“Why do they keep chasing us?” The voice soft in is ear, the demon slowed his pace until he ceased running. He had no words to soothe the other. How could he find such words when his own heart was pounding in his chest, fearing what would happen to his lover if they were to be parted now after all they had born. “Jess?” The voice whispered into his ear again, bringing him back to his senses.

“It is because we run.” It was the only answer that Jess could give as the boy moved to stand so that he could look directly into the eyes of his love. He stared into ruby pools as he reached his hands forward to caress the demon’s face. As the voices surrounded them, they shared a passionate kiss as their power surrounded them, enveloping them as if trying to protect them.

The above I was hoping to do for NANOWRIMO, but it's so NOT happening. The above is also my third rewrite of the original story I've planned out, now called "Of Demons and Angels". My friend Nel and I originally started it as this extremely random OC-RP, but then I got my brain going with it and it finally evolved into the concept above.

The basic plot line of it is that when he was about seven years old and living out on the streets, Jess met a boy, who was five, and kind of adopted him as his younger brother. The boy didn't have a name, so Jess would call him Angel. They were together for several years and would grow strong feelings for each other, neither realizing that they were the reincarnation's of a Taboo (explained later in the story). A few months before Jess would turn eighteen, the two are being targeted by two organizations hell bent on possessing the magical powers the two unknowingly possess. As the demon and the angel continued to run, it is Angel who convinces Jess that they should; that if they kept running, all they ever would do is be hunted. When the two of them finally stop running, the magic within them suddenly surrounds them before enveloping them both in the opposing magic of the other ( hope that made sense --; ) leaving behind a ring on the middle finger of their right hands. Afterwards, they are seperated.

Then the story truly begins eight years later. Throughout the whole story, I was going to have it explain who Jess and Sei (aka Angel) are, why they were brought together and why it is the two of them who must stand up to those who believe their way is the only way before life is destroyed.

Will write more about this at a later date.



In other news, my parents just got home with their new puppy (pics eventually to follow on my DA). He's a fawn Great Dane puppy and his a half sibbling to the two great danes (Meg and Molly) that my parents got about five years ago. Moby is so freaking cute ;~; So, it lands on my head that Moby is my responsibility while my parents are gone and when I'm not at work. Not really that much of a chore given how easy he is to take care of. More money for me anyway

BUT!! That may soon change I may be getting my own digital camera soon.

a four megapixel kodak C310 for a hundred bucks.

I have had my eye on the damn camera practically since I started working at Rite Aid six months ago. She's my precious and I shall name it Kanika because I have a thing for Egyptian names (my computer is Sagira, my optical mouse is Zalika so why the hell not name my digital camera Kanika (despite the fact it means black and my camera is silver -oops - XD)

Anyway, I finally got to talk to my friend Darcy for more than two minutes today for the first time in over six months. It's been hard for me not having the ability to talk to her. She's a great part of me and she helps me get through the day. It's like it was with Erik; as long as she's there, I can live through anything.

It's funny. I hate milk chocolate, but I discovered that when I eat it, it's because I miss Darcy a LOT. Not just a little, but A LOT. Same deal with my friend Kristen and apple fritters (apple fritter is her nickname). A coping mech? Who knows -shrugs-

Anyway, that's all for this addition; I'll be updating my DA info page with my contact info shortly.

Anyway, for those who care and don't read my livejournal, I guess life's okay. Still stressing over finding a job --; This march will have been a year. I want out of here so badly.

However, on an unrelated note to the above, I do have to give my mom credit. There are times she does try to buy me things I actually want or would like. Like she bought me the 2005 Harry Potter: PoA calendar and it is beautiful. O_O And Thursday before New Years, I was actually able to talk to her about video games for the first time in my life without her getting all negative on me O_O Okay, talk about scared shitless. I did keep kind of rambling on about games and stuff, not that she really cared all that much. Hehe, that was also the day I came home with Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. *pouts* Now I want to play the original Kingdom Hearts game, but I don't have a PS2 to do so XD so I shall be satisfied with Chain of Memories for the time being. Been playing a rom of Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap that my friend found for me a while ago. Tis UBER fun. >3 Cannot wait another 5 days for it's official release in the US =O Also got the rom of Kingdom Hearts: CoM for sprite making =O And a mankin game > D Been spriting that game to death >3

