Anyway. Other than the fact that I haven't been able to sleep (pfft...I'm going on like 2 hours of sleep) the past couple days...I'm sort of kind of in a way alright I'm lying not really having fun.

Yesterday, my whole animation camp thing was supposed to start. But. It was a long weekend (Canada day was Saturday ), and the school place thingy, didn't bother calling me up and saying, Hey! Camp doesn't start til Tuesday now! So I came up to Toronto a day early. And Ruth Anne, had the day off yesterday...but was planning on running around doing chores whilst I was off at camp. So. I got to go do chores with her yesterday. Nice. rofl Pfft. One of the things we had to do was laundry. And, I now know how to fold the perfect towel. ROFL If you ever need help with folding towels, come ask me....*breaks down laughing*

Running round doing chores wasn't all that bad, considering Ruth Anne's a fun person to be with, but shtill. She took me out to a movie though, so that just made up for it all The Devil Wears Prada ish a good movie

Anyway. Today be Tuesday, finally made it to camp (ha ha) and the peoples here are nice and I get to surf round on the net whenever I want Yayishness, this isn't turning out as horrible as I thought it would. And I gets to sit in big cushy swively computer chair thingy...*big dorky grin*

We watched movies on the history of animation most of the morning, they were interesting and silly (most of them were about bugs bunny...lol) and then we started doing some sketches of stuffs. Pfft...still kind of in an art rut..nothing I drew really turned out all that well, but meh.

Yesh. So.

I saw a crazy bag lady yesterday! ROFL That was the highlight of my whole day...getting yelled at by some lady who didn't like Ruth Anne and I using her special payphone...Oo...Heaven forbid that I call my mom...rofl

Alrighty then, that be it for today unless I think of something else I haven't gotten lost yet...rofl...though we shall see what happens after I have to leave camp...

Gah...I have to see my uncle and cousins tonight... I dun wanna...had to talk with them on the phone last night...it was sooooooooooo sickening, not only have I discovered that I be a failure at life, but I also have no fashion sense Oo....ROFL

Bah. Nothing really to write on here, lifes been boring for the most part (but when it isn't it's because I be talking with the Thomas, the Red and the Meku And hangin with the Feish...the the the the...rofl)

Ooh, semi exciting; I watched Memoirs of a Geisha finally yesterday...didn't like it to the point where I wanted to go out and get the DVD for myself, but it was good. And then before that I hung out with Feish and we watched Underworld: Evolution again... I likes the movie, I want to get it, but I giggle at the stupidest parts...rofl And Viktor just annoys the crap outta me...I have way too much fun imitating him and spitting all over the place And then before that my Mom rented the newest Pink Panther with Steve Martin and it sucked, I liked the original(s) better. Some stuff made me laugh, but Beyonce was annoying, Steve's accent was stupid and completely off and well...it was laaaaaaaaaaame...although he drove around in a smart car rofl

Hmmmm. Nothing else to report I guess. Going away to animation camp soon and I'm beginning to get scared lol, biggest fear is that I'm going to get lost when we're done for the day and I have to make my way over to Ruth Anne's work... Should bring a GPS thing with me...

Had my art exam today, did very well on it surprisingly, although I don't think I did all that great in art Pfft. Living quite a pathetic life right now. So, three exams down, one more tomorrow and I ish finally done this gosh darn thing that be called school for a couple o months.

Mom called me up from her work a few days ago and surprised the crap outta me, seems I'm going to be going away for four days and attending animation 'camp' rofl. Theres this animation thing that's going on at one of the Unis up in Toronto and my mom decided she'd surprise me and send me there.

So, I'm kind of excited cuz I get to do some animation stuffies and well..have fun doing stuff I luv...but kind of angry too cuz she just kind of flung it on me. Sos, from the 3 to the 7 of July [I think] I'm not going to be around...darn eet all. Ah well...get to go spend some time away from home and get to hang with the luverly Ruth Anne who's brave enough to put up with me rofl Downside though is I have to see family...so that means my Uncles gunna be ranting away about my grades, why I don't draw enough and when I do I don't draw anything good and why I should do more stuff and why I should have a boyfriend (ha!) and why I should do this and that and blah blah blah blahhhhhhhhhhhh and then I get to see my cousins [hillbillies...ha ha FEISH!] who do nothing but blabber on and on about school...and clothes...and hair...and boyfriends...and the latest chick flick...and then they're gunna drag me to the mall and try and dress me up in frilly lil pink crappy pieces of clothing of DOOM (ARG!) O_o...uh...and I could go on, but I prolly shouldn't...

Well, for starters, in case no one's noticed, I changed the deadline for my contest and also stated that I'm going to have a vote when it comes to deciding who the contest winner be yay for democraticness...

Anyway, almost done school finally, got one more brutal week to go of boring classes, then the horrible exams start for the next week after that and by that time I should be hospitalized somewhere sleeping on the verge of Megs extinction.

Uhhhh...nothing else to report really. OOoh, I bought some new blue prisma markers So I should have my stupid art project stuff all uploaded and pretty looking by Monday and should also have the final colored version of Chessie's gift done

I might have some more crazy sketches uploaded on here over the weekend, I have to do something based on a clichéd saying, I was thinking of doing "wish upon a star"...but I dunno...lol...it sounds so cliché...ha ha haaaaaaaa I was originally going to do "cry me a river" but it reminds me way too much of Justin Timberlake and he just annoys the crap out of me so, no.

OOOOOH!!! Speaking of Justin Timberlake!! When he was performing for that SARS benefit thing for Toronto (a few years back now O_o) the crowd was throwing water bottles at him... I wish I was there...oh boy oh boy oh boy...that would have made me howl.

Myesh, did you know...that when you leave the gas on in a bunsen burner for two long with the little cover thing closed, that when a spark gets somewhere near it everything goes POOF and basically you set the whole classroom on fire?

