Well it's been almost a year AGAIN since I've updated my journal, and there's probably no point writing another one as I've lost contact with many people who I used to talk to on here. But oh well!

In my last journal I was stressing because trial HSC exams were approaching. Fortunately I did good, and I'm proud to say that I have been accepted to UWS (University of Western Sydney) where I'm now studying B Design (Visual Communication) as a full time student. Ultimately my life goal up to this point was getting into UNI because only one of my grandfathers made it to university to become an engineer, and everyone else in my family didn't succeed in making a proper career for themselves.

Other than that I'll soon be working at the new Hogs Breath steakhouse in Liverpool (when it opens that is) and hopefully I can leave my sh*tty, stressful and underpaying job behind.

Last and not least, my whole life and general being has changed in the past few weeks, with my dad moving overseas to Hungary. My mum and I now have to make significant alterations to our everyday lives and try to move on. It's not easy, but I guess you gotta stick together and go with the flow.

What can I say ... the past few weeks have been very hectic. The 20 day countdown til the trial HSC has begun. I've been busy with assessments and preparing revision notes yet I always find time for deviantart, ebay, and hotmail

Things have been hard since my dad's been overseas, but my mum and I are doing okay. We've been in worse situations in the past. We're tough chicks!

I'm having a little trouble with my multimedia major project. I am to be blamed completely; I've wasted about 4 months not working on it very much, and now I barely have two weeks to finish it. Yikes. Best not to talk about it for now, I have too much to think about.

I've been looking at the UAC guide for two days straight, and for the first time in my life I feel confident about an important decision I have to make. Yet, I still have to choose out of the three uni's im looking at going to

Other than that I recently celebrated two years together with my boyfriend. Now that I think back, it wasn't anything special ... Unfortunately. I sincerely wish it was. But, what can ya do. I don't think he knows how much I miss him.

I've noticed a lot of very talented artists on dev lately who, sadly, barely get recognised among this widespread community. Just a message to everyone out there; don't just look at artwork by people that you already know. Take a moment to view a piece by someone less known, and leave a comment if you like it. Trust me, they will appreciate it. I know I do.

To conclude; I'm trying to look at things in a positive way. I try very hard to start every morning with a smile, but I'm not a morning person ... especially when I have to get up early four times a week to go to extension (english+history).

'It's funny how people interpret the definiton of 'beauty'. The people we see each day rely on 'unnatural' things to make them feel and appear beautiful to be accepted into the stereotypical society we live in.

Sometimes we have to look beyond what we consider 'pretty' and take into consideration that everybody is beautiful in their own way.'

I'll always support that theory. No matter what we look at, it's usually thought to be the best idea to automatically identify the most popular or best looking person within a crowd of everyday people, who are simply trying to get through life as smoothly as possible. It's so sad that some who don't live up to the expectations created through through the media and our very own minds are treated differently and discriminated.

However, the same can be applied to art. Lately I've been browsing through DeviantArt, realizing that some of the best 'unknown' artists submit work they have put their heart and soul into making, all for the price of not even receiving one comment of deserved feedback. It makes me so fustrated that only the artists with tens of thousands of pageviews receive reasonable feedback from members, while other people struggle to get their work noticed. However I have to admit that some things submitted to this website are meaningless. It shocked me that there are already more than 24million deviations here.

It doesn't matter how much pageviews one has or how professional ones art is, everybody should feel good about creating a piece of art.

So please, if you like something, comment on it. Think of those who don't get recognized as much as others. Be enthusiastic, sympathetic, emotional ... and imagine yourself in the place of those who don't get what they deserve.

Oh god how time flies .. I wish I could stay a teenager forever its fun!
Then again it's kool cause I can finally get off my L plates! XD

Havent been submitting for a while, the first term of year 10 was harder than I expected, but it all pays off. My holz are boring .. the best thing I done was last night, went to Miami, a really mad dance party with a few of my friends. By the end I was dead tired .. my feet were soo sore from my boots .. but we had the best time!

I'm working on 2 wallpapers atm, don't know how they're gonna look, I'm just enjoying doing them .. so yeah

5 more days til school starts .. But oh well, goin to a BMW cruise on sunday, should be heaps mad, considering there was a meeting in the city 2 weeks ago and that was awesome aswell

We came back from burrinjuck on wednesday and the night before that we went down to the park and had a little midnight BBQ and looked back on the great week we had. It was a warm night with billions of stars in the sky, rabbits and kangaroos hopping around and the food was delicious. We all had a toast, for burrinjuck, for friendship and for our good lives. Then, we went home, my dad started an argument with his best friend, who's son is like my little brother. My mum and my dads friends wife got involved, then everybody else besides us, kids. They were screaming at eachother til 4 am and us kids just stayed up locked up in one of the rooms coz we cudnt sleep. The next day we came home, and no one was talking to eachother. So much for the toast for friendship. What happened?! I dont really know what the argument was about, all I know is it seems like everyone is mad at eachother and that they're not friends any more. That sucks, coz I always have fun wif the kids, theyre my own lil gang.

So we come home and my grandparents tell me that my kitty has been missing for 3 days. We waited til yesterday for him to come home and no such thing happened. We put up posters and called a couple of animal shelters with no luck. I really miss him and my parents do too, I hope he's gonna come home ..

