I can’t believe I finished a picture drawn just for myself! Funny how everything changed the past couple of years but the one thing that didn't are the poses I choose to draw.

It started as a spur of the moment, anatomy practice that needed colors and turned out to be quite challenging to carry on till the end.

WW is not my favorite superhero, but whenever I wanna draw some lady muscle I draw her x)

[link] I made a facebook page! Hopping on the bandwagon Thought it might be easier to hold some events and giveaways over there... if I have the time...

This started off as an oil paint thingie, but I needed to use canvas for something else so finished in Photoshop >.< And I wasn't sure about the result anyway...

I hear you guys, you want spam, you get spam.
When I look at these, this is the exact reason why I'm probably never going to share my techniques. I can do it in 2 sentences:
First step: Spill color all over canvas.
Final step: Add detail.
Done.

Top three are work in progresses, in the works for the past month. Why, these look goooood in the thumbnails. I'm a master of 120x120px. Most of my work stay in thumbnail stage, either dropped, or it's supposed to be just thumbs.
Bottom three are just doodles and testing.

Ace Attorney (Phoenix Wright) x Pokemon comic, the two games that I'm playing these days (just finished AAI)

Idea for crossover came from Franziska's Vine Whip, which came first actually; but this one was kinda inspired by [link]

Edgeworth's special move, "paycut" = Meowth's "payday" + "cut", it's especially super effective on scruffy detectives I hear. Poor Gumshoe. I feel bad for picking on him, but can't resist XD I don't think he's actually that bad at his job, but people around him seem to enjoy picking on him and his poor paycheque :"(

The first panel looks weird 'cause there's no Edgey's stat box there, and I'm too lazy to draw the rest of the stand/Gumshoe's body.... sprite references and background from www.court-records.net

The actual drawing didn't take long, but the stat elements took longer than I thought, mostly because SAI doesn't have good editing functions (or text function X.x) so I had to use PSP and switch back and forth. Gumshoe is lv 32 'cause that's his age by the end of the game.

Based on Pokemon FireRed screenshots; I combined a few "screens" to make it a 4koma

Illustration for an article by Gustavo about the nymph Echo.
She felt in love with Narcissus but she wasn't able to talk to him because she had been cursed by Hera. She only could repeat Narcissus's words. As expected all this ended tragically. She died of sadness with her heart broken.

It seems all the people I draw have an overdose of flowers latetly.

Some Protoss this time! Another short story; was definitely a bit of a change of pace after all the Zerg work I've been doing. (Have to get into the groove though, what with LotV coming up!)

Yaaay new pokemon!

Took me a while, but I managed to finish him in the middle of orders and other projects. XD

I was going to crochet his tail like I did with the commissioned one, but I decided to use the wool I've got lying around and fluff him up a bit. :3 I'm tempted to redo his feathery ears in wool too to match, but maybe later. XD

Umibōzu (海坊主, “sea bonze”) is a spirit in Japanese folklore. The Umibōzu is said to live in the ocean and capsize the ship of anyone who dares speak to it. This spirit’s name, which combines the character for “sea” with the character of “Buddhist monk,” is possibly related to the fact that the Umibōzu is said to have a large, round head, resembling the shaven heads of Buddhist monks. Alternatively they are enormous Yōkai (spectres) that appear to shipwreck victims and fishermen. They are believed to be drowned priests, and exhibit the shaven head and typically appears to be praying. It is usually reported as having a grey, cloud-like torso and serpentine limbs.

A Toyol or Tuyul is a mythical spirit in Malay mythology of South-East Asia (notably Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore).

It is sometimes called the “Kwee Kia” in Hokkien. In Thailand, they are called Koman-tong (Male) and Koman-lay (Female). In Philippines they have a similar child spirit called the “tiyanak”. InCambodia they are called “Cohen Kroh”. In South Korea called “Do Yeol”. It is a small child spirit invoked by a dukun (Indonesian shaman) or pawang (Malay witch doctor) from a dead humanfetus using black magic.