I hate my lab partner. I walked away for two seconds to get a friggin sparking thingy, telling her to turn off the gas to the bunsen burner and unplug the stupid hose thing and she leaves the gas for the bunsen burner on anyway and goes off to talk to one of her stupid preppy amigas! Then, when some spark happy freak walked by our desk trying to get his spark thing to work, he aimed it in the general direction of our bunsen burner and this huge ball of fire just went KABOOM! He screamed, I who was walking back to our desk tripped and fell and screamed and my stupid blonde of a lab partner stood there and laughed (although after everything happened and that day turned into yesterday and tomorrow turned into today, I have to admit, that was hilarious). So, she got suspended, I got yelled at, the kid who accidentally created the huge ball of fire was given a hug and it ish all over and my science teacher now hates me. Shtupid science.

Anyway that happened yesterday, along with a stupid speech that I had to do in french. lol, I can't believe the mark I got. I stood there and started my speech, then forgot everything because I was nervous and shaking, so I just stopped talking, smiled at everyone and kind of did this deep breath thing that yoga instructors do, then shook my head and laughed and started over again. I was fine after that Got really good mark too considering speeches in french is one of the hardest things ever.

So, basically I just wanted to get my other journal off my main page, cuz it be evil day no more lol That and I also want to goof off for awhile, I have today off from school mwahaha and no one ish home to tell me what to do

So. It be the weekend. I don't want it to be the weekend. That means I have to do all the homework I've been stockpiling all week. Darn it all. Ah vell.

Tomorrow should be alright though, Feish and I were planning on going on a hike, in the horrible heat of the summer weather...but it shall be fun! I command it to be!! HAHAHA! Feish and I went hiking last week with my other friend, Alandrea. My gosh it was so fun. We brought bunches of beach toys with us (we were planning on originally going to the beach) and we plunked down somewhere off the trail and started running around with kites and streamers and stuffs...and...the kicker was that we were all wearing sparkly dollar store tiaras... We've got pictures...but Feish has yet to get them developped...lol

Anyway. I'm going to try and get some art stuff done this weekend between my crazy study periods, maybe I'll finally get the lineart for Chessie's giftart all colored and I'll try and sketch out other gift arty stuff that's been on the agenda for over a month now...lol Wish me luck with that

Uhhh...nothing else really going on, I started coloring in the stuffs for my art project, wish me luck with that too...jeez...so worried about that.

Well...I've gotten absolutely nothing done art gift wise...jeez, I hate school. Sorry bout that guys, ah myesh, and I also haven't really been checking my deviations lately either, really the only reason I've been on DA the past while was to get stock pics for my projects, respond to some comments and well...I dunno.

My huge art project for school is starting to get to me, stayed up until 3 this morning trying to sketch out the third panel...then threw it out because I hated it and all day today I've been working on another sketch, but it's too gosh darn small.

Only about 2 and a half weeks until school finishes...only about two weeks until dreaded exams start...but the Megsh ish being smart this time, she's already begun studying... Gawd...I'm gunna fail.

I'm going to probably be on later tonight, that's when I'll try and look at deviations that have been piling up and respond to comments and all that jazz. I might have the third panel inked by then too (if I like it...lol) and I'll be uploading that.

Well. I think that's all the important (ha) stuff I needed to say...bah...my minds going crazy right now. Waaay too much to thinkee abouts...

So. I've been kind of crazy lately. I appologize sort of. Tis not been all that great of a week, but it ended with a happy bang

In my last journal I touched on the fact that I entered one of my drawings into an art magazine thingy that my school was doing, well guess what happened today? My art teacher saw my entry. I've never shown her my more personal art, at least not since grade nine, but I wasn't all that developped artistically back then And I was also a geek back then, so I don't blame her for not remembering lol Anyway, she came running at me in the hall when I was walking to class and was waving a print out of my drawing, screaming my name. She asked me about my drawing, was it of my original design? Did I copy anyone elses? What did I use for reference? blah blah blah Anyway, after i answered she had this huge grin on her face and I got scared

For our final art project this year, we were to copy a Renaissance painting and warp it around a bit (one girl did a painting by Carravaggio and completely warped the meaning to the painting by adding in words that made the painting really suggestive). My art teacher gave me (and only me I might add *glows*) the opportunity to do something else instead of that painting, she instead wanted me to paint a rather large mural that she could hang up somewhere in the school. It would basically be a mural of anything I wanted, and right then was when I mentioned that I couldn't paint (I really suck at it...lol) so, not about to back down, she told me that she'd give me a smaller board then and I could use whatever medium I wanted So, I get to draw something huge and post it up somewhere in the school

But there are downsides.
1. I only have about 2 and a half weeks to get it done (it's supposed to be something like 4 x 4 ft)
2. And as usual when I get excited about something, my mind goes blank, inspiration suddenly disappears and I begin to freak...that is currently what is happening right now. Don't know how many times I tried to turn out a decent sketch tonight and nothings been working out.
3. When I get it done, I'll see it everyday next year and half the year after that and will always find something wrong with it and it's going to haunt me (no, it really will haunt me. So, we all know that Mother's Day was yesterday do we not? Well I knew that too, and very diligently, I had been working on a drawing for my mom the past week or two. It was looking good for once. I was actually excited about it and couldn't wait to give it to my mom. Then, the evil that be watercolors happened. Was working on a project the other night that involved watercolors, without thinking I had left my drawing for my mom on my TV which isn't too far away from my easel. I was splatting paint on a piece of paper (feeling very artsy I might add ) and then remembered that I needed to get something else from my closet which is right inbetween my easel and my TV. I tripped, the paint tray thingy went flying...my TV and everything on top of it was now a nice bloody red color. Great. So, my mom didn't get a drawing from me yesterday, and ofcourse nothing I tried to draw today came out and my mom is not going to get a drawing from me in quite awhile. Wow. Great daughter I am. Happy Mother's Day, Mom!

