oct 10th) and got us a place to stay with my sister.

I still need to send an official Sheldon transcript, get my Linn Benton PIN so I can send that transcript (a transcript of only one class. Go me!), make plans with Mommy so I can buy my, Hashi's, and Ryan's Amtrak tickets ($44 + $4.75 Trimet day pass + $10 food ea.), and finish my application for the National Merit Scholarship.

Slightly less important but almost as life changing: I need to order some Candy Bar Fundraising boxes to help pay for the Japan trip this summer ($250) and take my driving lesson ($100) so I can get my license ($68.50).

I haven't done any homework for the past week and have no money with which to do the things I need and want to do. I had a horrible day.

I applied for college and took the first steps towards realizing my most difficult goals. I had a good day.

That is my partial list of win and fail. Please excuse the disjointedness of it all, as my brain has decided to go all abstract on me.

Kcon was epic fun as always, though not nearly as fun as last year. Oh well. It still rawked my sawks off! And made me excited for Sakuracon! Which I AM going to, hopefully with Hashi, Kaze, Transy, and Nicole and Nicci if we can convince them (Invader Zim cosplay for t3h win 8D ). For those interested, here’s my list (ugh) of future cosplays in no particular order: Gaz, Human Zim, Gojyo (Saiyuki), Kiba, Hiro (Gravi), Buggy the Clown, Androgyny!Cloud, Hiro (Junjou), Vegeta. There are others that I of course want to do, but these are the ones that have groups with them, and therefore are more likely to be worked on. : P Let me know if you wanna cosplay with me, or want me to cosplay something with you~! I’ll link to my Kcon pics and vids once they’re all up.

So besides working on cosplay in between homework and Stage Managing, I also plan to work on the Benji comic and site. For reals. We’ll see how that goes. >> I’m ALSO starting to work on making a Moochobo shop with Hashi, which would sell ridiculously cute hats, animal ears, and other misc things. Again, we’ll see how that goes, but it will be totally awesome if we can get it going. X3 And, you know, more money always rawks. Especially when you have a Dir en Grey concert and Japan Trip to pay for.

Back to real life, I’m going to start my application for PSU. I’ll have to make time to sit down with my parents and get it all figured out, cuz they love helping me with things like that, and I greatly appreciate the help. @~@ I prolly won’t have to apply for many scholarships, though, which makes me happy. | D I’m hoping to get my license sometime next week or the week after, though I won’t have a car with me everyday. Bussing is cheap, even if it takes forever from Elmira. >.o Come my birthday, I can legally drive anyone around as well as have sleepovers at the apt again. So that’s, you know, coming along.

Now for my current fandoms! Cuz they make me happy. X3 Recently I’ve gotten back into Junjou Romantica, a ridiculous yaoi with one of the cutest secondary pairings EVER. *.* I read the first few volumes a long time ago before it was licensed in America, but only JUST found the anime. Which only came out this year, so I’m not that out of the loop. Still, it made my day. Or week. Or something like that. My second fandom is Wild Adapter and the High School AU spin off, Araiso Private High School Student Council Executive Committee (yes, that is the whole title ftw). WA is by Kazuya Mikekura who wrote Saiyuki, and is just as fabulous but a little more dark. I actually got into Wild Adapter by finding the OVA of Araiso on Youtube. Because it was so great it deserved an anime I guess. Even though Wild Adapter, the actual story, doesn’t have an anime yet. With Wild Adapter of course came more Saiyuki love. I bought two volumes of Reload at Kcon, which were the first manga I’ve bought in MONTHS. o.o It was magical (little Goku~!!).

Despite the continued suckage, I'm still enjoying life at the moment. Getting ahead in cosplay in the sense that I've finally planned out all I need and am slowly getting it all. Also, got a summer job: cleaning my house for minimum wage. Yeah. Cuz my parents didn't think I could get a real job since I'll be gone most of July. So they gave me one. So I'll actually have money for all my cosplay and then some. Hopefully. >>

Trying to make the apartment more liveable every day. Not that I plan on living there full time ever, but I'm sure I'll be there most of summer with cosplay and all. : P

That's... about it. Don't expect to be able to see me outside of school till the day it ends. Seriously. I'm sure I'll be taking my last Euro test on the last day. Hopefully. @~@

So, even though last Sunday totally SUCKED beyond all reason, every day for the rest of this last week something good happened.

Random good things that happened (not in order):
1. Didn't fail my Euro and Chem classes. Just got temporary Incomplete grades instead. @~@
2. Spent all weekend at the apartment with a friend from Portland, Hashi, and a couple other people, which totally rawked my sawks.
3. I found the first fanfic I ever read, which had been removed from the internet when the author became a professional writer. It was gone for years, but someone finally re-uploaded it. I freaked out like no other when I found it.

Despite all these awesome things making my life better, my antidepressants aren't working so well, so as soon as something upsets me, I feel like my life totally sucks again, even though it obviously doesn't. For instance, I can't print out the fic because of the formatting and even if I could, we don't have any printer paper and it's too late to go buy some. Totally ruined my night for a bit. I'm a little better now, though.

I'm really too dead to actually elaborate on what all it is that's making my life suck, and most of it is really just me being so depressed that every little thing gets me down. But don't worry, cuz this weekend really did rawk like no other. I just have to keep reminding myself of that, and then I'm okay.

It is currently 10 'til 2 in the morning, and I am 1/3 done with my Chemistry. It is of course all due tomorrow morning at 10:26am as tomorrow is the last day of this term, and therefore the last day to turn in work for our college credit grade.

So, yesterday (Sunday) really really REALLY sucked. Today was slightly better.

A few things that have made my life slightly less sucky today:
1. I don't have to finish my Euro before the end of the term. Which is Thursday. THANK GOD. @.@
2. My prom dress is absolutely GORGEOUS. Even if it doesn't get here in time for prom, it will still be worth every none-US-dollar. *.*
3. I got tickets to see Ani DiFranco in Eugene since we didn't manage to get tickets to see her in Portland; and even though it's on a school night, my parents are still letting me go. X3

Things that still make my life suck:
1. I have absolutely no motivation whatsoever to finish my Chem lab write ups, which will make the difference between me passing and bombing the second part of my college Chem grade. @~@;;
2. My Anatomy teacher prolly won't accept my last lab. It won't make me fail the class, but it'll still piss me off. >.-;;
3. I'm still three chapters behind in Euro, and they do have to be done eventually, even if not by Thursday. T~T

Oh, and I may have to pay for part of my prom dress cuz it was more expensive than we thought it was gonna be (lawl ridiculous shipping 8D), so I may or may not have the money to buy the struggle bat sticks by this weekend. >.o But I will buy SOMETHING cosplay related for this weekend. If not, I'll finally finish my Gaz dress instead! XD

So, things to buy when I have the money (it just keeps disappearing...):
1. Struggle bat sticks and foam
2. Head pigeons (all 5 zillion of them 83)
3. Wig dye
4. The actual WIGS...

I'm sure there's more, but that's what I'll focus on for now. ^^

Haven't drawn much at all except doodles in class. I'll post those doodles eventually, though. Cuz they're friggin' hilarious.

So yeah. Homework sucks, but I'm still magically passing all my classes, so whatever. I'm gonna do the next show in Drama which will rawk and probably kill me homework-wise, but what-the-foock-ever. : P

What else, what else... Haven't done much art this school year besides KHII crack. Made a crazy Band AU with Hashi that rawks the casbah. XD Oh, and Monkey found an old Gorillaz friend of ours on DA, so I've been yayzing over that today. I haz a lot of old internet friends I don't talk to anymore... Like Chien... and Quere... and so many others whose names I can't even remember anymore. ;o; Maybe I'll send them all random holiday pics... On new anti-depressants to see if I can STOP SLEEPING ALL DAY DAMNIT. So far all they've done is give me horrible headaches every time I move. -.-;; So apologies if I seem standoffish. I'm probably just about to faint cuz of horrid headaches.

