Never too tight!

Hi ^^)
So this is like my first digital painting, I got a wacom last year but I only started using it like now. (I know xDD I'm awesome!!!)

This drawing is a part from a big project from me. I've wrote a story in this past months that I've decided to ilustrate. Also over this time I may have found what I wanna be in the future, which would be an ilustrator. ^^)

The funny thing is that all this time I've been a little confused about what I wanna do with my life, what to choose, where to go and I may have been ignoring the answer that was right under my nose.
My first deviantion was a strip comic page! (So... ILUSTRATION o.o)
And it was also about a story I was working now. The diference betteween now and then, besides the fact I'm more mature and more skilled, this story is completly wrote already. Like is just a matter of actually drawing everything. The other story wasn't finished and I didn't know where to go next!
But though I've the story, it's still hard! xDDDD

The story behind this drawing is still secret! (confidential) xDD hahaha
I'll only reveal when I actually finish the story. O.O So it may be in a few years from now! hahaha xDDDD

About this ilustration, I still need to work on the background. I tried! xDD but I didn't like the final result! You know how I got when I don't like something I do xDDDD

And I found that I'm still way behind on this, I need to learn so MUCH still: about color! and backgrounds! light! shadows! proportions! (.... -.-)
I've to be capable of using the colors without needing to see a photo or something you know?

So this can be call a W.I.P. I still want to post an advanced version of this!

This is done on PaintToolSAI if anyone is wondering! Everything made on PC ^^) (proud of myself)

This is a gift drawing I made for ~lucard2525 's website of their character Kara.

Sketched this out with pencil then I colored it with grey copic markers. Then I scanned the drawing into my computer and painted it with PS3 and SAI.

I've never drawn a horse before lol. So I had to follow a step by step in a horse drawing book I happen to have I really enjoyed drawing something new though.

Anyway, thank you for taking a look!

I drew this for a young lady at D*sneyland who assists at the Jedi Training Academy and also hangs out with Mulan. It was her birthday and her boyfriend commissioned this piece as a gift.

Alice and the Mad Hatter from Tim Burton's Alice - [link] I'm actually getting more and more excited for this movie. I tried to draw them in the classic "Burton-ey" style similar to Nightmare Before Christmas and Corpse Bride.

Well this started of pretty simply but turned out to be taking my whole free day in the end. I kinda like the end-result. I tried my best to make it look "alive" by adding birds and stuff. But perhaps it's a bit too much?...

Eye of the Tiger

It's finished!!!! I'm so relieved!!! XD This took me more than 2 weeks to complete! But I'm quite happy with the result! This was kind of a mixture between two tigers, I took the shape of one and the color of another. Named after the song and cos my favourite part was coloring the eyes!!!

My Exposé 9 entry. I would like for this painting to tell a story on its own.

During the process of this painting, I've picked up a lot of new techniques and developed mentally as an artist, so look forward to better art from now on!

The phoenix (Ancient Greek: Φοῖνιξ, phoínix, Persian: ققنوس, Arabic: العنقاء أو طائر الفينيق, Chinese: 鳳凰 or 不死鳥) is a mythical sacred firebird that can be found in the mythologies of the Persians, Greeks, Romans, Egyptians, Chinese, and (according to Sanchuniathon) Phoenicians.

A phoenix is a mythical bird that is a fire spirit with a colorful plumage and a tail of gold and scarlet (or purple, blue, and green according to some legends).
