A cloud brush set I created while working on The Dreamcatcher

For best effect use low Opacity and Flow (between 30-40%ish) and use a combination of 2 or more from the set

As with my last set a graphics tablet is required to get full effect out of these brushes.

Another post-processed variant from a picture I took in St. Stephen's Green Park, Dublin (Ireland): [link]

Like the original, this is an HDR composite from multiple exposures, but with some targeted color processing to simulate a more winter cold atmosphere.

This picture is also available for download at 5000 x 3333 px for a small premium of 50 points. Most everything else including my stock rules remain the same, except this premium download gives you access to a much larger version of the picture.

WOW my first DD. I am so stoked, thank you very much

I made the trip out after watching the clouds slowly build as the afternoon got older. With the sun setting at my back I was able to capture the last rays of the day kissing the tops of the clouds. A nice finish, to a fantastic day.
I just had to share it.

You can either put in a New Adjustment Layer and work from there or you can just straight go and apply the Channel Mixer and leave it there, or use the Edit>Fade Channel Mixer to Multiply <- best outcome.
I dont know how this looks like on other colors except red , but I guess youll find out yourself

How to use these textures in Photoshop:
Paste the snowing texture on a new layer (topmost layer).
Set the layer blending to a desired setting. I use mainly screen or soft light depending on the situation.
Set the layer opacity to a desired level.
It might be good idea also to use a layer mask with gradual fill to make the snowfall visible mainly in the sky, not so much on the ground. That way it will look more realistic.