Well, life's crazy as usual. WAY behind in homework with little to no hope of catching up, and I might have either strep, mono, or both. Luckily, drama is over so I'll have plenty more time to actually get stuff DONE. Not that I want drama to end; cast party was friggin AWESOME! I just need the extra time. I'm not doing One Act Week or the winter show except for ushering. I might be roped in to help with Props, but I won't be on Props crew sadly.

ANYwho, the point of this Journal was to rant at you all about my new obsession: a certain pairing from the show "The Amazing Mrs. Pritchard" (pronounced "priCHARD" not "pricherd"). The Exchequer to the Prime Minister (kinda like the Vice President I think) is dating her speech writer. She's 40-something, smart, snappy, matter-of-fact, and always in charge. He's 25 and hopelessly, puppy-dog in love. I just love the dynamic between them for some reason. I just floats my boat like no other. Anywho, the reason I felt the need to tell ya'll about this is because in this most recent episode, the woman had an abortion and now for once she's all weak and unhappy and he's upset. It was crazy. I can't wait to see what happens next between them, never mind the rest of the story about the Prime Minister's husband laundering money. So NOT important!

And finally, POST ON MUSICAL THESIS!!! Me and LOD have started a fire, and your charas will all burn if you don't post. So hop to!

So I was writing this KHII fic for my Gothic Essay assignment. And it was pretty okay, considering I hate most of my papers and especially my fanfics. But then I realized that it was more than twice the max word limit. So I had to cut it down to this tiny piece of crap that's going to get a C or something. Pisses me off. -.-;; But I saved the full-length paper and I'll actually proof read it and post it later. Not now, though, cuz it's way past my bedtime, and I have a shit load more homework I have to finish before third period tomorrow. @~@



School is eating my life like it never has before. Therefore, I won't be on the computer at all for a very long time. I'm cutting it off until I can get my act together. Well, I'm alive. Barely. Homework is eating my ass off at the moment, and when I'm not doing my homework, I'm attempting to help my friends with theirs. Tis crazy fun. Got a C on my math test for the first time, a C in Euro (totally expected), and I think I'm gonna' flunk my Chem test tomorrow. So it's all good!

I have not forgotten Kiribans and Benji. I even scanned up the first Benji page finally. It's just the fixing it. Then for the cityscape... (no, I can't screen tone it, it's a color pic. -.-;; ). As for Kiribans, they're just not as important as my grades right now. Sorry.

In other news, I will have XIGBAR HAIR as of this weekend. And Hashi shall be DEMYX. It shall be EPIC.



Yeah, so, school started up again. All my classes are effing hard and give shit loads of homework. Luckily, they are mostly lecture classes, and I can't stay awake in those unless I'm doing something, so I just do homework during class. It's better than sleeping through them.

Didn't manage to finish any Kiriban yet. Sorry. Most of them just need Copic-ing, which I don't do at school, so we'll see when I get some free time afterwards. I have drama Tuesdays and Thursdays, and any day my mom has off we go driving, so I won't be copicing the rest of this week. Maybe next. It depends on my mom's work schedule.

Other than that, things are pretty good. Homework is ruling my life so far. We'll see how drama will fit into that...

And for those of you who haven't heard, we've sent my little sister off most likely for good. So no more sibling drama! YAY~!!

Fri Aug 31 - Mon Sept 3 (4 days) for Kumoricon!



Dude. Rilzit is so much like Vargas, it's scary. It even has LOVE WAFFLES FTW?!?!?


So. Life. It's not bad right now. Really busy though. I've inked a few of the Kiribans, but cosplay and Kumoricon plans have taken up all of my freetime. I'm hoping to finish at least a few of them before school starts, though. We'll see.

Had a sleepover with Kaze and Hashi the other night and did more AMV watching than actual cosplay work, but it was fun. All I have left to do on my cosplay is make giraffe ears, horns, and tail for my Kaku costume. Then I have to go buy blond bobby pins and spirit gum... But other than that, I'm completely done with all four of my cosplays!

I also have two new obsessions: Kyou Kara Maou and Zim Slash. The KKM is thanks to Hashi and I'm currently in love with this one AMV, I Think I Love You. Rawks my sawks. The Zim Slash is thanks to some emo Zim and Dib art I found on DevART that goes with a fanfic called brb suicide. I haven't read that fic yet cuz I'm in the middle of the other, not emo fic, Rilzit. It takes me a little less than an hour to read each chapter, and there's over 50 of them. @~@ But it's fun. Who knew ZADR could be so fluffy? And like all my fandoms, I have songs to associate with ZADR: Getting Even by Guster and Get It Faster by Jimmy Eat World.

ANYwho, now for a quiz thinger, cuz I love those and I love Monkey.


Tell 5-10 things about your art style and how it has evolved.

1. I first started drawing when my older sister did, by trying to copy what she drew. I also doodled during swim class.

2. I started drawing semi-DBZ style during elementary school as I was in love with the show. I used to draw fairy versions of my classmates for them.

3. I first started learning how to actually draw in fourth grade when I got my first How to Draw Manga book. That's about when I started making up different stories in my head (for the longest time I only had one story that I put all my ideas into).

4. During the summer before 6th grade, when I discovered yaoi and online comics, I found this artist on Elfwood that drew demons in a way that I really liked. Thus, the basic style for Benji was born, before he even existed as Benji.

5. In middle school, I drew so much that my art style improved every week. That's when I started my first two online comics, JesusX and Hoppydale. I also met Monkey, and we both influenced eachothers drawing style a great deal.

6. In 6th or 7th grade, I first took Marianne's crazy Manga Drawing class. I took it over and over again to hang out with Marianne, ~BAKAPIGMO, and ~miaki. That's where I first learned about Copics and fell in love with them.

7. Freshman year I met lots of cool friends who all had awesome art styles. I felt really jealous of people who drew better than me, but I got over that. I didn't draw as much cuz I was always busy/lazy.

8. Sophmore year I started the Benji comic, Tempest Rising. I worked on it during math class, along with other pics I owed people. Other than that, I didn't draw much at all.

9. I haven't draw much of anything in a long while. I just don't draw as much as I used to. I'm too busy/lazy. The last big thing I drew was the first page of Benji, which is finished, but needs to be touched up on the comp, which I'm too lazy to do. -.-;;

10. Hopefully I'll have a class this year that I can laze through and draw all the time. Not likely though, since I have two or three really hard classes at once. @~@

Realized right after posting this that it was Hashi who got the Kiriban with Monkey. I remembered cuz I was thinking about the Kiriban she wanted.


So I finally posted about Mississippi, and the Kumoricon Mini-con as well. [link]

Also, yesterday was AkuRoku day, so instead of being productive with our cosplays, Kaze, Hashi and I made AkuRoku Paopu Cupcakes and a video. It was amazing.

And the Kiribans. All I have to say is "FTW DeviantART?" The first Kiriban was 6969. So ~YBMC and one other person (I don't remember who! ;o; )both got 6968, and ~miaki and myself both got 6970. We all four of us get kiriban pics. Then Monkey was all sneaky and stole the 7000 Kiriban at 6999, so he gets an extra big Kiriban pic, and I got the actual 7000, so I owe myself two pics. And to top it all off, I agreed to an art trade with ~metalcervidae cuz she was feeling left out. SO in total I have six new pics to work on, in addition to the two or three pics I already was working on. F. T. W. So I think it was either ~kittyfetish or ~CursedZodiac that got the 6968 kiriban with Monkey, so let me know who it was! Also, let me know if any of you happen to get 7001, though I just got it, so that's unlikely. @~@

Anywho, still getting ready for Kumoricon. I have two things to finish, and three small props to touch up. We'll be having a two-day sleepover some time this month either at Hashi's Rec Center or my house again. It all depends on when Hashi asks the manager dude.

Every time I look at our box of Honey Nut Cheerios, I think it says, "Can Help Lower Cancer," not, "Can Help Lower Cholesterol." Freaks me out. o.O;;

Anywho, just thought I'd tell ya'll (and Kaze specifically) that I just had a splendifirous lunch of miso-and-seaweed soup and Bubble Tea WITH sugar. It would have been nice to have tofu and daifuku too, but I think we finished off the tofu at the FDSB, and I ate the last of the daifuku in a sack lunch on my way to San Fran. I think you should leave yummy foods at my house more often, Kaze. Love you!


Finally back from San Fransisco, only to go to Mississippi for a few days. If I wasn't already sick of Sales Tax, I will be when I get back.

Talk about messed up sleep schedules; After getting back home at 11pm, I stayed up until 3am on the internet. I woke up the next day at about 2pm, got on the computer, then went back to sleep at 7pm. I woke up around 2am and was like, "...FTW?!?!" I tried to go back to sleep, and I think I did somewhere between 4am and 8am. I got up at 8 after my dad came in to say goodbye to me. It was really effed up. Hopefully I'll start sleeping normally soon...

In other news, I'll start the 7th book today, I'm still waiting for ya'll to be on IMVU, I'm also waiting for Hashi to post on the OCRP, and I'm hoping to get back to a normal sleep schedule soon.

I signed up for IMVU yesterday. The ads have been bugging me for a while, and it is pretty fun. It's like Sims in that you design your own person and room, but it's more like Gaia because you have to earn credits to buy things and you can chat. But during chat, like Sims, your characters can interact. Altogether it's not nearly as well put together as Sims or Gaia, but the little parts of both make it fun. My username is GoatchildYagi, and I also have Benji and Artemis on there as BenjiWing and ArtemisWing. So if you're on IMVU, come say hi to me!

On another note, I am very close to done with all of my cosplays. Haku is done, TK needs a shirt, Kaku needs a nose (and swords...), and Hayner needs a shirt and wig. I think I may just leave his jacket jean. It doesn't look that bad, really. *shrugs* I also still need little things like TK's tag and Digivice and Hayner's necklace. I'm so close to being done! YAY~!!

Anywho, I'm leaving this Sunday for my church mission trip to San Fransisco for a week. So I guess I'll see ya'll next Sunday!

Ifen any of ya'll were interested in that one Swat Kats episode that I keep saying is so gay, it's episode 14, Mutation City (it's on YouTube). It starts out with the cooler opening and Jake and Chance doing an obstacle course. You could say the gay part is the swimming discovery or the Heimlich-esq maneuvers before it. Either way, it's just the obstacle course part that's gay. Though the rest of the series is still pretty yaoi-tastic. Rawks my sawks.

First of all: KIRIBAN'S GETTIN CLOSER~!!!

Second of all, I got through ALL of my hundred-something comments before any of ya'll could resond! Good job guys!



First of all, I got my permit today. It's kinda' ironic, since I've fallen asleep in the car more these past two months than I have the rest of my life. Hopefully driving will keep me awake. It certainly freaks me out enough at the moment, being the first day and all. @~@ Anywho, I'll have my actual license around December or January, and by Kumoricon next year I could drive three of you up! Or we could just ride with my parents in the van.

Second of all, I have the core parts of my schedule for next year all planned out (which is BEYOND amazing for my school ). I have one teacher to talk to about electives, and then I'm done 'till late August. There's also only TWO MORE DAYS OF SCHOOL LEFT~!!! I've finished all the work for one class, I have a picture to draw for the second, and then there's math which I already love so nothing to worry about. Basically, school is FANTASTIC. If only the rest of the year could be like these last two days will be.

And now for summer. It will be FANTASTICAL~!! Even when I'm out of town. I'll put those dates at the beginning of every journal entry for the rest of summer so ya'll know when there's an actual reason if I seem to be ignoring you. Whenever I'm not out of town, I'll be working on my cosplay and the Benji comic. And getting my 50-100 driving hours. 'Twill be funful.

Well, I suppose I've reached a turning point in my DA career. I now get so many random faves from random people that I just don't have the time to them them all anymore. It makes me sad, but makes my life simpler. I suppose I should be excited that so many random people like me, but I still feel guilty for not thanking them all...

In other news, the school year is almost over. That means more time for arting/cosplaying. I still need to finish up a few of my costumes. I'm getting there though. Also, I'll be making three pictures for the Kumoricon mascot contest. ~CursedZodiac suggested all of us artsy people enter so that if one of us wins, we can all share the Artist's Alley table next year. Which would be cool.

Oh, and I saw Pirates of the Caribbean 3. It rawked my sawks off. I can understand how people wouldn't like it, but it totally had everything any pirate story I've ever thought of had. So it was like the ultimate pirate movie to me. So I loved it.

'Kay, I lied. I went ahead and made the Comic Genesis site with an old pic in my gallery for the Coming Soon pic. It's not up yet (11:25pm), but if it's not up tonight it will hopefully be tomorrow. Prolly during 1st or 4th period. Cuz I'm impatient like that.



Gawd, I hate HTML. Not that it's hard or anything; I just haven't been doing it long enough to be very good at it. So it's stressful. But I'll live!

You know what sucks about Comic Genesis (formerly Keenspace)? You can't make your actual site until you have comic pages to post. Which means I can't get the site up and running and find my zillions of HTML mistakes until I put the site up for real. I would put a "Coming Soon" pic up, but I don't have one. It sucks.

I am working on the comic pages, though. I've sketched out the first 3 or 4 black and white ones to be inked, and I'm going to work on the color ones this week and pics for the site. It'll all be up eventually. Probably not 'til after Sunday, May 20th, though, cuz Drama doesn't end 'til then, and as you all know it runs my life. So until then the only time I have for comic-ing is 3rd period and any spare time 4th after homework. I'll keep updating at least once a week on my progress. No guarantees that it'll be very fast, though.

I go a whole shizload of things done yesterday. Almost everything on my mental To Do List. It wore me out leik woah. @~@

Night Before: 1. Did laundry. 2. Looked up colleges. 3. Gathered shizload of props stuff (bucket, carboard, cereal boxes, flower pots, duct tape, etc). 4. Went to bed early.
Yesterday: 1. Brought all props stuff. 2. Made lunch, breakfast and tea. 3. Talked to Vice Principal. 4. Made more props during class. 5. Updated DevART with Proxy. 5. Started homework book. 6. Drew more Benji. 7. Did all homework. 8. Made most of props on list. 10. Got most of props on stage. 11. Started organizing props. 12. Did more homework. 13. Did more laundry.

Things I Didn't Get Done: 1. Bring carrots for lunch. 2. Empty trash. 3. Clean room. 4. Apply for State Leadership. 5. Apply for GLSEN leadership. 6. Take a shower.

I am never going to do everything on my list in one day again. I CRASHED SO BAD when I got home. @~@ Over achieving sucks leik woah.



OHMAIGAWD I LOVE PROXY. Thankyou Kaze, you've made my school year AMAZING. Ignore the Mood thing. I couldn't change it.

Anywho, random update cuz computer class is SO BORING. I've started drawing the first 13 pages of Benji -- 13 because I have 10 sheets of comic paper to do 10 comics, and 3 colored pages that I do in my sketchbook. Pretty soon I'll start making the actual site (oh gawd html @~@), and then I'll make a ComicGenesis page! YAY~ Benji! I'm not doing much else art-wise, though I might do some Digimon fanart soon.

I'm also writing TWO FANFICS OHMAIGAWD~!! I know I said I'd probably never attempt another fic, but the lack of good Digimon fanfics and the fact that I wrote a fanfic FOR A SCHOOL PAPER made me decide that I had to do two ACTUAL fanfics for ya'll. Cuz I love you.