Yeah. So that was the disaster of the weekend, and the rest of my weekend didn't go all that well either but I'm not going to get into that because I might start swearing.

Uhhh...still no art from me really, have been working on stuff but it's been for school and well...it's boring. I'm going to go take another crack at turning out a few sketches in a few minutes, so maybe I might upload a sketch or two later on tonight. I don't know. I'm in a really bad mood right now. And I've still got bunches of homowork to do...okay...not really bunches, but it's enough to drive me further down into the deep black depths of insanity...

Yeah, I know, excuses. I ish shorry. Will all ye guys forgive me for the lack of artseyness?

Oh yesh, and to help lift the mood of this journal a bit, I shall tell you one thing that happened to me today which made me of the happy. WE DID ART HISTORY IN ART TODAY!!!!! SQUEEEEEEEEEE!!!!! I know...Ima twit But it was funnn....we was talking about Da Vinci's "Last Supper" and dissing Dan Brown all the while, and then we started talking about Michaelangelo and afidjf'jfoijefomdljofj!!!!! HEE HEE!!! Twas fun

And also another thing to help lift the mood of this journal. Okay okay. Finally got the dragon (Evil humpbacked chicken of doom ) finished, and after finishing it, I really want to do more inkwashes and get better at 'em Maybe even watercolors! OMG! Megs ish saying shtuffs again and is prolly never going to do it!

Anyway, I'm supposed to be working on bunches of shtuffs right now, but I'm lazy...as the title of this journal clearly states.

Was also thinking about my contest as I worked on shtuffs today and am trying to decide on whether or not I really want to judge this thing (considering I'm getting seriously biased ). So, what I was thinking about was when the deadline comes round at the end of June, I'll start asking around for judges or maybe even ask for people to vote for which one should win. I dunno, any suggestions? I don't want you guys to hate me if I judge it You can hate other people instead

So then...wanna hear something pathetic? I've been addicted to War of the Worlds lately...(watched it quite a few times this week while doing homework etc. ) and, since I couldn't bring the DVD with me to school and watch it, I decided I would go out and get the soundtrack for it instead. HA HA...now I can listen to the funkified music during me classes...mwahaha...I ish just too smart I think mom made a mistake when she got me a DVD player for my birfday...lol

Tried drawing shtuffs all day yesterday for my art project for school, but it didn't come out like I wanted. Remember how I was talking about drawing dragons and dragonflys? Well I was trying to get the dragon part done...to no successs...*goes crazy* The sketches are up in my scraps if ye care to look at the horribleness

Won't really upload anything else until I get the dragon and dragonfly done...tis top priority at the moment...grrr...I hate school. Everyone wish me luck, I only have until Wednesday to finish...*mumble grumble* I'm going to be working on it again all tonight along with getting other stuffs done...so I won't be around...darn it all.

Had something else to say...can't remember what...uh...how 'bout...gardening ish shtupid (shtupid lil prissy pink flowers of DOOM), although when you get to chops shtuffs up with a reciprocating saw, then tis fun Almost as fun as running round with a chainsaw

Well, here I am again, ranting away in my journal

I felt all special like today even though I didn't fall asleep until friggin 3 AM!!! Bah. Anyway, I got the afternoon off school today yayayayayayay! The play that I tried out for months ago is finally in production and is being shown to the school this afternoon, but I've listened to the friggin sound track so much that I didn't think I could stand sitting there and listening to it all over again.

I don't think I ever posted anything here after I said I was going to try out for the play did I? Well, quickie update, I got the role of one of the leads, but going to rehearsals was killing me and my schedule so I had to drop out. I'm kind of glad I did though, considering all that I had to go through near and around Christmas time, I wouldn't have been able to handle it.

So. Back to the topic at hand. I have the afternoon off. And, instead of slumming round the net like usual, I am going to do something productive and get some artishness done! Yay!

I was doodling away this morning and discovered that I'm not all that badly art blocked anymore...so I ish going to test this theory further and try to come up with arts this afternoon

Ah yesh. Know what I did today? I had a freakin french presentation on the painting, Evening on the Karl Johan by Munch to do and went on a rant about the painting without even realizing it...bad french accent and all (thus the title of the journal )! I was soooooo hyper all morning and had actually forgot that I had to do the presentation and wasn't all that prepared, but I presented anyway. When I finished I realized I had been up there talking for 12 + minutes and the presentation was only supposed to be 5 lol

Was fun though, I actually had everyones attention and felt all special inside. Some of the other frenchies in me class said that I reminded them of the art teacher at our school and I've been beaming ever since I luv the way my art teacher presents paintings, I could listen to her talk for hours because she makes stuffs so interesting.

Anyway. I shall now be off. Don't know when I shall be back...but I will be...

Yayishness...tis the weekend. No more school. Although, I'm not all that mad with school right now considering we got our report cards today and I found out that I'm actually doing quite well One weird thing was that my french mark is higher than my english mark...O.o I almost died laughing when I realized that. I have to raise up my art though...*grrr* tis only in the high seventies...but then again, I haven't been handing in sketches Talked with me teacher about that though and she says she won't kill me if I get them in sometime soon, that should boost me mark up considerably and I shall be sitting comfortably back in the high eighties, low nineties.

Sos...agenda for weekend...was going to draw tonight...but went out...so, I shall draw tomorrow...and work on stuffs that I really should get done, like art trades for example...although the other half of the trades still haven't been completed yet. Well, I have lots to do in the art world, I shall be busy

Saw King Kong tonight and was surprised that it was actually quite good, got a little squeamish though during one scene...

And last week I went and saw the new Ice Age movie, it was just alright, I think it's only one to be rented though and not go to theatres to be seen. Scrat is hilarious and Sid is my idol.

