My first official painting for the "Bathers" series and my second try at drawing entirely with a blue Bic ballpoint pen. This technique I think could be closely related to sculpting, since there's no way of erasing or undoing. I am really loving this technique and am researching more about it to find out if it's a worthwhile thing to keep doing. Cheers!

Description: I’ve always been a person who likes everything related to cinema, and this work is the outcome of an idea and concept I had with me for quite some time.

Indigo is simply put a Desktop App that enables you to organize your movie collection in a beautiful and easy way, by accessing all the movies you have in the cloud or NAS. It is a minimized Media Center for your Desktop PC.

The name/codename Indigo, comes from the near Purple color of the same name.

For best results while viewing the preview, open it on a 1080p monitor or TV, in Full View mode (bellow you should download the .zip file which contains individual images, instead of the massive preview). Also, make sure to check out on Dribbble.

Note: All the movie posters used in this work were only used for demonstration purposes.

Wow, four years since the release of the last set, and this is now the 6th set in my tech resource series. This one took quite a while (not nearly as long as v5 did) over the course of around three months.

In v6, I wanted to offer highly detailed circular schematics that are on par with detail found in v5. I spent hours upon hours taking in inspiration from many sources including floorplans, cockpit HUDs, circular diagrams, in-game interfaces, and countless movies(Iron Man, Tron, etc.), which helped to create a nice variety in the many different shapes presented in the circles.

This might very well be my last photoshop brush set. After this, I'm going to step up to the next level and offer fully animated FUIs(Fictional User Interfaces) as resources for sale. I've been wanting to do this for many years, but never had the time for it. When I released the last set, I had mentioned something about flash-animated resources... but that really never went anywhere. The FUIs will be offered as AfterEffects project files where you will be able to fiddle with each little component.

HOLY SHIT!!!! I finished it!!!
Definitely dign' this piece.
I did the blue drips and the yellow smudge on her face with acrylic on separate pieces of clear acetate film.
So this piece has 3 layers to it. (if you see me at the New York Comic Con tomorrow Ill show you (booth DD5)!

Done with prismacolor pencils,
water-soluble wax pastel (fuckn' awesome)
Acrylics (Water based airbrush paint.... amazing) ( that's also what I used on top of the clear overlay film)
On Rives Bfk paper.
And clear overlay film

Not "talented" people always tend to complain about how untalented they are and that the others are so good, without even giving their best. And artists pretend that they didn't spend much time on their works, that everything is coming just by so. Not always to brag.. sometimes they don't realise how much work it was because they didn't notice how much time has passed.
