But, on the plus side, ~inomibird did a whole series of model-shots for me for reference poses, since I bought her a pair of sparkly red pants. ^___^ So now I have nifty poses to use on those days that staring at blank paper is all I can manage.

So, I was idolizing *Kotori-Ky and ~ monk-chan's muses, and feeling bleah for lack of inspiration, so I decided I needed muses of my own. And they decided they needed me. o.o; Or something like that. Because I suddenly found myself with two, the Dark Side and Light Side, so to speak.

Though they aren't mutually exclusive. Adelan, the 'Light Side' is a Guardian Angel on Probation after failing to protect his first two charges. o.o; I feel so safe... Tygati, the 'Dark Side' is the Prince of Cats and Lord of the Twilight Realm who seems to have accidentally gotten 'stuck' here. >.> Or so he claims. I think he has his own agendas. Something along the lines of Making Adelan Miserable. Does a good job of it too.

I don't know much about them beyond that, save that Tygati seems to be able to alter his coloring as he sees fit. >.> Sheerly to spite me, I think.

I guess it's primarily because I realized recently that I don't qualify as an 'artist.' The dictionary defines an artist as " A person whose work shows exceptional creative ability or skill." Except that I don't really have any creativity of my own. Everything I do has been 'inspired' by something else.

So maybe I'll just give up drawing completely. No loss, right? Just some rehash's of ideas already done elsewhere.