And me happy. Supposed to be snowing off and on till tuesday God, for the first time in my life, we had NO SNOW on Christmas --; I was uber-bummed, but then it ended up snowing on New Years >3 So can't complain too much ^~ Actually can't complain about much at all since the new year begain. Christmas was fucking hell because of family and some personal issues they just had to bring up that pissed me off, but New Years was the best. <3

I have started a new LJ bit and instead of designing just icons, I design userinfo layouts and simple journal layouts as well. Have to do something with these mixed feelings I have right now -.-

So a lot of what I've submitted the last couple of days are screencaptures of these layouts I've designed. I just finished the Stand by Me one of Shuichi and Eiri just now and you can go [link] to view the actual design itself. It looks way better than the screencap does.

Having issues... not with anyone online, but just issues in general. My mom didn't help that any this morning --; I see her point, but at the same time, it's really irritating having your mother watching your back account. And geez, not to mention she failed to TELL ME certain things. God, spell it out in black and white, not color >< Don't expect me to just know. Geez... kinda like how she forgot to tell me that she started paying off my student loan *her part of it*. *sighs* I'm not going to rant here. I just don't have the mental energy for it... (maybe that's why I'm doing homework?)
Although, I really cannot complain... (long story).

And I'm a major introvert - mostly due to the fact that I've had no friends up until I first got the internet way back in 2000. (Long Story) Anyway, blah... *is in anti-social mode*

Have plans to go to my friends house after work this Friday and I have the best hours. 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm in the afternoon. Then I'm going to go home, get changed and then going down to my friends house for a few hours. Hopefully we'll do something to celebrate his b-day since he turns 21 on the 30th

and yay!!

I scored 107% on my Photoshop 6.0 quiz. 32/36 with the curve at 30. ^.^; It was the matching that killed everyone x.x; Hardest ones to match were mask, alpha channel, and saturation which I surprisingly got all right. The ones that I missed were RGB, CMYK, 24 bit, and Hue.

*dances*

And I may have beat Dungeon Dice Monsters... though I doubt it. I think I have to go and beat the last tourny 3 or 4 times before it'll let me to the next round. *pouts* I still haven't found Yami-sama ;-;

Why I won the game?
Necrovalley and Gravekeeper's Assaliant (x2) + my Dark Magician (and me not falling for his cheap tricks too >>; Went with my gut instinct and attacked his butt )
Why I keep beating his ass?
I have skill and I know how to play the game.

Almost beat another round of Dungeon Dice Monsters on my GBA and now have several Level 4 dice - among them 3 Mighty Mage and 1 Barrel Dragon -- all 4 of which fetch a fair price. Now I just want my Blue Eyes White Dragon, Magician of Black Chaos, and Black Luster Soldier level 4 dice and then I'll be REALLY happy. And for the hell of it, I'll toss Exodia into the mix x.X;

Still trying to figure out why I signed up for [link] as I know I'm not going to win anyway *shrugs*

And my last thing; Considering we have about a bazillion mosquitos buzzing around outside/inside my house, I'm surprised I've only been bitten once *points to left arm*

Mmm... I love Dungeon Dice Monsters <3 Give it to me over Duel Monsters anyday. The only beef I have about DDM is the fact that it costs more to buy the board and the pieces >< which is why I have almost 400 Duel Monster cards instead >< I WILL CONVERT THE MASSES!!! *pets her DDM GBA game* so so close to beating the Ancient Egypt tourney rounds... yay! And I just got me an Orgoth the Relentless too... (oh gods no... Otogi-sama's seeping into my brain and I want a level 4 dice and I want it now *stares at her Mighty Mage in waiting*

The sunset right now consists of neon orange, neon red and neon pinks with mid to dark blues and light purples. It is so amazing. I wish you could view them. They are so awsome. I think that my digital camera pictures are going to be my art contributions to this site. There are so many wonderful artists on this site and I am so glad that I have been given the opportunity to view their work.

I feel kinda bad because I've neglected my deviant art account for so long. But when you have no artistic skils and no internet at home, that tends to happen. Still don't have any artistic skills, but I do now have internet at home so we shall see. Most of my art consists of writing. The only image I've drawn that looks even remotely half decent is this sketch of Peruru I did from the anime Sailor Moon Super S movie. Should be up on my devi-art, I'll have to check to make sure. (It's not --; *Makes mental note to upload it later on*)

Anyway, as my true art lies within my writing, I'm off to RP and go to bed.