And now I must go for my teacher has told us JUST NOW that the first page of our paper is due tomorrow. Spammit.

1. Whenever I have a spare moment of quiet, I think about yaoi - usually Benji/Artemis at the moment.
2. Despite my obsession with yaoi and pr0n in general, I've never had any sort of sexual experience, nor do I plan to in the near future.
3. I pick the earwax out of my ears when I'm really bored in class.
4. I am very sesitive to smells of any kind, but especially artificial ones, and can't stand them. At ALL.

Tea makes me hungry. So after I drink tea, I always want to eat something. But if I eat something, I get thirsty again, but I'm too full of tea and food to start all over again. So I forget about it. Untill the next time I eat or make tea. You'd think I'd learn to do both at the same time, but no~... Oh well. Tea is yummy.

Yeah, so I got tired of my old journal, so ya'll get this random one. Not much is new. I've been having nightmares about having too much homework and my teachers hating me (I'm such a goodygoody). I've started drinking tea everymorning and whenever I'm home in the afternoons. 'Tis yummy. Me thinks I shall get quite fat with all the aforementioned eating and tea drinking. I have lots of homework that I am again avoiding, though I did do 4 hours of it this morning (4 hours cuz I'd put it off for two weeks for it to pile up). I won't be on the computer much for the rest of the school year, as we're starting our last show for the year and I have to get through some of my toughest classes. But who knows. I have a free last period next term and I might pop into the library every now and then to give ya'll an update.

I haven't done much with my life recently. My little sister was taken away (don't ask if you don't know. I might tell you later), so it's been really quiet and lazy around home, with a lot of snuggling and comforting and bunny holding. I still haven't watched any anime/TMNT etc that I got for christmas, including the last disc of Yami no Matsuei. Maybe I'll watch that tonight.

My yaoi life has been pretty uneventful. I went Digimon fic searching the other day and found the one fic I really love and one that I remember reading a long time ago that wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. Made me sad. It seems any decent fic is too decent to have sex, which is what I really like in a story. I was really excited when the book I'm reading for class had a lot of sex in it. It was all straight, but I've brainwashed myself so much that I think if an author is going to mention sex, they should just write the whole sex scene. I suppose I should have done this earlier, but (1) I forgot, and (2) living in the country basicially means "NO POWER LINES FO J0000!!1!11!!!one!". SO, I'm doing it now. For any of you who I told about the party where ya'll could meet ~BOEG, ~BAKAPIGMO, and ~kittyfetish: it turns out that Monkey's mom only wanted a few people to come, so we couldn't invite really anyone but those three. BUT, sometime, maybe a weekend or another vacation, we will probably have ANOTHER party at my house, where lots of people can come! So, sorry that not many of you could come, but there WILL be another one! I hope.

In other news, I've gotten almost all of my music on Quiggerz (<-- meaning Quigly, cuz my lil' sis is crazy ). I have one more stack of CDs, then I get to finish going through my big sis's music. And to think he's not even a quarter full. Also, I will eventually draw a pic of him. After I do my homework, get my permit, put up my closet, unpack the rest of my room, etc etc. So, maybe once school starts up again. And I haven't forgotten your kiriban BOEG. I just suck. (speaking of which, I had a dream last night that me and Monkey forgot to go see you after school, and you called us and were all pissed. It was weird. o.O;; ) So ANYway, happy New Years everyone, cuz I prolly won't get back on before then!



Yeah, didn't wanna' do another edit. Anywho, I ended up naming my Zen MP3 player Quigly Jesus Jr., after ~Translucence's genious suggestion. There's even a whole story behind it! See, Transy being the Virgin Mary, the angel Gabriel REALLY told her to make Jesus Quigly, but she thought Jesus was a cooler name, and therefore altered history. Then, when I (Jesus X) had to make my Zen, she figured she'd make up for before and it could be the REAL Jesus (hence the Jesus Jr. at the end).

All this Jesus insanity ALSO ties into the Lesbian Love Polygon we've got going on at drama! Long story short, me and my friend Kelly pretended to get engaged, she "married" a girl named Heavenly and had an affair with an Ashley, then was having half a baby with Yoo-ji and got Radioactive Girl pregnant, all while I was having an affair with ~CursedZodiac. Then Monkey (being the token gay guy) got me pregnant, and Radioactive Girl got pregnant again and gave it to Monkey. Yoo-ji, Kelly, and Radioactive Girl all only had a third of a baby (Curious Julius Satisfaction) and only the Curious and Julius thrids have been born. Monkey's baby is named Clyde, and isn't born yet.

ANYway, my baby was going to be named Jesus, then Transy named it Quigly, which is the REAL Jesus, so I had my baby and will raise it with Zodiac, cuz Kelly already has two thirds of a baby to deal with.

I bet ya'll REALLY wanna' join Drama now!

In other news, I got Monkey a Chopper Build-a-Bear for Christmas. He loves it. He's currently playing the Wind Waker with it.

Kinda' random, but not worth a whole post. I got a Creative Zen Vision M MP3 Player today as a Christmas present. I don't say "early" Christmas present cuz by the time I get my several thousand songs on it, it will be Christmas. So, anyway, he's black and white and uber shmexy, but doesn't have a name. I was gonna' name him Kiba from Naruto, but (1) he wouldn't have a Shikamaru or Shino to keep him company, and (2) I usually don't name my computer gadgets after anime characters. Usually they're food, but my Zen is way too cool for a food name, and he's really a computer/music hybrid gadget, so I really don't know what to name him. But it must be shmexy and cool and electronic. Because that's what he is.

Oh, and he has a green bamboo backgroud, if that gives you any random ideas! (actually, I just wanted to brag about it, cuz I have a new shiny toy and I must share it )

Oh, and no, I won't name him Panda from Nani Frog Butts. Panda is not electronic. (but for anyone I know in real life, there's this crazy panda video on him that ya'll have to see. It's the craziest thing I've ever seen. )

You know the problem with doing these edits now? Whether or not I should change the mood and stuff... meh. I'll leave it this time.

For those of you I see in real life, I appologize profusely if my incessant rambling about this fanfic is getting terribly annoying. My god, I'm typing like I'm British. o.O;; Anyway, I was gonna' post this on LJ, but I actually wanted people to read it, so you get it here. Sorry.

Long story short: I re-read all of Windfallen today. This will not be a spoiler for any of you who haven't read it, but I really do hope you read it.

You know how you see/read/hear something for the first time and it's really amazing, and when you experience it the second time you see all the little details that led to the ending the first time? Well, with Windfallen, I think the sadest moment the first time through is beyond a doubt the last line. Because it really couldn't have ended any other way and it's just so aweful! However, once you've read it and you understand what happened and why, and you read it again, it starts breaking your heart about 3 chapters from the end. The first time through, on Harry and Draco's last night together, Harry is just so confused, and you as the reader are too, and it all just doesn't seem to make sense until the end. The second time through, you not only experience Harry's confusion, but you also get to feel Draco's horrifying anguish. All of Draco's lines the second time through broke my heart, to the point that I was on the verge of tears with still 2 chapters to go. I felt like I was the Grinch, with my heart already two sizes too small, and then it gets imploded into itty bitty smaller-than-atomic pieces and it just hurts so good.

So, if you've already read the fic, I suggest reading it again. You won't believe it's even possible to break your heart that much more.

Also, to clear up the whole "Halleluja" song thing, I told people that it was at the end of the last chapter, but it glancing at it, I realized it wasn't. So I assumed that I'd just had the song stuck in my head when reading the last chaper. I was wrong. The lyrics were at the beginning of the last chapter instead of the end, so it was stuck in my head, and since it was the only song in the whole fic I knew, it helped shatter my heart just that much more. Just to clear that up, though I dought it really matters to ya'll.

It is now quite late, and I have a Christmas Pageant to rehurse for tomorrow bright and early, so me thinks I'm off to heart-shattered sleep. Night night!

