I've got a few photos to upload, (this if the fifth set of brackets in the second sentence, that whole paragraph was one.) which I'm going to upload.

And lastly, no pressure, but GO LISTEN TO THE BAND GOGOL BORDELLO, find Super Taranta and just listen to the first track, and then the second, and then the rest of the album, repeat, and then get some other albums, you might regret it, but I think you shouldn't, not that you really have a choice there.

I'm always talking about school, because I have such little space in my mind for anything else, I have to carry a little notebook where I write things I wish to remember, I'm getting old, only I'm not.

I got my first blood test the other day, that was totally awesome, I didn't like it, but I also did like it, and it was crazy, then me and my Mum went and brought a litre of vodka and got smashed (first time with my Mum) and had a couple hangovers the next morning, that was certainly a strange experience.

At the 1994 annual awards dinner given for Forensic Science, AAFS president Dr. Don Harper Mills astounded his audience with the legal complications of a bizarre death. Here is the story:

On March 23, 1994 the medical examiner viewed the body of Ronald Opus and concluded that he died from a shotgun wound to the head. Mr. Opus had jumped from the top of a ten story building intending to commit suicide. He left a note to that effect indicating his despondency. As he fell past the ninth floor his life was interrupted by a shotgun blast passing through a window, which killed him instantly. Neither the shooter nor the decedent was aware that a safety net had been installed just below at the eighth floor level to protect some building workers and that Ronald Opus would not have been able to complete his suicide the way he had planned.

Ordinarily, Dr. Mills continued, a person who sets out to commit suicide and ultimately succeeds, even though the mechanism might not be what he intended, is still defined as committing suicide. That Mr. Opus was shot on the way to certain death, but probably would not have been successful
because of the safety net, caused the medical examiner to feel that he had a homicide on his hands.

The room on the ninth floor whence the shotgun blast emanated was occupied by an elderly man and his wife. They were arguing vigorously and he was threatening her with a shotgun. The man was so upset that when he pulled the trigger he completely missed his wife and the pellets went through the window, striking Mr. Opus. When one intends to kill subject 'A' but kills subject 'B' in the attempt, one is guilty of the murder of subject 'B'.

When confronted with the murder charge the old man and his wife were both adamant. They both said they thought the shotgun was unloaded. The old man said it was his long standing habit to threaten his wife with the unloaded shotgun. He had no intention to murder her. Therefore, the killing of Mr. Opus appeared to be an accident; that is, the gun had been accidentally loaded.

The continuing investigation turned up a witness who saw the old couple's son loading the shotgun about six weeks prior to the fatal accident. It transpired that the old lady had cut off her son's financial support and the son, knowing the propensity of his father to use the shotgun threateningly, loaded the gun with the expectation that his father would shoot his mother.
Since the loader of the gun was aware of this, he was guilty of the murder, even though he didn't actually pull the trigger. The case now becomes one of murder on the part of the son for the death of Ronald Opus.

Now comes the exquisite twist. Further investigation revealed that the son was, in fact, Ronald Opus. He had become increasingly despondent over the failure of his attempt to engineer his mother's murder. This led him to jump off the ten story building on March 23rd, only to be killed by a shotgun blast passing through the ninth story window. The son had actually murdered himself, so the medical examiner closed the case as a suicide.

Time's have changed since last year, not for the better for the most part, things looked like they wanted to go back to the good old days, but when they tryed, something was broken, I pretended everything was back to normal, but ended just feeling super duper lonely, I'm so glad for sian's existance, if it weren't for her, I'd be foreced to rely on those younger and less experienced in life than me, and I couldn't be their leader, not now...

I'll always be forced to survive, I just wish I could not bother living for a while. The thing I really want to do is just go on tour, travel around someplace other than here.

Finally finished my exams, mine seemed to go way longer than everybody elses, and shit I'm exausted, but now I get 2 and a bit months of noschool, for which I hope to find a job, and work on a few of the things I love, I've just gone to the library and gotten my first library card in a few years, after my last one broke, I got heaps of books, all about music, guitar learning, learning about guitar, The Beatles, Paul Mcartney, Oasis, Neil Young, I'll be doing a bit of reading over the months!

Though to be fair the picture is before Ringo, that drummer there is Pete Best, the Beatles original drummerer, and one of the guitarists (bassist actually) is a chap named Stu Sutcliffe, who was apparently quite the amateur, he left after one year, and somehow died in 1962, he was the one who suggested the name "The Beatles"

Yup, that's what I'll hopefully be doing, I'll probably do some painting and stuff too, though I doubt any of it will be good enough to share.

