I just graduated college!
FINALLY! After three years of hard work I finally got through it all
This proooobably means I'll get to upload stuff more often, as I no longer have anything else to do besides.. well, stuff. The last three years have been hardly anything but work, and though 'twas hard, I guess it was worth it.
As of yet I am not quite sure what I will be doing afterwards. My college majors are math, physics, chemistry, English, Danish and history. We'll see where this takes me. Probably university, though.

I hate having birthday. O_o Most people don't understand this; but that whole thing about being the centre of attention 'just isn't me'. Anyways.
So now I'm allowed to do quite a lot of new stuff; driving a car for example. I can also buy alcohol, but there aren't any news in that (for some reason people here are allowed to buy alcohol at the age of 16 whilst driving a car has to wait another two years. Odd). But anyway, it's not that I drink that much anyway. Blehh... okay, so that didn't actually have anything to do with this. Nevermind!
In other words: I'm 'grown up'. I still feel like a 12-year old, though. lol.

But thaaaaank you to all of you who actually remembered my birthday! Much appreciated!

Eight random facts about myself:
1. For some reason people usually think I'm a great actor. Really; I'm NOT! People just assume I am because I'm not afraid of doing my own 'stunts'. (read #2)
2. In drama class a couple of friends and myself were once perfoming a scene from Harry Potter 2 (the Chamber of Secrets); the scene where Dobby arrives at Privet Drive and warns Harry. I played Dobby. Not because I have the 'Vladimir Puti..-ehh-I-mean-Dobby-physique', but because I was the only one willing to smack myself in the head with a book.
3. I (and some friends) once created our own language; lannit. It was never completed and I've forgotten most of it (still remembering a bit of grammar and correlatives, but...). I have everything written down somewhere, and I might get back to it some day. When spoken it sounds a bit like a mixture of polish, broken danish and estonian, and shares quite a bit of similarities with english and russian. At its highest it was possible to have short conversations in this tongue, and the 'Internationale' was even translated into lannit. It's called "Ze Internatsionaale".
4. I have horrid eating habits. I'm not good at eating around people, because I'd rather be talking with them (which takes my concentration) so I end up spilling everywhere around me. Not very charming, admitted. When alone I eat perfectly normal. This is why I tend to eat on my own. <_<
5. I love brushing my teeth! And if I have nothing else to do I can brush them for 20 minutes without problems.
6. My name is spelled z-o-u-b-a-r-e-v-a. Not zurabaja or zabourave or zourabeva.
7. I'm very good at remembering odd little details, lyrics and quotes. I'm hopeless with dates and numbers, though. .___.
8. I love stargazing. Too bad when living in the city, though. O.o

Now, I haven't quite been myself since september or something and winter definetely took its toll on me, but my good mood is returning. So is my interest in books and litterature (and currently reading Dostoevsky's 'The Brothers Karamazov' or 'Brødrene Karamazov', as the Danish title goes; in case you cared )
Apart from that I've read quite a few different pieces of 'landmark litterature' lately (ex. Irvine Welsh's 'Ecstasy - Three Tales of Chemical Romance'; JD Salinger's 'The Catcher in the Rye'; Richard Adam's 'Watership Down'; Jon Ewo's 'Svart. Og Cirka Hvitt'; George Orwell's 'Animal Farm', Plato's 'Symposion' and an extract of Dante Alighieri's 'Divine Comedy' and some (very little) of Boccacio's stuff as well.
Mehh... It feels good getting into these kinda things again - I missed my books

Also, I'm turning 18 in less than a week from now. (4 days! O_o)
That means I'm... erhh... 'grown up'. <__< I'm not quite sure what I think about this. Well, I shall try looking at this with an open mind and embrace whatever changes it brings along. Or something (okay, so that didn't make any sense, but who cares )

No, it's not that I'm a misanthrope or anything, but being the naive little girl I am I just prefer staying out of the tourist traps and seeing the place 'for real'. Anyways.
As said: this might be an exception. I've been quite restless and wanting to go on some kind of trip since somewhere around June, so well... I embrace this opportunity to see something new!

I was hoping I'd have more art pieces finished before this trip, but unfortunately I was struck by the deadly combo of time pressure and procrastination, so as usual my plans didn't quite work out.
But well,this is how far I'm through with stuff:

Skirmishes by the Teglaflaut (= thunder river) - 25% (geez, been workin' on this since August ._.)

These pieces are to be finished as soon as I get back.
Furthermore I have some other stuff in the making, but that's a whole nother story.

I still have a lot of stuff to do, as always. Apart from 'enjoying my vacation' I have some new art pieces in the making (well, of course doing art goes hand in hand with 'enjoying my vacation', since I enjoy doing artsy stuff.. ) and of course I still have some assignments to make (well yeah duhh, in a 'vacation'! Blasphemi! .__.)

Ah well, anyways.

Okay, so don't mind the headline. I just had to come up with a title for this thingie, and well.. Okay, this might sound a pit pathetic. .___.
But srsly, in gym class yesterday we were (among other things) lifting weights for some odd reason. And boy, am I able to feel that today! O__o
I think I've been a 'bit' on the lazy side in terms of keepin musles fit as of late
My arms... I could hardly take out a plate this morning, that's how sad this is.
(of course, that's a thing one should never admit around one's classmates, hah.. I haven't even muttered a single word of agony today... c'mon, be proud of me... )

Right. This was actually just another semi-journal until I have the time to make a proper update. I'm on vacation next week (yaaay!! ^^), so I'll have quite a few updates and possibly some new artwork coming right up.
...but in the meantime I have to get through two huge assignments... again. Deadline: Friday.

Mainly black.
Slippers, black/white kneehigh socks, black pants, studded belt, black/white striped blouse and my belovid geeky 'Fetchez la Vache' black t-shirt on top of that =3

10. Did you dream last night?
A truly odd thing, really. I was in the military (??) with a squad of ignorant russian guys who all of a sudden turned into trees. Then I tried to climb one if the trees (don't ask me why??) and got stuck. I was rescued by a flying mammal (I have no idea what creature that was!) while Thomas was just standing and glaring at me. Then a lot of things happened (I can't remember it now! O_o) until I ended up stabbing myself on a pointy object and bled white blood. About here my cat decided to wake me up by walking across my face. <__<

11. When did you last laugh?
Uhh... Can't remember..? Must have been earlier this day when my sister and I had fun climbing on top of a carbage container (wooot, I know... Sounds dull... It was actually funny ^^)

12. What are on the walls you are in?
Paint, among other things. Rough woodwork on my left, my wall painting on my right, mirros ahead of my and painted woodwork behind me. On my left is also an inked portrait of Andrew John Fletcher, which was a gift from my sister. And juuust slightly above my head behind me is a picture of a prancing lion with the letters 'CAROLINE' beneath it. Next to my door is 'medico della peste'-mask from Venice. I thought it was cool, but some of my friends are scared of it, so I gave it a rasta hat and a pair of glasses. Now it just looks high

You bet! My reflection in the mirror, perhaps? ^^

Umm... Watership Down, yesterday. I was feeling ill.

I'd quit my school and go travelling(!!!!). Then I'd settle down somewhere else with someone else and live happily ever after writing my stories and doing my art. Oh yeah, and I'd probably buy two or three horses too. Also, I'd have the time to get back into doing music at last. And finally, I'd donate something to charity (no kiddin'!) and/or friends/family.