Why is it everytime I write a journal I always forget what I wanted to put on here? Bah...

Bored bored bored. Tis half past midnight right now and know I won't be able to fall asleep for another few hours...tis the sucks when I get like this. So far all this week has been a sleepless week. My mom's so funny, she doesn't believe me when I say I don't fall asleep for a few hours until after I 'go to bed'. It's not like I don't try either, I literally lay there for hours petting my cat and thinking about random stuffs. Last night I was told to go to bed at 11 and didn't fall asleep until 2, then ended up waking up at 6. *ramble ramble ramble*

Since I listen to music sometimes when I go to bed, anyone got any recommendations on good songs or whatever? Help keep me entertained

Well then. Here I am again, typing up stuffies in my journal. I do have a life, really I do.

Anyway, got new arts up, finally finished the Are You Sad? pics and am glad because my hand is killing me from all the coloring. I'm quite proud with how it turned out, so go and check it out...now ^^

Hmmm...what else has been happening in the life of Megs?

Well, I had my party this weekend, and four of my friends came over for a sleep over (I know, it's amazing...I HAVE FRIENDS!! *rofl*) And we all did our nails and gave ourselves new hairstyles!!! Like, OMG! ...actually I did do my nails when they were over...but we'll leave it at that ^^" My one friend bought me Mr. and Mrs. Smith so we were watching that at like 3 in the morning, I'm not all that big of a Pitt fan, but I still luv'd the movie anyhow.

Feish bought me more luverly prisma markers, so I shall be using them real soon...mwahaha and me Mommee bought me an art table thingy...that I can't remember the actual name of...but it's slanted and I get to put a funky light on it and I can actually see my drawing when I'm working on it!!! lol

My grandparents were cute this year, my Papa bought me about 20 Archie comics and me grand-mere bought me some jewelery and a DVD, An Unfinished Life. I haven't gotten to watch the full DVD yet because I've been too lazy, but I shall soon.

Meku gave me some chocolates this morning and I was buzzing all through my classes, twas fun fun, something I don't say about school too often.

Ah yesh, and does anyone know some really good dragon artists out there on DA? I have a few that I'm currently watching, but I want to find some more. I've got an art project that I was ranting about in my last journal that requires an image of a dragon and I need some reference. I suck when it comes to drawing those awesome lizardy beasts and need some helps big time I once attempted to draw a dragon and I only got as far as the head...^^" I tried drawing one today as well during english, but I hated it.

I've been trying a lot to lately, but I can't really seem to draw anything good during school hours anymore...at least nothing good from scratch. If I bring something with me to school that I started say the night before, then I can kind of work well on it, but otherwise, everything turns out looking like crap o.O

We'll just blame it on school and how evil it is...yesh...evil school...how dare they try and give everyone a good education and prepare them for the life ahead...JEEZ!

Hmmm...I think that's everything I'm going to rant about tonight...I've got more that I'd like to jot down, but it's random and my fingers are tired from typing out the descriptions for the art I just submitted, talking to M. Death and Feish and other peoples and just doing random typing stuff in general.

I'm going to break a nail...like, OMG!

Well then, another week of school has come and went and the fun(?) begins now that the long weekend has come...mwahaha.

Itinerary for Friday and Saturday...quickly clean then get as much doodling done as can be. Sunday, wake up early, drive with Feish and pick up Robin. Go to church, come home, do last minute cleaning...then let the birfday party begin...yay!! Monday, wake up, eat breakfast, shoo everybody away. Get more sleep, drive to Hamilton and have family birfday party. Whoot.

I'm going to be dead come Tuesday. My teachers are going to hate me

Mwahaha...I has decided I ish going to dye me hair again. Sos...after partying weekend ish done, I am going hair dye shopping...yay!!! Now, all I have to do is decide between blackish/bluish, blackish/reddish or dark purple XD

GAAAAH so hyper right now and I have no clue why...I still feel like crap, I still feel withdrawal from not drawing as much as I want to and I want to write write write but my eyelids are so friggin heavy and I want to go to bed but I don't want to go to bed because I know I'll be lying there for hours on end buzzing.

I did get some art done today, got the lineart drawn out and all was going good...and then I started adding color. My God I forgot how badly I could ruin things when I get in moods like these. So. Because I was stupid and didn't want to wait to use the computer so I could scan in the lineart, you shall never see what I was drawing and trying to color...unless by some miracle I can fix it tomorrow...^^"

So...

Oooooh yesh and my Mommy bought me the INXS CD and I was all like whoooooooooot!!! Tis an early present...sort of...at least until the family party ^^" And she also bought me Narnia...and Dani got me a journal and left the price tag on...lol They got me more stuffs it sounds like and I want to know what they are...grrrrr. Jeezies I sound like such a spoiled brat...but I'm also getting artsy fartsy stuffs from Feish and Ms Kitty....;AKfj'aogna'oefn'waej 'ijer'wj~!!!!!!@"LKF"J!!!

Well then. I think I have freaked everyone out enough for tonight...er...this morning (going on 1 am EST).

Now, I'm off to go and do my nails and get high off the smell of nail polish. *giggles like the crazy teenage girl she is* And after that I'm going to put my hair in rollers!!! Like, OMG!!!! ... maybe I should die my hair BLONDEEEE!!!!!!!

Well, it's sad but true, but there is and won't be for today or tomorrow for sure any new artwork up here. *cries* Been dying to get something scribbled down on paper for the longest time now but absolutely nothing is turning out. Ah well, might as well clean my room then I guess...lol I've got so many papers and old sketches strewn all over the place mixed with my clothes that I disgard carelessly wherever I feel like leaving them. Such a slob ^^

I was sick this weekend and am sick today as well, head feels as though it's going to explode and the tip of my nose is so red and raw...had people calling me Rudolph today

Hmmm, what else can I report?