Other than that im going to a camp in 2 days, where my lil gang is going along with some other people I know. Should be good, 5 days away from my grandparents, and, well, civilized life, since we're gonna be on a farm. It might be the last time I see my friends for a while due to that huge fight our parents had.

Right now I'm really not looking forward to school either. Life sucks right now. I dont wanna do anything, I was thinking of doing some rendering or photoshop works but I just dont think I can right now. Dont see the point. I just wanna be alone, I cant even go anywhere coz of my grandparents. My grandma always makes me feel guilty for the smallest things. I hate being depressed.

My first day of 2005 was pretty simple, went to bed at 6.30, got up at 3.30, spent the day watching movies It was awfully humid and hot.

After that I'm going to a 5 day hungarian christian camp, even though I wasn't baptised. So that should be fun. I hope I get to see my friends in the holidays before I start year 10!

Well ok Ive been rrreeeaaalllyyy lazy lately with this DA stuff. I came on today and saw that I have close to 350 messages so I had to do something about it ..

I had more than 200 deviations to look at but since I really coldnt be bothered looking at all of em piece by piece I visited all the galleries of the people I watch. Everyone has done some mad stuff lately and just wanted to say sorry for not commenting on them!

Howz everyone? I havent been much on dev lately but im back now, at least until I dont get a bunch of school work 2 do (goin back on monday)

Earlier 2day I was in a really bad/emotional/angry mood but Ive chilled a bit now. I was pissed because of my low driving ability and was partially pissed at my grandparents. Dont ask why, too long to explain

My holidays were plain boring and I didnt get to see any of my friends. Well one of them, for 2 hours. So fun. Anyway the only thing I HAVE done was go away with a bunch of my families friends for the weekend to Burrinjuck, that was pretty madness.

I took a bunch of nice piks here and there, im thinking of submitting some in a collage form or just as they are. I'll be getting back into abstracts as soon as I get a good idea

My B'day was great. I got a very nice silver jewellry set from my Grandpa and a beautiful white gold necklace with an opal medal from my Grandma. And a big bunch of flowers.
Presents from my parents included a 12" sub, an amplifier, new speakers, a radio, and ..

U guys noe wen theres a huge box, then a smaller box, then a smaller one and so on .. Til u get to the tiniest box .. I knew the trick. But i seriously didnt expect 2 find car keys in them.
I looked at my dad, who had the biggest smile on his face .. pointing towards the door ..
So I go outside and find a very cute looking Holden Calibra standing in the front yard ..

It was only today that I went to do my drivers knowledge test, and got 100%

Well here's the story
This year in June a few ppl from our skool entered a webdesign competition held here in NSW, and 2 teams entered. I was part of the girls team and there was a boys one. We had the presentation today and THEY WON D OMG!
We were screaming and felt like crying as they got up on stage to get their award .. Man this is so kool! Even though our team didn't make the finals (there wasa dead link) this was mad and were heaps proud of their achievements

THEY WONNNNNNN YAY!

Wen i heard dis my auto reaction was hate towards both of them but as i calmed down i realised its not my friends fault and that i shud not have been dumb enuf to hook up with him in the first place. So i rote him an email bursting out wif all the reasons y i dont think this relationship is working. Now he calls me and tells me it was his friend at the computer at the time, saying shit 2 ppl. That he loves me, he would never lie to me, and the usuals. I dont noe hu 2 believe, my friend of 3 years or my boyfriend of a month and a half. Its true though that i have caught my boyfriend exaggerating on a few smaller things but this is major. Now that i think about it I dont even think its only coz of this incident that im pissed. Unfortunately i only get to see him once a week and wen we do, he's always swearing at me and acting like such a showoff infront of his friends. The way he acts wen we're together really seems like he's only using me. I dont noe wat 2 do...

I was just watching Hungary vs USA in water polo, and Hungary won 7-5! I think it was only qualifying though?
Well doesn't matter. So far Hungary is in =14th place with a gold, 2 silvers and a bronze, and Australia is in 4th place with 6 golds, 4 silvers and 6 bronzes!

Other than that not much has happened. I had karate on tuesday and ice skating on wednesday, and now I'm sore. I hate thursdays. They suck. But somehow 2day isnt so bad ..

About the Hungarian GP (Formula 1) da bmw'z came 4th and 7th. Not bad i guess ..

Well I'm sitting here freezing my ass off, its so cold ..
Anywayz just felt like doing an entry. Its sunday and stuff has happened in the last few days!

First of all, hurra for the olympics! Wasnt the ceremony thing so mad? I luv greek history and I liked the costumes hehe. Go Australia, Hungary, Philippines, Macedonia, Uruguay, Croatia, Bosnia, Vietnam, Samoa .. and all the other countries but theyre my faves. Also, hurra for Ian Thorpe for getting us our first gold medal

Second, hurra for the weekend! I really needed to relax a bit coz I've been stressing alot, and last nite I slept at my friends house and went bowling .. it was fun!

Third, hurra for no skool! I havent been 2 class for about 2 weeks, been working on my skool's website with 3 of my friends and we're almost finished

Fourth, today is my 4th week 2gether with my boyfriend. Im happi

Last but not least, HURRA FOR FORMULA 1! Tonight is the Hungarian GP and I cant wait 2 watch! I still remember on last yr'z GP when Barrichello tragically lost his wheel in a turn .. wat a legend. Im submitting a wallpaper soon for the Williams F1 team, my favorite. Go da beemaz!
