Choices. Sometimes they really hurt. Those kids behind me in math need to stop talking about getting high. That kid needs to stop bugging me because I think smoking and drugs are wrong. I have such a need to express things to them. Yell at them. But I don't. I never have. I keep everything, all of my opinions bottled up in a sad little jar which is my brain. I dwell upon it for hours and hours and hours until I just kind of want to do something violent about it. I don't do violent things. My heart aches. I've been quiet for so long and I have been so passive, and I'm afraid I'm just going to blow up on the wrong person. I am afraid what I'm going to do to people around me and to myself. I want to cry. I've forgotten how.

I'm just not very happy right now.

These past few days I have been sick with a virus. Speaking of viruses, I have a biology quiz today.... that's the reason I am going back to school all pale and shaky and whatever.

I got into my school's art honor's society program. I should be happy, but I'm not because they hated my portfolio but knew my work and knew I could do better than that. So... it's bittersweet.

Ugh. I don't really like this virus to much, kiddies. It feels like someone is scooping out my insides. Like in that picture I drew the other day of my new favorite villain? ( [link] ) Yeah. That blurry guy in the background. That's what I feel like.

But alas, it is early, and I must run away to the land of learning and fifty pound back packs.

I'm back from my two week trip to Snow Farm, which is an Art School where I practiced Metal-Smithing and Welding. Two things that I very much enjoyed. To sum up the experience, I enjoyed everything except for the later hours of the last night. These hours I will simply never want to talk about, since they destroyed part of my mind and I am now crazier and whatnot because of it. My teachers at SF where incredible, and I really loved learning from them. I will be posting my work eventually, but at the moment I am trying to get back into the swing of digital work. My posts will be occasional and experimental, most likely. I will slowly be working on my 100 picture challenge as well as non-personal works, such as requests that I promised a few deviants before I left. Later this summer I will be in Hawaii as well as California for a family vacation. I will also learn how to drive. Such a scary thought...

Anyway, that concludes my more detailed update. Ta-ta for now.

So yeah. If you didn't know, zipperaward is a total and utter Trekkie, who bought the T-Shirt for the Star Trek movie a week before it actually came out.

Well, I wen't with ~Scadaz, ~milze123, and a few others to see the movie. Now, I've been really really really really pumped to see this movie for over a year now. Even so, I was concerned how a new writer, such as J.J. Abrams would treat Star Trek.

He did a great job. The movie was action packed and I was on the edge of my seat. I only had a few complaints. One of them being giving Mccoy such little screen time, since he is so awesome. However, his actor, Karl Urban, did a GREATGREATGREATGREATGREAT job of portraying his fantastic character. KUDOS TO HIM! In fact, the acting was really good. Most of the actors/actresses portrayed their characters very very well! With the exception of Zachary Quinto, who was Spock and had to get angry. ANGRY. I understand, however, that this was a plot device and though it would be more difficult to get a reaction like that from the original Spock, it was still interesting.

The Special Effects in this movie were epic win, they really brought the entire Enterprise and Star Trek universe to life! The only part I didn't like in the ship was Engineering, which was... really strange.

Today has been a stressfest, I have an essay due soon on flesh-eating chemicals. A certain individual insulted my intelligence without realizing it, which kinda didn't make me feel that great. I mean, I know I'm not good in math-based classes. I have never been. Numbers and I don't click very well. And I'm not in honors courses, either. I can get into Honors literature but the extra work will kill me, I know it. But I don't appreciate it if someone comes out and calls me retarded, that's just not right. I'm not going to become a chemist when I get older, yah know?

Regardless, I hope I can get everything done and not break down or anything. I have Ebon Spire done, but I'm adding final details.

I remember running. I was on a boardwalk and I was running as fast as I could.
What was I running from? I looked down, and I could see that wherever I stepped, a blade from a knife would come crashing upwards, as if trying to stab my feet. I was running so I wouldn't get stabbed. I was afraid of what would happen if I slowed down.
Anyway, I looked forewards and I saw a gap in the wood, and desperatley, I tried to jump across it.
I didn't make it. I feel into a deep dark void.
Suddenly, I find myself somewhere else. You know those cars suspended on wires taht you get on when you are going up a mountain? I was in one of those. And I was tied up. I couldn't move. There was someone else there, watching me. I assume he was the one who captured me. He was in the form of Keanu Reeves, because if you didn't know I have a fear of that man. He was staring at me, THROUGH MY SOUL. I was frightened. And not only that, But I had this deep, sinking feeling that he wasn't human. I could see that he had been in a struggle, and he was bleeding black blood. Did I injure him? I don't know what happened between my fall and when I got here.
I could see him begin to transform into something else, but I woke up before it happened.

I don't understand.

Everything is moving rather smoothly, actually. I have all of my pages inked, and they all have base colors.

To put things shortly, I just need to shade and add final details until I am satisfied. Expect pages to slowly but surely trickle in!

... Well, satisfied enough, I decided I didn't like the way it was going halfway through but at this point i am just working with it and trying to get everything finished before the deadline sneaks up on me.

Welp, It's time for me to study for history... I kinda have pushed it off all day xD. I had to persuade my teacher to not let me take a test because I was absent when I was learning the material... so I am going to learn about the civil war until my eyes and ears bleed so I can punch my test in the face!

Also, my art teacher started picking on me. I guess it is the first time someone someone has really criticized my art so much and I am not taking it so well... I need to strengthen my ability to take criticism, after all, it only helps, right?

Went to Thailand, injured myself foreverrrrr 8D.

I think last year I wanted to get better at drawing. I think I did 8D.

Thailand~

It would be nice to have more MONEH. Maybe more TALENT.

Tons. Going to Thailand was fantastic, being an idiot and screwing up my ankle (who is named gertrude) was ridiculous.

Gained more of an understanding.

Does obliterating my Ankle count? I got sick so much this hear, from serious infections to viruses meant for three month olds.

Anyway. I pretty much laughed that whole movie.... Edward Cullen wasn't pretty, but they did do close up shots of his eyes SEVEN TIMES! ~Scadaz, ~Cyberpunk14, and I counted! And everyone else wasn't pretty, regardless of what ze other peeps say. Twilight was just a really badly acted movie, but it did have some decent scenes. The battle at the end was OKAY, and I always love it when people are dying of poison or something related to that. I almost died laughing when good old Bella had her head smacked against the wall via psycho rapist scary-smelling face man! Muahahahahhhhhaaaaaaa~

What can I say? The movie made my laugh my pants off because it was so ridiculous. I can say this over and over again because it feels so right.

So I shall continue to laugh my heart out, trying to ignore the deep and sorrowful pain of my torn ligaments and tendons, which have only seemed to amplify with physical therapy.