The huge poster thingy that I had as a project for art is hanging up in the library at my school now. It's kind of creepy seeing it almost everyday in a library setting...I hear so many people saying how freeky my poster looks and it makes me giggle.

Have I even described the poster?

Well, it was supposed to be a 'self portrait' type thing, so, I drew a girl (and I'm going to leave it at girl because she looks nothing like me really ^^) all huddled up in a corner and she's holding a happy, smiling mask off to the side. Meanwhile the girl's all freeked out and stuff, she's got huge eyes, crazy, messed up hair. I painted the background jet black and the lyrics to Everybody's Fool by Evanescence is written off to the side. Anyway, my art teacher luv'd how it turned out. Knowing me I'll like it for a little while longer, than, sometime next week I'll be completely sick of it and want to tear it off the wall.

I've got two more posters to do soon as well, the subject being someting about draw something that is commonly known as huge, really small, then, draw something commonly known as really small, huge. Yeah, that did a number on my brain just typing that out Basically I've decided I'm going to do a dragonfly and a dragon...woooh. So's I get to draw a dragon now...everyone run away in fear.

Well...now that I've completely lost all patience for this thing, I'm signing off. I think I got to all the comments left over the weekend, if not, well...yell at me. I'll get to all your luverly artsishness later when I'm feeling better.

Well, was a long weekend indeed, in a way I'm kind of glad it's over, but I also wish that it still was the weekend so I didn't have to come to school.

I won't be on the computer all that long tonight, considering I'm still grounded from the computer until tomorrow So I won't be able to reply to all that many comments tonight.

I was reading through some of the comments you guys left on, Request: Mistress Morbid and man you guys are so nice Thanks in advance for the faves and such

Last night I was up until about midnight trying to get a poster for my art class done. Basically the poster was supposed to be a self-portrait, or something that represents us in some way or another. So, creative me drew a person who sort of resembles me but not really sitting off in a corner holding up a smiling mask and looking all scared and stuff...lol Basically I was inspired by "Everybody's Fool" by Evanescence. I'm so creative.

I wanted to add in silver cobwebs on the page but I can't find a silver marker that will stick to the paint I used for the background.

I'll try and get a pics up on here of the poster, but I doubt it'll happen anytime soon unless of course I get a digital camera for my birthday...ha. I keep pestering my mom, family and friends for art supplies for my birthday, everything but a sketch book I tell them. I doubt I'll get all that much art supplies though, my family thinks I'm joking when I say I want to break into the art world when it comes to a job.

My Papa doesn't particularly like my Anthros, he says that they're evil looking...but I find that kind of cute. My Uncle does think it's a good thing that I'm going to go into the art world, but he annoys the crap out of me by talking about my cousins constantly and telling me over and over again how great they are at drawing, sketching, painting...lalalalala. My Uncle's always bugging me about my portfolio and asks why I always use the same means of media and draw the same subject matter and BLAH! I could go on and on about each and every single member of my family but jeez...I think I would have to go insane.

Anyway, I have to head off to science class right now, my lunch is just about over.

I'll be updating this again later on tonight if I think of anything else to add.

Alrighty then. Nothing much to say. Today is a good day, got to finish coloring in Careful... and I guess I'm happy with it for now.

Just realized I haven't eaten anything yet. lol...ah well, I might as well just wait until supper.

I was mad at school yesterday, some person from the blood donors clinic came and asked all us senior students to come and donate blood next friday. I was so excited at first because I've been wanting to donate for awhile now, but when I went up and talked with the lady, she asked me my age and I told her 16, and she just ignored me after she said, "Well you have to be 17 now go to class." I tried to explain to her though that on the Friday we donate blood I would be turning 17 a few days after that but she wouldn't hear it. Like my blood is going to magically change on my 16th birthday...

So, that means there shall be no skipping school for an hour and a half to donate blood so I'll have to wait until the summer when I'll have enough time to go to a clinic, give blood then get a donut. But ofcourse I don't need the donut as an incentive...lol

Anyway, my life has been pretty boring since my last journal. Had an art test yesterday which I think I passed and I got my marks for practically all my classes and found I'm doing quite well for once. We'll see if the marks hold up though...

Well, that was the most horriblest weekend I've had in a long time. Weekends like the one I just had make me wanna pack up all my crap and move...but heck, without a job and practically no money to my name...I could go no where. Although I could fulfill my life long dream early and go live in a garbage can and live the life of a bum. I could grow a beard and chase lil kiddies down the street...yesh...the carefree life...of a bum. My god, someone slap me.

I've got a bunch of french crap to do tonight...1 hour and 40 minutes of it is going to be fun...but the rest...no.

I get to watch Cyranno de Bergerac(sp?) tonight (yay!). Anyone ever heard of it? It's about a big nosed dude...that luvs Roxanne, but some other dude luvs Roxanne too...so big nosed dude, Cyranno, decides he's going to help the dude court Roxanne and um...well I'm not sure. That's why I have to watch the movie

God, can you tell I'm tired?

For weeks on end now I've been getting really crappy sleeps again...yesterday I went to bed at 8 and didn't fall asleep until around 3 in the morning. That's better than the day before though when I didn't get any sleep at all. All nighters when you have to get up and go to school the next day are not fun. Needless to say, coffee has become my bestest friend again

Anyhoo. Thought I'd also mention that I'm sorry for the dumpy art postings lately. I want to draw something really good...I really do considering I bought some more prisma markers, but nothings really been turning out. I want to try drawing more guys considering I really need the practice. Tigrer needs to be drawn too...I keep babbling on and on about him but jeezies, you peoples don't get to have any visual reference.