Had a fun birthday, which strangely enough, is not over yet. o.O;; Opened my presents on my actual BDay (Nov 14). It was all a bunch of Japanese cups, plates, chopsticks, sushi rollers, rice, rice steamer, etc. (all made in China of course ) ~YBMC got me 12 episodes of the old Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, which was a total fangasm. But it was only just this Friday that I had my actual party. I took a bunch of friends to a local sushi restaurant where I got "The Art of Totoro" from my friend LOD, a literal STICK (it looked like a meter stick o.O;; ) of chocolate from ~Translucence, and a Borders gift card from ~CursedZodiac. BUT, ~Ithelial is going to bring me one of two yaoi manga on Monday, and the other I'm going to buy some time this week, so my BDay STILL isn't over. It's kinda' silly, but still kinda' fun. And, to top it all off, I updated actual new art! YAY~ me!

As for the Benji story, Tempest Rising, I haven't been working on it much cuz of Drama. However, this coming weekend is our closing weekend, so I should have a little more free time coming up. And then, of course, there's winter break. If you're lucky, I might even give you guys a sneak peak...

On a completely unrelated note, ya'll should go read Okome-chan at Ob-session.org, if for no other reason than Hyde sort of appears in the most recent chapter! It's the most crack-tastic manga I've ever read! (yes, Monkey, even more so than Dr. Ten)

I think that's all for my random update. So I'll leave ya'll with a bit of advice: Don't read yaoi when your are asleep just a few feet away, facing the computer. Unless you want them to be not so happy when they wake up. (fyi, no I don't speak from experience. Very nearly, but no. )

Hey, guys. Guess what Tuesday is! That's right! My BIRTHDAY~!! YAY~!!!

I would've posted this ON my BDay, but I didn't think I'd have any comp access, so I'm posting it now. Anywho, I'm really excited, cuz for my BDay I've already got a bunch of Copics and a Copic sketchbook, the Color book I've been looking for for years, and I'm gonna' get a rice steamer (ONIGIRI~!!) and the Asian Kung-fu Generation CD Sol-fa. Me so HAPPY~!!!

Anywho, if ya'll wanna' get me stuff, the two other things I really want are the manga "Wild Rock", the "Same Cell Organism" manga, and the "How to Draw Manga Vol. 1: The Basics Of Character Drawing (Manga Technique)". I think it's that volume. The one that evkalitrima: has that has the page of chibis in it. Is that it, Kali? Anywho, ya'll should prolly talk to eachother, or at least Monkey, before buying stuff so ya'll don't buy the same things. Not that I'm expecting you to buy me stuff or anything. I just know that Monkey already has a present for me, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was Wild Rock or the Manga book. So yeah. Ya'll should talk to him.

As for a party, I think it's just gonna' be Ferral's Night at drama. See, this weekend is opening weekend for the show, so I can't have a party or anything unless it was Saturday morning. But, every Friday we have a preformance, the whole cast and crew goes to Pearl Street Ice Cream Parlor. So if ya'll wanna' have a party, you should just come to Ferral's Night with me and Monkey. Otherwise, I guess I'll just see ya'll at school!

And, and BOEG? The reason why me and Monkey haven't been there is cuz of drama. Sorry. I think next week and maybe the week after we can come, but not this week. Sorry! I'll still draw your kiriban!

On completely unrelated news, I finally caught up to the most recent chapters of One Piece. YAY~ ME!! Though I really don't think it should count, since I skipped most of Skypia and the Foxy arc... but whatever! I got through Water 7 and Enies Lobby, so it's all good!

Also completely unrelated, I've taken my older sister's copy of the Beatles "White Album" and have completely fallen in love with the song "Rocky Raccoon". I already liked it before, but now I'm completely and utterly obsessed with it. Cuz it rocks like that. It, along with this awesome deer statue in LOD's house, inspired me to make another Furry story. Cuz, like, I have two, even though only one of them is still "alive", but the deer, "Rocky Raccoon", and "the Fox Song" have inspired me to make a third. I'm very proud of myself.

Oh, and I think I've confused some people with this, but when I say I "made" a story, all that means is I have characters and some kind of plot that just keep spinning around in my head entertaining me during boring classes. They're really good posing practice. I'd just like to draw something else for a change.

On the comatose note, I'm sorry that I haven't been on the comp at ALL lately. Those of you who I see at school have heard this, but for the rest of you: I now live 20min out of town and can't go home until my parents get off work (cuz I'm lazy and haven't gotten my liscence or even my permit yet ) to go home. By the time I get home, it's time for dinner, then 3 hours of homework, and then I'm thuroughly exhausted, so I go to bed. Before I get home, I have no computer axcess unless I go over to friends house. If I do go to a friend's house, I spend my time playing video games instead. Cuz I don't have any and it makes me sad. So yeah. No computer life from me until I get my liscence, which won't be for another year, prolly. So until vactions. Or unless I get internet access in our in-town appartment. Which I might not, so yeah. It's all still up in the air at the moment. So don't expect much comp life from me at all. Sorry!

Kay, so, on my LJ I posted a quiz for which Naruto chara I was. I got Sasuke tied with Rock Lee. When I took it again, I got Lee tied with Kakashi. So Monkey has given me the new name of Sasukeleeshi. Just thought ya'll should know. Cuz it's 11:30 and we just watched Samurai Champloo and the happy parts of Brokeback Mountain and I'm almost done with the crazy 19 chapter Naruto fic I'm reading! 'Tis fun, des.

Oh, and Monkey is now a unicorn/mad scientist. Cuz his hair is cool like that. W00t. *goes back to finish fanfic!*




Decided to catch up on all the fanfics I'd missed while I was gone. Told Monkey I might be up 'til 3am. Actually ended up going to bed at 6am, without even reading one of the fics I'd planned to read, and then my mom decided to wake me up at 8am. I don't know why, but she did. So I got 2 hrs of sleep. So if I seem completely out of it today, you know why.

Yes, this edit was completely useless. I just felt the need to tell ya'll about my brilliant sleep scheduling skillz. Pwn.



Yeah, so, I'm back from Mississippi. I'm still gonna' be busy 'til school starts, though, and then I'll be busy DURING school, so...yeah. Anywho. Really short recap of what went on in Mississippi, and four crazy dreams that I've had in the last two months, all posted here on my LJ. I don't care if you read the recap, but read the dreams, cuz they're freakin' awesome.

So about me being busy. My older sister has to do basically everything to get ready for college cuz she leaves next Sunday, so I'll be helping her some with that. Then we have until that Wednesday to get everything out of our old house and into either this house, the appartment, or storage. I'll deffinately be helping with that. During all of that, I will somehow find the time to make my costume for Kumoricon before September. Then, once Transy gets back in town, I need to make plans to make sure I'm actually GOING to Kumoricon. And then school starts. I'm not even thinking about making time for StrawhatLURV or any other projects at least until I'm done with my costume and have talked to Transy. Sorry Monkey.

Oh, and Monkey? You do know that Kumoricon costs money to get into, right? I donno' if you did or not, and I'm not sure how much it is, but yeah. Ya' needs monies.

And now I'm gonna' go watch Samurai Champloo. Cuz I can. *dances to teh rap music*

Alright, so, this is the recap of what I did when I was out of town last week. Sorry if it's really spacy/wierd/boringly written. I've been having a not so good day. -.-;;

After we got back from those trips, we had a few days off that I spent with YBMC goofing off and seeing Pirates of the Caribbean 2. Then I spent these last two days packing up everything in my bedroom to move. If you didn't know, my family bought a new house with a dock on a lake and we're selling our house. We'll be completely moved in before August because that's when the buyers get our house. So my parents said that anything we don't pack up in our rooms, they will. I didn't think they'd really apreciate my extensive collection of yaoi manga, so I packed up my room.

