*SIGHT* I have to admit i'm not proud of it. The timing is messed up, not enough interaction between the characters and it's not too dinamic either. And the
backgrounds!....blegh ):
I wanted it to be better than the previous one, and i have to admit, the lines are much cleaner, but still, its not the one i wanted.
I'm gonna fix it up a little bit later, and i think i'll redraw the background in Photoshop one day

Anyway, i had fun doing this, cuz i just love this comic and these characters. But i think from now on i'll stick with simple fanarts... at least for a while

i felt like chasing some characters and i ended up with a FANART

I Hear He Talks to Animals

So, Harv's lucky his butt's cute, or Finn seriously might not have the patience for this. >.> Based on some combination of my first thoughts after the "He, like, talks to animals these days..." comment and Finn's observation about Harv's...dernier. Doesn't Harv just LOOK like a Snow White, though? You know if you...ignore the "snow white" part....err, yeah.

Long story short, in China I didn't have my tablet with me. Really, really bad unnamable something happened to me in China, so now I'm back in the states about three months early...and have access to my tablet. Apparently drawing young men in princess dresses is some form of therapy for me. Enjoy?

That's supposed to be Harv holding Finn's arms pinned behind his back. Originally it looked more wrestle-y and less...cuddly. And why Finn thought it would be a good idea to wrap his legs around Harvey when trying to escape him is...beyond me. BUT, hey. I like how it came out.

Okay, see...I was bored, so...I was going back through the comics, and early in The Tournament section, it occurred to me that somewhere between the time when the lightbulb went off in Harv's head on how they were going to catch a horse and the "I hate you, Harv..." moment where Finn was dangling from a tree...there had to be a time where they were ACTUALLY trying to tie Finn up...and I can't imagine that went down too well with him.

It lets me practice poses...and Harv on Finn grappling. Sketchy because I felt like it.

Ughhhh, phhhhh. Don't judge me on this. Please. I barely re-read it, and it's obviously not beta'd, but...I wanted to finally finish it.

I figured, you know, Finn's young, and kids didn't have internet back then and homosexuality was NOT even REMOTELY close to as open an issue as it is today, so...why the hell WOULDN'T he panic if he realized he liked his best friend in a way he shouldn't? Even though he's cuddly with Harv in canon, that doesn't necessarily mean he's being flamboyantly gay purposefully as it might be read in modern times...

Anyway. Fanfiction. Written pretty quickly more to doodle out the rest of my thoughts...pretty, pretty, pretty please tell me if you have any thoughts?

P.S. If you were hoping for heavy yaoi or even a steamy kiss scene, I'm sorry to disappoint you, but when I say "light" slash, I mean light slash. I tried to make it follow canon. I write heavy slash too, sometimes (*cough*alot*cough). If I say "heavy" slash, though, I mean it...expect sex. Just sayin'. I try to warn people accurately.

P.P.S. Yes, I realize Harv can't read very well, BUT I like the idea of Finn trying to teach him how and giving him reading material to practice on and knowing Finn...it would be some kind of epic romance/flowery poetry/touching balad, etc.. So. That's why I let that part slip in there.

I really like her style, is not anime-ish, exagerated but harmonious, with great movements and really funny.
I love this comic, and the characters are awesome.
I specially like Finn (the blond), Harv (the one with curly brown hair) and Hevvin (center)

Finn, is a spoiled, selfish, and girly boy, who dreams to become a Bard someday, but he is too weak to fight by himself.
Harv is Finn`s best friend, he is very responsabile, honest, social and hard worker. Usually he is saving Finn`s butt from trouble.
It`s a really weird friendship they have, with their completely opposite personallities...
And there is Hevvin, he is a psicotic, completely insane unicorn. Always is trying to kill Finn. Why? Well, when someone asked him he just said "Uhhmmm, it`s hard no to"
He is completely out of his mind, but he is somehow adorable in his own twisted way
I have never been so scared by an unicorn, untill the day i met him ._.

I should have taken the time to clean this up, but I didn't. Really, at first it was just more pose/movement practice...and I wanted to spend a lot of time looking at Harv kicking Emet in the face...

Titled because she's pretty close to mimicking that pose she had in the comic when she was relating one of her "adventures" (something I didn't realize until I was already coloring, actually). Anyway.

Don't look at it too closely; it gets uglier the more you look.

I absolutely adore "Warrior U" by :3

This is just a small tribute to the adoration I feel for her art.
I have seen her name and known of her for quite a while, actually, (because of her awesome "Zukka"-works), but only recently discovered her comic and read the whole thing in one evening.

About the pic: It's fluffy, that's why I like it. There are many errors, such as Harv's feet, but I will improve that when I work out how to do it better. Feel free to criticize and give me tips.

Info: reference picture is a pic a friend of mine once sent me - I have no idea where she got it from, if anyone recognizes it, I'll give credit

Also, anyone who cares to recommend me about Graphic tablets? I would love to buy one, but have absolutely no idea what to look for. Done some research, but nothing I can rely on. Where to buy? What type? How much?

I'll probably bother some people whose art I adore to give me recommendation, but anything voluntary is loved, too!

So...Finn went to Emet for advice about a "secret" crush of his (Why? Because Finn's sense of who does and does not like him is non-existant), but while Emet doesn't like Finn, she's also still sore about Harv beating her up, so she comes up with this plan to "help" him...

I don't think this is exactly what Finn had in mind.
