Yes, I really enjoy overexposed photos. Let's not fight about it.

And yeah, the expressions are vaguely evil. My excuse is going to be that wearing a goofy dress that big and fighting with a camera at the same time is a pretty dumb idea.

So, that aside- I wanted to take a few pictures of this silly dress. It's been living in a box under my bed for about a year, and it's pretty horribly made and painfully unflattering around the waist, but I did spend an unfortunate amount of time on it. And for that amount of time, I didn't have many photos to show for it. I'd also kind of wanted to do poses like this for a while, and this was my only costume that fit the bill since it's pretty large and I can lie down on top of it LIKE SO.

I also finally gave in and bought a new usagi/bob/moon/serenity/whatever wig so these are probably my last photos with the old wig.
RIP old wig, we had good times.

Finally, this isn't based off of any illustration. I made it to wear to a costume ball at a convention but Kelly and I never made it out of the hotel bar (but look! I didn't spill wine on it!).

I'm done rambling now. :B

This is my new tattoo! YAY! It took a little over an hour. Yes, it hurt.

It was drawn by Angelle from Bitter Sweet Tattoo in Manchester, NH. It's a little over 3" wide.

I love it.

This is an interesting area I wish the manga explored more -- Haruka with Usagi and Mamoru with Michiru. Not that it really "went" anywhere with Mamoru and Michiru...it was just Usagi's jealous-girlfriend-overprotectiveness taking over. Haruka and Usagi, on the other hand, were getting somewhere and it was pretty interesting. Ugh, but right when it was getting good in vol. 8, Mamoru and Usagi talked it over and made up instantly. The end. Sucks!

I know Haruka's a female and just teased the other girls, but she makes such a great guy character! I really loved the flirtiness and thought she was genuinely interested in Usagi in the manga. Too bad Mamoru and Usagi have to be so perfect :/

Anyywaysss this was my attempt at making an anime version of the scenes that got Mamoru and Usagi jealous. ^_^ Too bad Mamoru didn't get to see when Haruka kissed Usagi...bet he wouldn't have been so forgiving then.

ENTSTEHUNG:
Ansich war das MOtiv von Sailor Moon nicht geplant, hab einfach drauf losskizziert.

Erst sollte eine Person etwas greifen oder auffangen. Dann machte ich ihr Kurze Ponnys und einen Zopf. Und dann sah es ansich Bunny ähnlich. Da kam ich dann auf die Idee, doch gleich daraus ein Fanart zu machen, weil ich es noch nie getan habe xDDDD

omg..this was a hell of a job, still fun thou ^^,
hair.. hair hair hair.. thats all I can say.
I'm so glad I pulled through because I was just a few shots away from quitting on the coloring. I did it all with crayons and I put like a sandy structure thing with ps over it. This I had to do, because of the tons of layers of crayon color on this one the paper on some spots got pretty messed up and torn, so I found that this filtre kinda fixed it.
Oh well.. what else.. yea.. I think the idea of the character, Queen Nehelenia with the golden crystal in her hand speaks for itself.. I mean you see how she's looking at it? She's obsessed with that shiny thing, we know that..so I guess I just wanted to show her and her desirable precious ...

The colours are brighter without loosing depth of light colours like the shading of white or esp her skin tone! It's not yellow or nearly white and... I'm just thrilled about this result : D

After nearly a 3/4 year (?) a new artwork with the most beloved oldie anime- Sailor Moon : D
Serenity/Sailor Moon/Usagi is my fave character and the epitome of Bishoujo (imo) *^*

Drawing the moon palace was bit difficult, cause there aren't any good images of it in bigger size than a thumbnail. So I had to watch different openings and I think it was OP no. 3 where this palace can be seen nearer than anytime else.
Serenity's dress was inspired by a german cosplayer whose photo I found long ago at animexx.de -> [link]

My fave part in this drawing is the reflexion in the water *_* It's so inconspicious that noticing it makes the whole thing so clear and pure and sparkling~ xD"

Well... from June on I will have to work up to 38 hrs/week so got even less time for drawing TT_TT But a job is important and I will show up again asap ^^
