I am very proud of it because when I started I didn't know anything about animation and I learned everything by myself, and I think the result is quite good. Al fin! Esta es mi primera animación, Han&Gree, basada en el cuento tradicional “Hansel y Gretel”.

Estoy muy orgullosa de ella ya que empecé desde cero y aprendí todo por mi misma, y creo que el resultado es bastante bueno. A pesar de ello, creo que aun se puede mejorar muuuucho, así que probablemente seguiré haciendo animaciones de vez en cuando, ya que la experiencia me ha gustado.

This was a very challenging piece to make. The multiple angles in the houses were tough to assemble within the limitations of the 2 inch frame depth.

I think it looks better in person than in the photo above. I had to crop out some of the sky and water, which changes the proportions and I don't think the texture of the grass or the roof show up well.

From a big square of Japanese foil paper (60x60cm roughly). The front claws came from 2 corners of the square, hind most appendeges from the rest 2 corners, the middle appendages from the center of paper, making them the thickest. The head and mandible from one raw edge while the antennae from the center of paper. I am too lazy to draw the creasing pattern