_{Shit, the last two weeks stretched out like forever, time sure goes slowly when you're banned from deviantart. That is to say I was banned for two weeks, so I could get some study done (I asked to be banned).

Yup, lifes weird, everybody else has finished their exams, and I still have two left, just because I'm on Deviantart doesn't mean I'm not studying though.

Over the last couple of days I took a few more shots on my 40 year old slr (it's still good!), wonderful camera, just testing out the different lenses and things, it sure feels good to use a real camera, I finished the film that I've had in there since I got the thing earlier this year, hopefully some good shots!

Heaps has changed since my last journal, my face is no longer numb, for example.

First off, I just before asked my featured deviation if it could make an effort to get a bit cooler, because I'm getting sick of seeing it lazing around my front page, with it's sloppyness, so It cleaned up, and is now looking great, theres still a bit to do, but heres a little update.

I've always hated seeing crappy deviations in the recent deviations section on the front page, such as:

Note that you have to be a little bit clever to find the original deviation to tell the deviant how mean I've just been to them, sorry, just using you as an example.
It's just not art! I think that if by default when you watched someone, you were also watching thier scraps would mean that the quality of those recent deviation would be much higher, and then people would take more pride in their main gallerys...

My latest piece is coming along really nicely, I've improved so much, and developed heaps of new techniques from it.
I've got a newer cooler version, which I'll upload now.
Even though I couldn't be bothered, there you go.

Perhaps I'll make it into a 2x3 ratio by the final version and sell it as a cheap print!

Playing with google translators, put something into it, change it to another launguage, then copy and paste the result into the translate box and put it back to english...

eg.
When life gets you down, think of all the people with so much less then you, may they be living in poverty, in a subway in new york, imagine not having a dishwasher! You'd have to wash the dishes by hand!

Then into portugeese and back;

Last night I was tired so I went to bed after doing the =Deviant-Underground forgetting that I was supposed to load the dishwasher, but this morning at 8 dad woke me up to do them, so I did, then I watched all the smashing pumpkins videos (pretty much) thanks to ~nipNtuck for giving it to me for my birthday, and watched the short film on it, called try, which opened my eyes even further to how lucky I really am to be who and where I am...

Ummm, yea, then after that Dad said we should do the dishes that have just been sitting there for ages (cat tins, ice cream containers etc.) so I washed all them, then he went away (he was supposed to dry them and put them away) I got a bit carried away and wiped down all the benches and the oven, and cleaned places that haven't been cleaned for ages...

That was a good way to start the day, now I'm feeling inspired and ready to clean some more!
Though I'm not going to, so dont worry...

Any she made me a cd case, made of cardboard and stuff, with a real cd... which was awesome, ~slackjaw is in town now getting me something, and probably doing something else, he's been goon a while...

Last night a started an awesome looking terragen render, but by morning in had dissapeared without a trace, I blame ~ nipNtuck
It's been rendering again, all day, still going, and not as cool as the original, dont you just hate that?
Me = happy, I've been going to bed at like, 3 am ever since the holidays started, It's going to be hell going back to school

only not really hell, I'll just be tired, and wont be able to get out of bed...

Who's watching/seen the biggest loser on tv?
I dont watch tv much (DA takes up my life) but watched this once, and dispite it being an extremly cliche game show, it was kinda funny, like they have fridges for each of the contestants, with food in it that that contestent likes, (to win, each team has to lose the most weight, and if a team loses the least, they have to vote a player off) and like in survivor when they put out peoples torches they turn off their fridges!
Epic television...

I've been tinkering around in maya (3D program) for a few weeks now, still very much learning, I think I'm about 3 19ths of the way through, heres something I just made then...

OMG! absolutely nothing!

The *Deviant-Underground is coming along nicely, we have like, 14 members after like, 4 journals, however that works out...
But it's taking heaps of organisation (I must be dyslexic) and it's confusing, a lot of it is just copying and pasting stuff, which reminds me, I forgot to comment on the deviations to tell them they got used...
I wanna get it running really smoothly, and have the journals really attractive, any help with design and stuff would be great, so that the subscribed members will be all like, "yay! cool looking journal!"

I'm been learning 3D in maya over the last few weeks, in my spare time, and it's finally starting to take shape, I can make bottles!

I'm not getting homework done, I've been having jam on toast, sleeping better then usual, need a job (less DA time)
and jeepers, I dont remember what I was going to say...
I've also been trying to learn more about terraspace, the kinda things `alyn does, which you can see in my new featured deviation, which is crap, so yea, more learning for me...