Do you know how hard it is to find halfway decent reference of guys? At least here on the stock accounts anyway...although I don't like looking at the nude pictures (although a lot of them would help a LOT...even if I do get all giggly and red in the face...what am I going to do when I'm in college? We're all going to be sitting there sketching away, and all you're going to see is me off in a back corner somewhere giggling to myself crazzily...) I don't like looking at the nudies mostly because my little sister tends to pop into the computer room from out of no where. It's true...I was typing away one time, singing along with a song that was playing, then glanced to my right and found my sis standing there staring me in the face. Yeah, so no nude boys on my computer until I'm off living on my own... O.o That sentence could be taken so many ways...lol I could delete it and you could never know...but it's just too gosh darn silly. BEHOLD THE WONDER THAT IS MEGS' BRAIN!

I should be writing more too. I've had some stories floating round in the dark abyss that is my head for awhile too but I haven't taken the time to sit at my computer and type it out...or grab a pen and scribble down a few paragraphs. My story should really be worked on...lol...I've just left it at the beginning of chpt 3 *slaps herself* It's not like I don't know where I want to go next with it either...

I had a question I wanted to ask you guys but I completely forgot what it was...it was random too. Hmmm...if I think of it I'll repost this journal then

Eeep...I don't have it done. Was going through my organizer tonight, making sure I got all the homework I had to get done for monday and realized I hadn't written a short essay for english and had skipped EVERYTHING for french...I'm going to go bury a hole for myself and cry now...

So, basically this means that I'm going to be busy tomorrow...no drawing time...darn.

Oh well, on a brighter note, I reached 3000 pageviews. I can't believe how all of a sudden my pageviews just went KAboom. And the amount of watchers I have now...*is in heaven* All you guys are awesome, you really are. Sometime soon I'll have to make a thankyou image of sorts...I really should. I should do a lot of things though shouldn't I? Yesh...lots...lol

I was going over in my head the other day all the art I have to make for my friends...well I don't have to do it, but it's stuff I want to do. Anyway, I'm going to be busy for the next century if I attempt it all lol I luv making art for people, just wish I wasn't so darn lazy.

Although I have to admit, I'm proud of myself for all the art I produced during my time off, I'm surprised I got more than one image done... Hopefully I'll be able to keep this up, it's not going to be too long until I have to go off to college and I really do need stuff for my portfolio.

I found out a while ago that I'm going to have to come back to highschool for an extra semester, which actually kind of made me happy because it should give me some extra time to save up money for college. I'm so excited about one day having to leave home and go off to school, but so friggin scared at the same time. I can't wait to sit in a class full of other students that share the same love for art that I do.

I get so frustrated in my art class because it seems as though none of the other students except for a few really take art seriously. I think most of them are there just for a so called 'easy' credit. But meh...

I'm going to change the subject completely now by saying, I finally saw Pride and Prejudice! Yay...I luv'd the movie so much, although I didn't catch a few parts because my mom and I were joking around and laughing so much. I also watched one of the original Pink Panther movies, but I wasn't all that impressed. I'm hoping the newer one with Steve Martin is better, although the fact that Beyonce's in the movie makes my skin crawl. That girl should just stick to singing.

I hate it when music artists try to make it in the movie world, or vice versa. Hilary Duff and Lindsay Lohan are two of my other pet peeves...although I did like Lindsay in Mean Girls...lol

Anyway, I guess I better head off to bed now. It's going on 2 am and I've got a massive headache...and I have to go to the bathroom

Well...it's finally spring break...a whole 9 days for me to do absolutely nothing except keep an eye on my younger sis. Oh goody. Thought for sure that I would feel oh so much better now that I finally have time off, but I dunno, stress finds me in really weird ways. Suddenly I find myself consumed with worrying about getting housework done, having supper ready for when my mom comes home from work, getting the many art projects I have piled up done and posted, getting homework done... Then, if I don't get anything done and just try to relax a day...I get so friggin mad at myself. Major problems. Yesh. Problems.

Friends have been pressuring me a lot lately about hanging out and stuff, but I don't want to, I don't have the money right now or really the privelege to go out and have fun. I slacked off on school work a lot last semester and my moms getting on my back about my marks which I have no problem with, but she's taken it to the extreme lately and is wary about me going out and doing stuff. I dunno, I don't think I'm even going to try and explain all that...

God I've been having so many problems lately. I know I don't have it all that bad compared to the millions of other teens out there, but jeez, I wouldn't mind dumping my life on someone else right now just to escape from my mind for awhile.

I guess that's my problem, I think way too gosh darn much.

Besides art trades, most of the art coming from me is going to be darker...I've got an art project due sometime next week and well, the ideas I've been getting aren't exactly full of pink little pixies flying through a field of wildflowers.

Anyway, before this starts getting way too depressing and personal I'm going to stop.

On a brighter side note, I got my first entry into my contest...although I'm not exactly sure it fits into the criteria Oh well, it's going in anyway...cuz it's my contest and I said it is...um...yeah. And I also say the moon is made out of limburger cheese...and the sky is really purple...jeez you people are colorblind...

The most original idea ever!

For this, you have a choice between three of my luverly anthro characters, AshPaw, GoldenKlaw and Stripher. You can draw them however you want both media wise (traditional, digital, etc) and style wise (anime, manga, etc), in any type of setting you want (past, present, future, beach, mall, parking lot...ANYTHING ), and have them doing anything you want...with of course the exception of anything utterly and completely pornographic. If DA accepts it, then it should be accepted here

You can draw them individually, or put two together in one image, or all three of them in one image. But remember, only two entries are allowed overall so make each of your entries count.