And now that my room is all packed up, I'm going out of town AGAIN! I leave tomorrow (tonight, really) at 1:45am to drive up to Portland with my church Youth Mission Team so we can fly to Washington D.C. I'll be back a week later on Sunday. I get to spend that week unpacking and learning to play a Bad Religion song for our church picknick, then we go out of town again. I'll tell ya'll about that later.

So that's about the jift of my life right now. I really hate not being able to hangout with anybody or have time to draw. Hopefully we'll all be able to go to Kumoricon together. That would rock.

I'm back from California. I'll post up what all I did there in my LJ later (distracted by OPYaoi at the moment... ). It was lots of fun, though. Rode horses, met two crazy dogs, and turned Jesus into Dr. Frankenfurter at a pastor's house! Ya'll'll see a pic of it later, I promise.

In other news, I read "Il Gatto Sul G." today. It was cool. Not amazing, but most yaoi isn't. The college dude was pretty! I hope there'll be more of him in the next volume. Also read the latest chapter of "Okome-chan" online. Most cracktastic thing I've ever read that doesn't have a plot. Which is saying a lot.

Oh, and Monkey, I ordered our hitai-ate today. We just have to wait for them to arrive! YAY~!!!


I could never live anywhere as hot as California. I'd move to Alaska instead. -.-;;

I'm still out of town (well, sort of). I'm back for today, but tomorrow I'm leaving again. I'll be back for real on Sunday, and then I leave on ANOTHER trip on Friday/Saturday (it's early Saturday morning I think, so basically Friday night ). I'll be gone for a week, then back on the next Sunday. Yeah. Oh, and that week inbetween the two trips and the week after the second one, I'll be busy moving. We have to be out of our house before August. Yeah. So again, Strawhat LURV and other projects will be on hold. Sorry.

Speaking of projects, I've come up with an idea for a KibaShikaShino doujin to waste more of my comic-ing time with. Go me.

Kiriban is getting closer...

So I got a new LJ under the name yagi-san. Just cuz my last one was really stupid and I made it before I even knew what html was etc etc. So yeah. Not that most of you are on LJ much, and neither am I, but I thought I'd tell ya'll anyway.

Also, I've been cleaning since... Thursday after school. And will keep cleaning for several more days. So I appologize for any current or future spaciness both here and on my LJ. Cleaning puts me in a really spacy mood. Especially when I've been doing it for four days straight... @~@



First off, my Kiriban is getting pretty close, so if any of you want to beat ~YBMC to it, you'd better keep a close watch on it.

In other news, I was cleaning my room today, and I found this piece of notebook paper that I had basically written a Journal entry on to type up later, but I don't think it every got typed. I actaully find a lot of things like this, but this one was cool cuz it had Benji. Anyway, I wrote it during a time when I was seriously depressed. It was all about how all of my stories (I make a lot of them up in my head ) had gotten really angsty and not-happy-ful and how I was really sick of it. Then it mentioned how whenever I listen to music, almost every song I listen to has a character or story or scene that I affiliate it with. Then I'd written that I'd started listening to "Save Tonight" and started freaking out about how I didn't have anything to affiliate with it. And then I thought of Benji and Andy (before Artemis came ). See, even if I can't stand Andy's guts, when he and Benji were together, the song fit them perfectly. And Andy wasn't so annoying when he was with Benji. Anyway, it was really cool and really sweet and yeah. Just thought I'd share this ramble with ya'll.

Okay, so, ~YBMC did his own version of the drabble maker, and I just HAD to tell you all that the greatest and most gayest line in the whole WORLD is:

OMFG, I was on OPyoai LJ and someone had a drabble that was made from this computer generated drabble thing. So of course I had to try it with Benji and Artemis. And it's all so in-character, you have no idea OMG~!! It's even messing with my puncutation it's that so totally AMAZING~!! @~@

Sweetly Tripping

Benji tripped along nervously. He was on his way to meet his lover, Artemis, for Valentine's Day. He smiled to see a pangin hopping along, carrying a pillow in its mouth.

Benji was almost in the window seat when he came across a caring cake, lying alone on a cold plate. "That must be a treat from my warm bear," he said to himself, and tripped over to it. The cake looked sweet, so he ate it.

It gave him the most painful tingling sensation in his lips. "How unusual!" he said and continued tripping to see Artemis.

When Artemis came out to meet him, he took one look and fell over.

"What is it?" Benji cried confidently.

"Your ear! And your hand!" Artemis said. "They're kind! Can't you feel it?"

Benji felt his ear and his hand. They were indeed quite kind. "Oh, no!" Benji said. "I'm a woman!" He, or rather, she started to cry. "It must have been that caring cake you left for me. Did you know what it would do?"

"I didn't leave you any cake," Artemis said. "I got you a ribbon. It must have been that cute man who lives nearby. He acts a little joyously, ever since he licked a chopstick."

"But how can you ever love me, now that I'm a woman?" Benji sobbed.

"Well, I never knew how to tell you this," Artemis said slowly, "but I actually prefer women. And I think your ear is really nervous like that."

"Really?" Benji dried her tears. Benji kissed Artemis and it was an entirely blunt sensation, like a raging fire that melts the frozen depths of the heart.

They spent the night having entirely blunt sex, until the cake wore off suddenly.

Everything was rather awkward after that.

Guess what I found? That's right! I ROCK SO HARD~!!

ANYway, time to explain. Earlier today, I opened my bedroom door to walk out into the living room and this HUGE masquito flew into my face, so I jumped back real quick and closed the door. When I did, I thought I saw the mosquito fly past my head, so I whipped around... and saw my huge effin' box of old drawings on my top bunk that I had TOTALLY FORGOT EVEN EXISTED. Apparently years ago when I rearranged my room, I DIDN'T throw everything away. I put it all in a big ol' box for times like yesterday when I would want my old pics. So I spent the next half an hour looking through every single drawing I'd ever done since 3rd grade (that weren't in sketchbooks) looking for what I knew would be in there SOMEHWERE. But when I say huge effin' box I mean HUGE EFFIN' BOX!! Hence why it took me half an hour. Anywho, along the way I took a loooooooong trip down Doomed Story Lane and stumbled upon old Masterpieces like the Best Vegeta EVER and, of course, MY FIRST EVER BENJI PIC~!!! W00T!!

It's a good thing I'm not a very outwardly expressive person, or I think I would've shrieked at the top of my lungs. For a long time. And even now, several hours later, I'm still shaking from the OMG INTENSE HAPPINESS OV D00M™~!!!

And now I must appologize to ~Kalitrima, cuz I totally could've finished your knitting tonight had I not decided to get a drink of water. And an apology to ~blacksatomi21 who I found just a little while after my uber joyous discovery and may have frieghtened with my peppy-happy-love-ness. And finally, to the people who will have to deal with my emotionally/mentally DEAD-ness AGAIN (though at least it's a happy reason this time). I'm sorry. It's all the mosquito's fault.

'Kay, so, first off: for those of you who don't know, I've been obsessing over my characters Benji and Artemis for the last week-ish and planning a site for them and stuff. So last night I was looking for all my old pictures of them. Apparently, years ago when I was rearranging my room, I thew away the first picture of Benji I ever drew. So, discovering this last night, I had one of those almost breakdown things. Like, if I weren't so against suicide, I might have considered it cuz I was in such a bad mood. Luckily I AM so against suicide so I just sat and yelled at myslef silently for a few minutes. Then I decided I should get some knitting done, because no matter how much I hated that crazy French teacher, she was right about one thing: knitting really calms you down.

Of course, I can't knit without music, so I put on some Hoobastank! Anyway, I must share this amazing revelation with ya'll that I made on the way home from cast party (about ten minutes ago) with ~YBMC, his mom, and ~Translucence's older sister in the car.

