I was fortunate to be part of Anchor Beer's regional campaign in Asia starring superstar Rain.

Chris Godfrey was the director for the TV commercial (an amazing, amazing man) and I shot the supporting print advertisement as well as a series of behind the scenes photos.

The print campaign was pretty straightforward but the TVC set was nothing short of spectacular. For 3 days we had a 4pm-4am schedule with the first day's shoot being a grand on-location night scene.

I was just settling into Toronto after touching down last Thursday, before an unexpected email from Sugizo's manager arrived two days later, asking if I'd be keen to photograph Luna Sea's LIVE in Tokyo at Tokyo Dome this weekend.

I was in the backseat so I didn't see what was happening. I'm leaving L.A. for Japan on Saturday for a week, then back to Singapore for a month or two to deal with work and stuff. I'm gonna miss this place :( :(

I haven't been updating as much this year, I think I'd became quieter after my grandma's passing.

Or anything similar that basically has a "CHECK IT OUT HERE" or "CLICK HERE", do NOT click on the link! It will take you to a fake dA login page which will steal your login details if entered.

If you receive such a comment, NOTIFY THAT USER TO CHANGE HIS PASSWORD, THEN HIDE THE COMMENT SO OTHERS WON'T FALL FOR IT.

:star: if you accidentally clicked on it, make sure you change your password IMMEDIATELY! It would be wise to scan your computer for any viruses as well.

I didn't want to overwrite the old ones because some of you may want to see how I progressed from the start. So I have dated each question and answer. ^^

It's a bit long, but I tried to be as detailed as possible~

What camera and lenses do you use? [1 Feb 2009]

1 Feb 2009: I use a Canon 1Ds Mark III now, and most frequently with 28-135mm.
For portraits 100mm prime and 70-200 2.8. For travel/landscapes 16-35 2.8L.

20 Sept 2007: i own a canon 350D and 5D. on 350d i use the kit lens 18-55mm the most. it's light, gives a good range, and i like it. :D i love the colour ]]>
