My take on young Wind Waker Ganondorf. Not that he was ever young except for in Ocarina of Time, but whatev.

There should have been Gerudo pirates in that game, and that's the story I'm sticking to.

This was really fun to design. His sash is embroidered with his life story. See if you can tell what the story is, and at what point Ganondorf got his first horsey. Ahah, it makes sense to me, I don't know if it will to anyone else. :<

Oh my goodness. Aren't these just the definition of awesome?
After seeing a different collection of charms I'm working at at the moment, a girl at work commissioned me to make her a set of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band Beatles charms. She absolutely loves the Beatles.
I had so much fun making them.

They are roughly 2 - 2.5 cm tall (because Ringo and George have hats) and are completely handmade out of polymer clay.

This was a commission for a little girl's 12th birthday, she was a ballerina and loved everything theater especialyl the phantom of the opera.

Cake: Devil's Food/White swirled
Frosting: Buttery Chocolate covered in black colored Wilton fondant
Accents: White fondant
Time taken: 3 hours

NOTE: Don't attempt to cover a large cake in black fondant unless you can buy it pre colored. It's heck to hand color it and you'll need alot of food coloring not to mention muscle.

A few months back i was commissioned by Ceiridwen R. to create a doll of Dream from The Sandman comic. Ive always been a big Sandman/ Neil Gaiman fan so i was completely overjoyed to get the chance to make a version of this character for someone.

After he was completed Ceiridwen decided to send photos of him to Dreams creator Mr Gaiman, He posted the letter from Ceiridwen plus the photos of the doll in His Blog!! needless to say I'm still giddy/honored/floored by this.

I sculpt my dolls in Chavant clay, from that i pull silicone molds and cast in a custom resin mix, i then drill my parts hollow and string with elastic (my dolls are completely poseable) i sand down the seams then paint on the makeups. His eyes are custom black eyes with a few flecks of fine holographic glitter, His wig is made from synthetic fur. His costume is by Dreux Priore.
I made the set from foamboard covered in vinyl spackle and textured to look like worn stone

My... special take on Alice in Wonderland's Mad Hatter. <3

An overdone subject, I'm sure, but I dont care. ;D My tablemates and I wanted to do a series of loli-goth Alice and Wonderland prints... and it sounded like fun. <3

I tried to put a unique spin on it, anyway. Did you know that the phrase "Mad as a Hatter" came from the overexposure to mercury used to make top hats? I had no idea. I learned this while doing some research before drawing. The exposure over the years eventually gave them Mercury Poisoning, and while the Mad Hatter in the book did NOT have the illness, I thought it might be interesting to portray a Mad Hatter that was more timid and suffered from anxiety.

I've also been inspired to pay more attention to fabrics and cloth... so this was a fashion experiment. ;D I usually skimp on the clothes because I enjoy painting skin so much more. .___.

Introducing Zhed, a black snow leopard. His name roughly translates to 'fear' in tibetan and the reason behind the name is simple: 'That which is rare or misunderstood is often feared'. The reason I chose to go with a black snow leopard is because I figured, even in the wild genetic melatonin flaws occur, producing animals with pelt colors uncharacteristic of their species. Well I've read a little about tigers born with reversed stripes, and obviously there are leopards born with 'black' pelt..so it wouldn't be so far fetched to see a black snow leopard. I will leave the interpretation of the title and his name to each person who chooses to view this picture.

The painting actually took me quite a while to finally call finished and I struggled a bit with the background and the figure himself. All in all I feel proud of this piece and happy with how he turned out and I hope you folks enjoy it as well. I will check 'mature' content only to be safe but I do not at all consider this work mature or adult content. Nudity is beautiful and natural in the human form and if an anthro snowy ever existed, I somehow doubt he would find use for a loin cloth what with all the fur he would have to keep him warm .

Now for those that 'hate'/'dislike'/'insert synonym here' anthro work, I believe anthromorphic art can be beautiful. To me an anthromorphized animal represents a closer link of humanity to the natural world, it is our inner wish to be primal and wild and live within the natural world instead of outside of it. With my anthros I strive to make them look natural, a part of and not apart from their world. It is fantasy art just as are dragons and elves and anything else. I have seen a lot of anthro art flamed in various communities so I feel it necessary to stick a disclaimer here. You don't have to like it, I'm not asking anyone too..I am merely sharing my vision with the world.

Now that I have yammered with excessive verbage, time for the technical specs of this piece.

Size: 38 x24 inches at 250 dpi. The psd ended up being well over 500mb in size.
Time taken: ehm I really havent a clue, in excess of 30 hours..at the very least.
Prints: yes (pm me if interested in 8x10 at 10$ plus shipping). Larger limited edition prints available at conventions.
Watermark: sorry folks, I really don't want someone making money off my time and effort...though I hate watermarking my work. Prints will come minus the watermark.

Inspired by The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter (Taketori Monogatari) is a 10th century Japanese folktale, also known as The Tale of Princess Kaguya (Kaguya-hime no Monogatari). It is considered the oldest Japanese narrative.

It primarily details the life of a mysterious girl called Kaguya-hime who was discovered, as a baby, inside the stalk of a glowing bamboo plant. She is said to be from Tsuki-no-Miyako (The Capital of the Moon) and has unusual hair that "shines like gold".

Mistery Lies there...

Anyway, descriptions... basically when we were thinking of her look we kinda looked into our themes that being outrageously impossible elements of anime. Hence the giant weird hair... which was taking a bunch of hairstyles we liked and meshing them together. Also the crazy stylish but impractical clothing and nice stockings too. It was hard to make her look really alice-ish without copying bits from disney's film or from the book so we opted for something a little different. In the book she eats these mushrooms and blah blah blah as everyone knows so then we decided to give her giant mushroom morphing abilities yes... so now she has the great power of mushrooms... she can taste disgusting and use vine whip hurray. The original idea was a giant mirror like looking glass land thing but that was scrapped as the mushroom made it more obvious and easier i guess... anyway thats all for now then.