Roses have thorns to protect them from predetors, but they're probably the most picked flower in the world(ish). They're like, "We are so hardcore cuz nothing can touch us with these honkin' thorns," and people are like, "*snip snip* Ha ha!" and the roses are like, "...aww... we suck... ;o;" And it amuses me so.

So all you people who are like, "Roses are so beautiful and show so much passion and blah blah blah." I laugh at you and your silly dressing up of a actually pretty sad excuse for a flower.

And now I will sleep. Cuz I really need it.

Anyway, on to the points of this journal, which make about as much sense as that.

I love Next Episode previews. FLCL's were really funny and made absolutely no sense (like the rest of the show ), and then there's Trigun where Vash is all cool and philosophical (blah, can't spell) and you're like "...wah??" And then you see the next episode and it's like "Oh! I get what he was saying now!" And then they're Cowboy Bebop where they actually show parts of the next episode, but the dialogue over it is just the characters fighting or being silly. So much fun.

Anywho, the REAL reason for this journal is to tell ya'll about this wierd dream I had in volving Johnny. I don't remember much of the start of the dream, but I know I was reading an online comic, but the comic was actually JTHM. Like a continuation or something. Anyway, the next parts of the dream were like I was reading a comic frame by frame. I was this little white mouse (male, but that's not important ) and Johnny kept giving me those huge inch wide jawbrakers. They were all black, though. The comic was from my (the mouse's) point of view, and there was this line that was like "All I had to do was squeek or make a cute face and Johnny would smile and give me another one." Then Johnny gave the mouse another jawbraker and the mouse sort of sweat dropped and rolled it over to this huge pile of black jawbreakers that Johnny had given him (cuz mice can't eat jawbreakers, obviously ).

Then there was a panel where Johnny was giving the mouse a jawbreaker, but was distracted and looking towards us (the readers) and saying "What that wierd shadow outside the door?" cuz... this is hard to explain... the readers were where the door would be in the picture, and the door was open, so it's like the reader was looking through the door at Johnny and the mouse. Anyway, Johnny goes to investigate the shadow, and there's this shadowed figure perched on a railing outside Johnny's door. So Johnny sticks his head out and teh figure grabs him by the front of his shirt, then drops him and runs off into the dark. Apparantly the guy was Johnny's older brother (he didn't have a name). And the mouse was like, "WTF?? What happened? Is Johnny okay?" That was the normal part of the dream.

Next I skipped to another part of the comic (the dream me, that is) and Johnny and his brother are fighting and stuff in this wierd Jungle place. The mouse is watching from a branch or something, all worried about Johnny (the mouse kinda' reminded me of Squee ). At one point, Johnny ran or jumped or something and his brother popped up behind him and said "Too slow" or somehting and flung Johnny into the tangle of vines. Then the vines wrapped around Johnny and teh mouse (it looked like spagettie ) and Johnny was unconsious. The mouse was all "OMG Johnny's knocked out and his brother's gonna' kill us! NO~!!"

And then Shino, the bug guy from Naruto appears out of nowhere and starts beating up Johnny's brother. I guess he was a friend of Johnny's... Anyway, he's totally whooping Johnny's brother's ass, and Johnny's brother is all "No! I must kill Johnny!" So he jumps for me (the mouse) and Johnny, and Shino pops up behind him and says "Too slow" and cuts his head off. That panel looked really cool in my dream, cuz it was just their shadows on a red bg. It was cool. X3

And my day just got even better, cuz I FINISHED ~Cosaco's KIRIBAN~!! And it didn't take me months/years! That's, like, a new record! YAY~!!! Photoshop class is good for something at last!



First off, ya'll should go look at *zooc's gallery. He has the most hillarious photos!

Anyway, I totally did the Day of Silence on Wednesday. I was gonna' put up a cool pic during Photoshop class, but I didn't want to put forth the effort of drawing with a mouse. Sorry.

Also, I got my hair cut shorter. Not short, just shorter. So instead of being able to be tucked into my pants, it only reaches my elbows. It's funny, though, cuz my hair is still increadibly long, but the person cutting it cut off about as much hair as she herself has. It amused me.

Also, I'm in a really creepily good mood today and had a lot of fun spending four hours moving large, heavy walls on wheels. It was also the Drama day of fours. We moved on of our walls on wheels with tiles on it and four tiles feel off at the SAME TIME!! It was just: "...roll...roll...thunkcrack...roll...thunkcrack thunkcrack...roll...roll...roll...thunkCRACK!!" It was amazing. And THEN, we have this scene where me and one other person have to roll eight chairs on. I got my four all at once. It was awesome.

So yeah. I must have been high on exhaustion or sugar or something, cuz I was in a pretty good mood. At least a better mood than I've been in any other Drama day.

Also, thanks to my Photoshop class and ~morbidprince's tutorials, I've gotten really far on ~Cosaco's pic--and it looks decent! I feel proud of myself.

So yeah. Random update on my life. And I didn't mention One Piece! BOOYA~!!

But I'll prolly be back with One Piece Edits later.

In other, completely off topic news, I'm depressed again. As in, the actual illness, not just being sad. That means I will be even LESS productive than usual. Which basically means I won't be doing much of anything, cuz I really wasn't doin' anything before. BUT, me and Monkey have this Photoshop class now. We copy and pasted today. For 83 minutes. I think I will at least be able to get some knitting done in that class.

And now, the real reason why I even logged on tonight:
I really need to draw a pic or a doujin or do a fanfic or SOMETHING that incorporates the line, "My body’s only solid when I feel like it." refering to either Ace or Smoker (though it's originally for Smoker). Anywho, the kiriban's getting really close. So those of you who want it *cough~YBMC~Translucencecough* should stop by my page very often for the next week or two. Maybe Monkey actually WON'T get it for once! (we can only hope)

And 2D ate my brain again. Then a really awesome fanart of Jamie and Damon (the dudes who started the Gorillaz) ate it more. Then it freaked me out. Yeah. Just thought ya'll like to know.

In other news, it seems that MegaTokyo is one of the only online comics that most of my friends have read--even the not very internet addicted ones. Makes me happy.




3am. Got home at 9pm from ~YBMC's house. That's six hours of nothing but One Piece fanfiction. It's also the latest I've ever stayed up doing something other than homework, to my memory.

How many personal records can I break at once? (I would put some laughing emoticon here, but I'm so tired and high on SmoAce, it really doesn't seem funny to me)

I have to wake up in four hours, and sing in church an hour later. I love my amazing planning of these late night fanfic binges. *chuckles*

Well, I spent ANOTHER day with ~YBMC doing noting but One Piece related activities. It was really sad, but so worth it to see all the fourth costumes in One Piece Grand Battle Rush. Pimp Zoro just rawks the Casbah.

I also got the horrid idea of making song fics/pics for all the charas. Only they're all really horrid songs with really bad puns. The only one I can remember though is Buggy's: "Rest In Pieces" by Saliva. Oh! The other was for Ace: "Fire" by Jimi Hendrix (I think that's right...). Yeah. If ya'll can think of any others, let me know! But don't give me their actual character songs. That's just not cool. -.-;; (I wonder if anyone can find any songs about rubber for Luffy... ) Oh! I thought of Sanji's: "Bread and Butter" by some band I don't know... it's an old song that's all, "I like bread and butter. I like toast and jam. That's what my baby feeds me. Cuz I'm her lovin' man." or something like that. It's great. And I guess Ace could also be "Too Sexy (for my shirt)" or whatever it's called. Wow. This is so much fun.

...ugh. I just thought of the song "Foxy Lady" or whatever for Foxy. And it scares me. Mwehhh... @~@;;

Is it sad that I thought of most of these while listening to my family watching the end of Shrek 2 with all the songs in the background? I think it's sad... don't know why, though. Maybe I'm just tired. Meh. Me go read One Piece fanfics now.

