Wonderful flawed, fully-fleshed characters that don't resort to being too 'dark and edgy' to be relatable? How did this happen?!? It's the equivalent of sitting down and eating a good meal... so much more satisfying than fast food television (however tasty it is at the time.)

So, my explanation is this: I really only wanted an excuse to draw this guy a bunch of times... and yet I spent so long staring at it to make sure it looked acceptable I sort of am disgusted by it now and can barely stand to post it let alone even look at it.

This sort of evolved, I drew the middle bit with the both of them as a one-off I planned to post here. Then I added the one below it, and at that point it seemed so random without some sort of fabricated context, I built up the rest of it. That’s my excuse as to why it has no direction or purpose at all whatsoever.

Fuck I gotta plan this shit out. But if I did nothing would ever happen, ever. I’m not very creative. So, my explanation is this: I really only wanted an excuse to draw this guy a bunch of times... and yet I spent so long staring at it to make sure it looked acceptable I sort of am disgusted by it now and can barely stand to post it let alone even look at it.

This sort of evolved, I drew the middle bit with the both of them as a one-off I planned to post here. Then I added the one below it, and at that point it seemed so random without some sort of fabricated context, I built up the rest of it. That’s my excuse as to why it has no direction or purpose at all whatsoever.

Fuck I gotta plan this shit out. But if I did nothing would ever happen, ever. I’m not very creative. Look at me floundering to explain myself Also I’m aware that this is probably not canonically correct, in fact I really hope it’s not, I just thought it’d be fun. so please read with a grain of salt

In the tale of The Three Brothers, "One died for power, the other sought dead love, and the last greeted death as a old friend" - Voldemort, Snape and Harry.

Voldemort and Harry are drawn and they'll eventually all be put together

As for the style - I actually really liked the challenge of this! It's SO unlike anything I've ever done before, so it was a lot of fun planning the characters. And yes, Snape has a goatee. I remember seeing JKR mention that she thought he'd have one somewhere and it kinda stuck in my head.

I really don't draw Snape a lot, LOL XDDD