NOTE: In their reference sheets, they have no clothes (tee hee), that is because I want you to come up with outfits for them. Don't you just friggin hate it when you're drawing, and then people stand there and watch you? *grrr* I had that happen both today and yesterday and I was soooo annoyed...embarrassed too, but annoyed!!
I'm used to certain people doing it *glares at Feish and Elise* but if it's someone I know very little or don't even know at all, it drives me INSANE! It makes me want to just stop drawing, wait until they go and do something, then stand there and stare at them for awhile yesh...I should do that next time

Bah, anothing that drives me crazy (although this is about being angry w/ myself) is when someone complements me on my art and has some really nice stuff to say, and I just stare at them, a fake smile pasted on my lips and mutter a thanks...then run away in embarrassment I never like to think of myself as the quiet mouse, but OMG, when it comes to people who are standing right there, complementing me, or giving me CC, I wanna just hide. Although it's different here on DA...I still get all shy and stuff when I read comments, but it's quite easy for me to hide, considering this is all over the net...ha ha And because I can reply at my leisure, I tend not to give stupid responses like I do in everyday life like, oh...thanks...and then run away

Could've slapped Feish the other day. I had to leave my desk and my art to go and talk to my teacher about something, and I guess the guy behind me wanted to see my art a little closer, so Feish hands him the drawing I was working on (AshPaw Ref Sheet) and then goes through my sketchbook and starts showing off my other stuff. I don't think my face had ever gone any redder...lol

Anyway...that's my rant for the night...I should really get to bed. It's only 10:30 p.m. EST, but I have to get back up in 11 hours and take my lil sis to Karate.

I'm on my lunch, should be eating, but meh, I don't think I've eaten lunch during school for close to a year now. It's easy not to though when theres no one sitting infront of you eating. I think I make Elise angry when I sit here on the computer or draw during lunch...

I've been trying for the past few days to get some of my art trade stuffies done, but nothings turning out the way I want it to, I'm so angry...*grrr* I still owe stuff to ~Plaguedog ~OmenMoon-Lotus and =risha...I'm such a horrible person, please hit me now. Maybe tonight something will work out...I don't think I have any homework besides stuff that's do next week some time...*happy dance* Or maybe I'll just go to bed early and try to get some sleep...lol Going to bed at like 2 am each morning, then waking up at 7 30 or so seems to take a toll after awhile

Just came into the library from my art class, we were watching the movie 'Crash', it was good from what I could gather, but I was drawing and am not all that great when it comes to multi-tasking It sounded good though anyway. We didn't finish it, but we're going to continue watching it tomorrow.

Yay, tomorrow's Friday! This week has just dragged on and on, and I'm so tired...I'm really looking forward to being able to sleep in on Saturday. It's been weeks now since I've slept in until the afternoon I luv sleeping in until 3 pm...it's so nice, although I find I wake up and still feel tired...how weird is that?

I always laugh at my friend :devFeish: because sleeping in to her is until 10 a.m. She finds it 'shocking' that I could sleep in until past 10...but meh, tis her problem...lol

I think next week will be my last at school, then I get a week off...I'm so ...more artsy time...although I'll also have to babysit during the weekdays...but that's okay. A whole week, I ish soooo happy.

I've got a bunch more art projects for my art class due next week, 2 more sketches, 1 huge piece on milar and well, God only knows what else. It's going to be a busy weekend.

Wow, can you believe it, I haven't done a journal in over 11 days...I think it's a record.

Well, what to say? Life goes on as it usually does, theres school (doodling time), then there's homework (more doodling time) and then there's doodling time (sleeping time ).

One of my 'acquaintances' (I've never really considered him a friend), has been buggin the crap out of me recently. I happen to have french with him this semester, and he being taught the language since he was a new born babe, understands everything in the class perfectly and enjoys putting me down every chance he gets. He even corrected me on my name here on DA, it's technically supposed to be Les Yeux de la Tigresse, but if I added it all in, then it would have to be all smushed together and ugly like this Lesyeuxdelatigresse...and that's just plain wrong...

I've been ignoring him every chance I get...but he just doesn't seem to understand that I hate his guts...when I tell him, he friggin thinks I'm joking. I don't really hang out with guys all that much anymore, so tell me, is this just some guy thing? Maybe I should quit being so sarcastic all the time and gain a reputation around my school as the serious studious student...( )

Today was a fun day. My mom and I dropped my lil sis off at karate and we two went out for breakfast. The breakfast was crap actually, but it was just fun to hang out with my mom for awhile. Then, after picking Dani up, my grandparents came, and we all went secondhand store shopping. I bought few used books (yay) and hung out with my luverly Papa. Then, my mom took me and Dani around to some art stores and I was in heaven for the rest of the afternoon. My mom surprised me by buying me a really pretty art portfolio!! *dies* So, now I have a portfolio case, and an art portfolio to put all my luverly artwork in to show off... Then, she bought me four copic sketching markers and I was all like Then we went to my local hobby shop and I bought four more luverly prisma markers...and I was using them all afternoon coloring in my art sketch.

Whee...yay for new art utensils!!

Well, exams are finally done...harrah harrah, although I failed practically half of them...okay, maybe more I get to go to summer school now for science, passed the exam, but it didn't boost up my science mark high enough for me to pass the course. Oh well, I kind of figured that was coming. Spanish mark was high, passed the exam with flying colors. Art History, didn't do all that well, but I passed the course at least and math, well, I didn't actually care about math all that much so just did what I wanted during the exam and left the rest and passed with a flying high 55%...yay

Anyway, had my 3 day break off school, doodled a bit, but nothing really all that special to rant about except for my half of the art trade with ~OmenMoon-Lotus I helped to paint my moms room during the weekend, then caught the painting bug and decided to do a painting for my second entry to =megoboom's contest. It's not done yet, but I'll make sure to post the finished painting no matter how horrible it looks

School this semester is going to be really fun, yet really hard. Finally I have my art class We get to do some really fun sketches (although they're not really sketches) for homework. My first one thats due next Friday is about "The idea of memory". I've got some thoughts on what I'm going to do for this sketch, but we'll have to wait and see how it turns out.

My schedule is as follows, English (yay), french (double yay), Art (whoot) and Media Studies (whoohoo). Wish me luck for this semester and I hope I'll have enough paper for my printer to get me through

Well, this is really a boring rant more than anything. There isn't all that much in here that's of much importance to all you luverly guys and gals out there.

