We decided to climb this hill that was out back of a log cabin we were renting, what we didn't know & couldn't see was that there was a deep ravine before you could reach the hill & the view of the mountains.

We've had a few darn cold days/nights here (idle-ing around -30 celcius / -22 Fahrenheit as lowest) and every sunset had these wonderful colors.

I was after an harmonic and gentle landscape shot. After a few days I found what I was lookin for. This display shows the easy terrain filled with snow to be backed up by the wonderful sunset. Simple and easy, just the way I wanted it.

I attached a string to the cherry's stem and tied the string on a stick so that it would float in a huge cheese whiz jar.

Lighting was from a table lamp positioned on the jar's rim for brighter lighting..

This is a special gift for our yougest son Kevin who has been in remission for 7 years. He just turned a healthy 25 years. He was diagnosed with Hogkins Lymphoma when he was 17 years old. The pearls in the photo are my moms who passed away a year before he was diagnosed; and I am sure she is his guardian angel. ]]>

Time to wind up the year as the new is just around the corner. 2009 gonna bring so many new things. One can only stand ground and take 'em on, one task at a time.

Architectire can be so sexy, it's forms, the way it represents light and just by it's existence. Curves, color, material, everything combined with the touch of human makes architecture one of the most interesting creations we make/have.

Staircases, something about 'em just make my trigger-finger go crayza!

The focal point here is something special, I tried some funky things and liked the result, doesn't have anything else to say about it really, it's just wack hehe.

CS3 for typo, boarder & tint.

In the morning, the deer come out to forage, and occasionally a fog will settle in... It looks creepy and terribly fascinating at the same time. I think it's well suited to greyscale, so here we go.