Hey, Monkey. What would happen if the Jyuu-kun pirates met Ace? I mean, I don't know where they'd meet him, but I keep getting this funny image of Lani using the bishi bishi nomi, Ace seeing it, and turning into some Sanji clone. I mean, how does Ace act when he sees a hot girl/guy? Would he be absurdly silly like Sanji, or manly and romantic? And now I have an image of Ace trying to whisk Lani away like a prince and everyone else either cracking up or going "FTW?!?!" Yeah...

And who falls in love with Lani when s/he used the bishi bishi nomi? Does everyone, or just those who like whatever Lani turns into? I guess it would be everyone who's not used to it, cuz the fish fell in love with Lani when it hit him... I really need to stop thinking about these things so late at night. It's that stupid SmoAce fanfic on OnePieceYaoi with the jitte. Thanks to that fanfic I don't hate it anymore. I think that drastic switch from despising/loathing to accepting/loving messed up my head. Or it's just cuz it's 2am and I just spent the last three hours looking at Ace and Smoker reference pics... I'm blaming the jitte.

Anywho, I can start working on Taisa now, which means I can start Strawhat Lurv sooner. Yay... (<--sleepy yay )

If there's one thing I hate about drawing Ace, it's all his effin' accessories. Like his friggin' knife. I don't think I'll put his knife in the doujinshi... >.<

I actually have a question for any of you who read my journal (though I don't think the question applies to any of you ). If me and ~YBMC were to make doujinshi, do you think anyone would buy them? If they would, do you think random people who walk by at Kumoricon would buy them? Cuz, like, me and Monkey might go to Kumoricon, and we might have doujinshi, but without a table or anyone who knows us, I don't think we could sell any... I think we'd have to wait untill we had a LOT of doujinshi to sell and a table to sell it at. Which we won't have. Yeah. I doubt we can sell any... and none of you people would buy them, cuz you could probably con them from us for chocolate or something. Cuz we're that sad. But it would be cool... maybe we should just move to Japan or something. At least Monkey's actually Japanese...

In other news, for you more geeky otaku like myself, why the frick does Smoker have his motorcycle goggles in the Alabasta arc where he DOESN'T have his bike, but not in the Rouge Town arc where he DOES have his bike? Did Oda just decide that he looks shmexy in goggles? Cuz he does, I'm not complaining. It just bugs me... like Yoh's magical quickchange in those three panels of manga in Shaman King. Yeah. It bugs me when people are even more inconsistant than me. I still can't remember if it's Benji's hair or his bangs that are darker...

My Jeebus, I'm such a sad, sad One Piece fangirl. To think I spent two whole days with Monkey playing One Piece video games (in Japanese), watching One Piece anime (in japanese and the amazing Dub Piece--not 4kids poop), and reading One Piece manga (scanlations). That was fun... I need to do that again.

Speaking of which, does anyone know what the heck Usopp's attack in the Japanese One Piece Grand Battle Rush game is that sounds like he's saying "ass hat"? I really wanna' know, cuz I really don't think it's "ass hat" or "Ace hat" (<--huggles). Not that I expect any of you to know...

Scriabin thought for a few seconds, hummed to himself. Then he snapped his fingers. It took Edgar a few seconds to wonder as to how he could do that exactly. "I know. I know exactly what you need right now."

"What?"

"You need a taco."

I may just need to do that Scri/Edgar pic, only with tacos. This thing is really getting out of hand in my mind, and it really shouldn't. They're just tacos.

"Stop hurting yourself." Scriabin's tone softened, and Edgar was aware of what emotions he was trying to resurrect with his wording. "Stop hurting yourself for once. Do something nice, do something that will make you feel good. Get a taco."

"I'm not hungry."

"Shut up and go get one."

"I...I don't know if I really deserve a taco-"

"Fuck you."

And somehow, that was a compelling argument.

It's NOT just me! The tacos are more than just tacos, damn it! They are POWERFUL~!!! And Edgar does deserve one, no matter what he says.

It's only just struck me how many random people on devART seem to find my page and fave random things... I wonder how they all find me. I mean, it's not a bad thing, and it's really not a lot of people, but the fact that people can even find my page is weird. And it's not just when I submit new stuff. They keep commenting on my older stuff. I really shouldn't think this is so weird, cuz it's not weird for people to comment in galleries. That's what they're for. Yeah. I had chocolate. And I'm tired. And bored. Makes me ramble.

In other news, any of you who haven't read the manga Loveless should go read it now and be thuroughly confused by it. In fact, you don't even have to read it. Just look at the pretty art. It's amazing.

Look at me, disappearing again. But I didn’t die this time! Meaning, I didn’t get lazy and decide to read fanfics instead of do managa-ing, like I usually do. No, this time I have a valid excuse that almost all of my friends at school can vouch for: Drama. For the entirety of January, I would wake up every Monday-Friday at 6:30, get ready for school, leave at 7:30... and not get back home until 10:30. Then I would eat dinner, do homework, and crash into exhausted, Aqua Net filled sleep. Then on Saturdays I slept ALL day, unless I had MORE Drama. Sundays are church days. I do nothing but church on Sunday. All day. Then I squeeze in homework before bed. Leaves little time for manga-ing, yes? Then, the week after Drama ended, not only was it Finals week, but I was sick. Again, no manga-ing. Then the new semester started. First day of new classes: more homework than last semester’s Finals. -.-;; Again, no manga-ing. I’m actually typing this up before heading off to bed. The one class that kills me with homework this semester didn’t give me any tonight (thank MJ! @~@), so I have the time.
In short, expect little manga-ing (or for devart, EXISTING) from me for now. I’ll see if I can squeeze some in during the next few weeks before Drama gets going again. Though, I’ll tell you right now not to expect much, if anything. I have some serious knitting to do. Cuz, you know, I actually got PAID to knit. Seriously. So that currently takes priority over computer-ing. Blame *Kalitrima. She's the one who paid me.


So yeah. That's where I went. That's where I'm going. Just thought ya'll'd like to know, since some of you were annoyed at my lack of computer-ing. And "ya'll'd" does make gramatical sense. It's "you all would" shortened to "ya'll", then "ya'll'd". Yeah. I love my Southern genes.

And holy shiz, the kiriban is sneaking up on me! I didn't think anyone'd bother to stop by my page while I was gone for so long... scary...

Oh, and for any who wonder about the name yagi, I have the more believable answer, instead of the history of the Goatchild. See, my older sister's boyfriend, when he started Japanese 2, came across the word "yagi" meaning "goat". He decided it would be his name. He was the first Yagi, and after him came two other female Yagis, all of them in Yoshiko-sensei's class. I met said boyfriend when I was in 6th grade, and made my obligitory goat noise. He was very impressed by my goat-y ness and decided that I would be the next Yagi. Now I am in Japanese 1, the fourth generation Yagi, with the name already promised to me when I was barely a middle schooler.

Yoshiko-sensei thought that story was hillarious. I bet she didn't expect yet ANOTHER Yagi to pop up.

Anywho, I guess I WON'T see ya'll for a while, but I'll see you when ever I do, and probably with many a rant to bore you with!

Hooray for Christmas Gift Cards! Me finally bought X/1999 and Angel Sanctuary, plus Antique Bakery (It's really funny, even if the art's not so dynamic...ish), AND the Gorillaz CD. Like, the first one with Clint Eastwood and 19-2000 on it. And now 19-2000 has rotted my brain with its 2D-ness. Yeah. And Gorillaz(dot)com is really cool, if kinda' annoying to navigate sometimes. The history of the Gorillaz is so messed up. And Noodle rocks. Yeah.

Only there's not much out there. So I have nothing to binge on, killing my brain even more. Then I went looking for SasuNaru pics with pink bgs for ~kittyfetish. Hence, naked Naruto pic. Now I am completely fried and on 2-D withdralw and REALLY don't want to read any fanfics. Which sucks, cuz that's all I can do. And I can't draw Murdoc. It bugs me. >.<