Well, am up late again and am on DeviantART, how scary is that? Was going to answer some comments tonight, but then stopped myself...I don't want y'all to hate me and think I'm some crazy fool...which I am...but meh

I'm sorry to all the peoples I owe art to, I was trying to doodle stuff up all day long today, but I'm having an art block...I guess.

Been really down in the dumps lately and I don't know why. Think I'd be happy because exams are finally done, but noooo, ofcourse not. It's prolly just because I'm not getting enough sleep, but I've had worse than this before and I never felt like I do now.

You ever get in one of those moods where you don't want to get up and do anything? I was lying on my couch today staring at the ceiling, with nothing on around me. I think my mom would've been freaked were she to walk in at that moment. Bah...I'm prolly just in one of my angsty moods and am too stupid right now to notice it...why don't you all send me a virtual slap in the face? I think it would help

The weirdest thing happened last night, I was awake, lying in bed and thinking nonsense (as usual) and one of the thoughts that I remember was what it would feel like if I broke my nose somehow. Don't ask me why I was thinking that, I have no clue myself. But, I fell asleep shortly after and surprise surprise I dreamed I broke my nose. (a door slammed into my face lol) BUT, when I woke up this morning, my nose was killing me. I don't know if something actually happened when I was sleeping, like my cat walking over my face (like she usually does ) or something like that, but my nose was and has been litterally hurting like crazy all day long.

Yesh, well, now that you know that, I think I'll move on...lol

I went with my mom and lil sis to the mall today and we went and saw Nanny McPhee, twas a really cute movie. Although, I would've rather seen Hoodwinked...but meh.

Well, this has gotten long enough I think. I shall try again tomorrow to get some artsyness done, but I'm not promising anything.

My Papa's taking me out for breakfast tomorrow The greasy breakfast won't really do any good for my already large figure, but meh, at least I get to spend more quality time with me Papa. I used to hang out with my grandfather constantly when I was younger, but now that I'm older I've got other stuff that I need to do and I've been spending less and less time with him. Well, finally finished two of my exams. Got my horrible science out of the way, although I think I failed the course...*cries* Summer school here I come neh? My Spanish exam was insulting, I know I complain about Spanish a lot, but I think it's just because it was waaaay too easy for me. Never before had I kept a straight 89% average all through the semester. I didn't answer two questions on my spanish exam though, I couldn't remember how to say Saturday and Sunday...so I put down the words in french

I have my Art History and Math exams on Monday and Tuesday...wish me luck on my Art History...it's going to be crucial for me because I need to get into Sheridan and those professor dude's will be definitely looking at my artsy ness marks Math...well, considering we get to bring in cheat sheets with formulas and crap on it, I'm not all that worried.

Been having really weird dreams lately, my best one was my 'War of the Worlds' dream. Basically I found myself on the ferry in the movie and I was the only one who noticed the alien dude swimming up to the side of the boat, no one believed me when I screamed for everyones attention. So, the boat was tipped and we were all dunked into the water and I was the only one who escaped because of my luverly swimming skills. I remember in my dream I got to shore and was laughing my head off at all the stupid people who died (most unlike me). Then, as I turned to run before more alien dudes came, one of the aliens in the water noticed me running away and zapped me with the heat ray. I deserved it

Yesh...so, now after all the boringness, I guess I'll just shut up and leave you all with the promise that more art will be on the way. After my two exams next week, I'm going to have 5 days off, so there shall be lots of luverly time to draw considering my mom will be at work, my sister at school and I have a huge house all to myself.

Anyhoo, in other news tonight...I'm too tired to format me durned journal and kind of just like typing in random nonsense like this.

I'm really tired...it's been a looooooong week and I've been going to bed late and getting up semi-early like the freek I am. Ew...makeup on my eyes is starting to get irritating...know what I did today? I rubbed my eyes forgetting about my eyeshadow and mascara and crap and then ended up having a huge smudge going halfway down my face...it was so funny. No one really cared, mostly because I'm weird enough already that I could come to school in my undies and no one would really notice

(okee...so maybe I exaggerated just bit...most people would die from blindness or something...blubber overload )

Sos...got some artsy stuff up...nothing all that impressive, but I likes the colors in my latest trade yesh. Art trades are still open by the way...incase any of you luverly peoples out there are interested.

Oooh goody, stupid peoples are lighting fireworks...*kills them* I live in the stupidest neighbourhood ever...full of drunks, druggies and I dunno...dumb people.

Was playing around with my Wishlist thingie during lunch time...I have to watch it or I'm going to have almost as much in my wishlist as in my fave list...lol One of these days when I get a job...my whole room will be filled with prints...and I'll go insane with inspiration and without realizing it be covering a whole paper in scribbles with my pen thinking it's art.

Um. Yeah.

One of these days I'll be as good as half my watch list...oh yeah...and then...I'll take over the world...sort of...kind of...okay maybe not...but I'll be good...and that's all that will ever matter

Anyway, updates are going to start happening again. I had my break from drawing and feel semi creative again. School has been really boring since Monday and I've been doodling non stop.

First update I know of is going to be my last art trade from December with ~mushypeas. I've neglected that doodle...whoops...sorry. Anyway, finished the lineart for it today and will also hopefully get it colored in today...yay.

Then after that's uploaded I have two more art trades to work on that are going to be a little more challenging than my regular stuffies...yesh. I'm going to have to draw two characters on one page...how awesome is that! We'll see how horrible it turns out...

I'm going to watch Sleepy Hollow tonight...yay! The first Batman movie was my reward for studying for two hours straight last night...and Sleepy Hollow shall be my reward for tonight...and considering I'm really tired right now it should be interesting to see if I make the studying quota tonight

So, wish me luck peoples...exams are still drawing ever closer...
