The AquaDom in Berlin is the biggest cylindrical saltwater aquarium of the world and lies in the city accommodation DomAquarée in Berlin middle.

There is of an acrylic glass container of 16-metre height and 11.5 metres of diameter. The aquarium applies more than eight floors a total of 25 m. Only the acrylic glass is already 14 m high. The washbasin is 11 m wide and catches 1 million litres of water. Only to make the water salty enough, 50 tonnes of salt were used an aquarium of the superlatives. In the aquarium about 2000 fish from 50 kinds live.

The visitors get below into the lift and then gehts loose. The journey lasts five minutes. During this time an employee is always in the lift to which one can put questions.
More than 2,000 fish, jocularly are to be seen in the visitors "vorbeischweben" flying fish. Behind the glass the coloured fish almost seem to float. The view is unique. By the water one sees the hotel funny feeling.

The AquaDom is in the midst of an inner courtyard acting as a lobby of the Radisson Blu Berlin, a 5-star hotel of the Rezidor hotel of Group. The hotel rooms to the inner courtyard have a direct look from the outside on the AquaDom.

This is a peice that im working on. Its nearly finished, but there are a few things i want to fix.

took me about 3 days to make, 3 hours to render.

The interior is suppost to be like a Den. Either detached or attached to the main building. A place where you can go and relax with a book, or watch some tv, or even have some friends over for a party.

Please note, the structural design of this building has derived from another 3d peice i have seen on the internet. There are a large number of differences between my peice at the other peice but there are some similarities. I have not created this from another 3d file, i have created it completely from scratch. The similarities are the placing of the balcony glass, the stair well opening on the first floor, and some of the pertruding bits of walls. Furniature placement is also similar but far from exact.
