One of the four shots I animated for Double Rainboom.
Above is the storyboard I was provided in the Flash file, and below is the final animation that said was all right.

This plays at 18:15 in the film, the second shot of Buttercup in the entire film, right after "I think we need to teach you a lesson, right girls?"

Right!

This required rebuilding Buttercup's hair to use a masked symbol, so that her hair part could move right.

I built a custom mouth for Twilight for this shot, to allow her to do that subtle grimace.

Stole (well, begged until he got Zach to let me do it) this shot from , since there were very few shots left with length at this point.
(the zoom was left optional, and would be done in the final composite if I left it out, so I left it out!)

This is also the one shot that I worked on that took the MOST revisions - this was only approved after 13 revisions.

Above is the storyboard I was provided in the Flash file, and below is the final animation that approved.

Shot 19d plays at 14:48, during the final approach for the double rainboom, and 21b a few moments later at 14:56.

Flamingo Rich (or formly Flamingo1986) is a creator of the fan-based episode of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic called "Double Rainboom".
During the senior years at SCAD university, the students are allowed to create an animation project in order to graduate, and "Double Rainboom" is Rich's project.
With a full-score orchestra, talented voice actors and skillful animators, he has successfully created an excellent animation, which was released 30th March 2013.

Just a quick piece of fanart for my favorite scene in Double Rainboom- one which I happened to do the initial rough storyboards for. It involves Twilight looking for Rainbow Dash after the titular 'Double Rainboom' event, and how she comes across a rather familiar-looking flame trail in the aftermath. It was such a blast being part of the storytelling process for this film, and I learned a lot about the animation pipeline through this experience. This is sort of a thank you gift to FlamingoRich as a token of my appreciation. Thanks for letting me be a part of your crew Zach! =^_^=

Here is the progress painting on Arcee .
As usual I started the sketch direct on photoshop, set the flat colors , and while the image was still small , I started some basic lightning.
The image is resized to a bigger format , and them I actually paint it.

Rapunzel WIP

So I know Rapunzel from Tangled has been drawn hundreds of times, but I just loved this movie. I thought it was so artistic and beautiful to look at and the story was really cute and funny too.

This is a cropped WIP of a drawing I am making of Rapunzel and Pascal. I have more detail I want to add to the face. Particularly on the teeth and eyes. But I'm really enjoying drawing this so far.

Materials: 9"x12" vellum bristol paper, 3H and 4B mechanical pencils, kneaded eraser, eraser pencil, & tissues and q-tips for blending.

Some people are asking me how I do my paintings .
Well , this is impossible to explain in a note or comments .
so , I made this simple steps to try to illustrate how I usually work.
As I work with two basic brushes , I am sure you can do the same on older versions of Photoshop or other programs like SAI .

Ok, so there is a ton of credit to go around on this one. First off, and I have been talking about making some Invader Zim/Friendship is magic crossovers. While we are still working on getting that rolling I wanted to do a little side project (Among many) involving 's Mecha Pinkie. If you haven't seen his "Ballad of Mecha Pinkie Pie" comic yet, be sure to go check that out. It is awesome. [link] (And yes, I have permission to use Mecha Pinkie)
Now this is page one. There will be a few days until I can get my own copy of Photoshop so I'm going to submit this un-coloured and without dialogue. Just as a cruel little teaser.
Admittedly though, this is the best drawing out of the four page comic I have planned.
Expect more Invader FIM soon though!

to sum up what this is is during one episode a Sonic Rainboom (Rainbow + Sonic Boom) was created, and at frame of it it looks like a Space Station firing a Rainbow blast.

the MLP Fans use this same joke tied to the original picture.

Fate Saga: Cain versus Vektor

This was a promotional illustration I designed originally for the Kickstarter video. The purpose was to show Vektor displaying his strength and power in a confrontation with another character (Cain was an obvious choice because he's the main character). Knowing that I wanted to move the camera vertically, I knew that the image itself needed to be vertical, so I set it to 11x17 so that it could also double as a poster.

Once the Merchandise shop eventually opens on the Fate Saga blog, this poster will be available.

Fate Saga is an original action/drama animated series about fate and free will. Currently, a pilot episode is in production.

Just for fun i did eyes from realism, dragons, ponies, and for the very first time...anime. I find it odd I know some aspects of anime eyes without ever painting them before.

Wait...I've seen my sis paint them countless of times! That's how I know about them.

.......I would say cute.......but weird.....

This is a loop animation that I did last week while I have nothing to do.It's so boring during the exam week but pheew...I'm survived(kinda) This is one of my unseen weird character,the bucket dog!!Actually, he doesn't has a name yet,so I just called him the bucket dog.

It's done by photoshop CS3 instead of Flash,because I'm out of it.I got some inspiration back to make some animation by one of my friend and one of the great artist Her animation was so nice. X3

Gemini Taffeta turnaround. She's a lot of fun to draw because she's a reather curvy girl XD. Lots of circles.

things to note:
- Baby head on woman body
- Long, wavy hair with flowy, big curls. Hair is parted down the middle
- baby hands and pudgy fingers
- perfect ": D" and ": )" faces can be made with her
- almost always in heels (how does she do it? she's a cartoon )
- She comes up to about mid-chest on Veil when standing with heels. She's about 5"2 over all.
- Imagine her figure kind of like a thick "8"
