enjoy doing these type of paintings more, as with other works, done in PS

i have to admit i so much more enjoy doing these then the overly polished work. The traditional-digital approach has a nicer impact on the storytelling and overall mood. The crisp realism has a tendency to steal away attention from the story , and in this way the story is kept.

An outline of the history-spanning, time-manipulating, inter-universal story of all five seasons of Fringe.

Down the rabbit hole we go.

2nd Edition: I've gotten some wonderful feedback and updated a few minor details on the timeline. Thanks to everyone who combed through this thing. It's better off for it.

3rd Edition: I made some design changes to emphasize certain plot points better, mainly those explaining the relationships between the timelines. The composition is also a bit more balanced. I'm going to start looking into selling prints soon.

Finally shipping out Eel walker #7 to a collector in North Carolina. He ordered a marble base for his and it really adds to the piece.
Another client just put down a deposit on #8. There are only 12 left in the edition size so order yours today.

originally sculpted in Oil base J-mac classic clay medium grade.

Queen of the Seas

Here is the clay figure of a sea witch entitled, "Queen of the Seas". It is based on the Celtic mythological creature, Cecaelia. She carries a harpoon and a conch shell to call her minions and wields powerful magic.

It is constructed entirely out of J-Mac AB225 Tan, Medium Clay, with an armature of steel, aluminum wire. It is 24"x24"x72".

First, I apologise for the obscenely large file size XP This was my favourite scene in the movie - I could watch this all day XD So I decided to make a larger, animated pixel piece, based on it. Took a few artistic liberties with the location, because I wanted the giant tree and shrine to be shown.

Sorry if the animation isn't completely smooth, I'm tired of looking at it XP It took many hours in between other things. 24 colours used (including transparency) and so many pixels D:
