Weekly "doodle" - I couldn't draw even single line today... so I colored Toshinhos drawing. He had contest for coloring that drawing, but I think contest has been over long time already

This was more technical test or practice than serious... art (dunno how to say this). I painted black&white shading over line art and rest is done with layer effects, mostly Gradient Map and Selective Colors layers. If i want, i could change any color or tweak it easily.

Character #2 I designed for my portfolio. I gave her about 2 drafts before settling on this armor. I was drawing her in her fancy armor... when suddenly...... BAM she grew ears and became a rabbit. Last minute design choice, but I think it balances her out nicely.

GOD. How long has it been since I've uploaded a comic of any sort here. Like.... years, literally. Goooood grief.

In recent months I have become completely ~~addicted to~~ enamored with Guild Wars 2. I'm on an RP server, so there's often impromptu RP going on that I like to spy on, because I'm too shy to jump in myself. This... sometimes requires following people, because I am just that polite. So this situation came up (in a manner of speaking) in the midst of one such outing and I decided to try drawing it out to shake off the comicking rust because I am easily amused. still quite a bit of that rust to work off, this whole comic is pretty wonky. orz

Please excuse this first page especially though, this was the page where I was like "WHOAAAOOAAH COMICKING HOW DO" so it's pretty bad. ; ; I'll probably be making edits to this as time goes on~

There was a family of five, parents father and mother, first born a pair of twins who are sisters of the youngest son. The Kingsleys, found a shelter in a big abandoned mansion when their previous was destroyed by fire. However, it was most unfortunate that all the unfortunate events happened, mysteriously. Twin sisters, Adeline and Vallory, were poisoned and died. Followed by the death of the father, Icarus fell down the stairs and broke his neck. Mother Victoria was stabbed in the head while she was sleeping. It turned out the son, Rowan was indeed a naughty boy.

The main character is the girl with the book in the left top corner and in the big illustration below (even if the hair are different...), she needs a bigger 'n' better illustration of herself and I hope to do it very soon!

I was fumbling around old stacks of Neo magazines then suddenly thought - Since I have a new and better scanner now, its a cool idea to re-scan this whole thing into a higher quality pic

Yep, in the month of September in 2011, I was featured in the Artist Showcase that month, which is a pretty cool place to be! I first wanted to appear in there when I was 14, but I had this sneaking suspicion that even if I did get featured then, Id be more embarrassed with myself than anything in the future. All I can say is now that I havent looked back :> though it would be nice to have waited a bit to post up my latest pics in here, but hey, I had my little moment in the spotlight that month so I am grateful for it :> it would be silly to keep prolonging something until Im much better cos in all honesty no matter how much Ive improved in the past, I never saw myself as good enough, so just take the chance when I have it =/ what have I got to lose?

Originally the Hallucinogenic Sanctuary picture was meant to be the main page pic, but the size was too small, so I had to quickly come up with a newer and bigger picture, thus The Summoning. I still prefer Hallucinogenic Sanctuary myself, but I'm glad that they put it in the contents page of the magazine

The editor was very impressed with the biography I wrote and said it was one of the best they ever had! I felt very happy to hear that

A bunch of my friends, myself and `Endling started to do a 30 day challenge on tumblr which ended today. I picked drawing myself in my daily outfits as a theme, and here's the result. :>

The challenge is simple:
1. draw one thing every day for 30 days.
2. keep it small and simple. 20 minutes is ideal!
3. theme is whatever you like. You just have to share daily.

(Thanks *Kuddlekins for the idea and =Garagos ~Clairvoire and a whole bunch more for joining in! )

Day 30 is the very first collab I've done with `Endling since we finished the same day. C: I think we should collab more often...

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS SPECIFICALLY A POSING TUTORIAL. The female figures used are exaggerated to help accentuate what is normally hidden/too subtle to identify and to differentiate between the different portions. The angling of the poses are of an expressionate and confident nature to once again stress the different portions when posed in various ways. This is NOT a tutorial about human anatomy.

Here's the workshop I did for ImagineFX for their 49th issue (November 2009). In terms of layout, this is my own personal version with some extra features. I shared as much as I could for the time I had, so I hope this will be helpful to you guys!
