This photo must have been taken by accident and my wig was already ruined. But when I saw it for the thrid time, I suddenly noticed the atmosphere. It's like Sora and Riku running on the island together, but there is so much that keeps them apart. It's as if Riku suddenly stopped, as if something broke in that moment inside him and Sora didn't notice, he just ran on, shining in his world because to him, there has never been darkness before..

It's been a long time *laughs*

Today we had a new photoshoot. It's been brandnew *laughs*
It's Naminé and Olette from Twilight Highschool! XD Now Naminé's not alone anymore!
We had a lot of fun ... but I really really like cosplaying Roxas more XD But I love the hair and stuff and I like trying out girls from time to time, so live with it babes~

I think Kayleigh's a really beautiful Olette though. I will sew the original Olette outfit for her for Japan-Day and without a doubt she will look sooooo cute!

A big thank you for our beloved and favorite photographer ! I'm looking forward to more shootings with him in the future ~ (even though I'm a really really difficult 'model' after all.. sorry for that ^^")

So... 2 weeks left till you see Kairi >D

And mhmmm... within the next weeks there will be surely another Akuroku shooting too! We cannot live without Akuroku *laughs*...

We had great weather today, so we went outside and had a photoshoot....BUT... its not Akuroku?

Hehehe, I already know that some will say "Axel fits more to you", but I had a lot of fun playing Olette today! (I love my wig @.@) And I will do her game clothes too.
These outfits are "Twilight High" Uniforms. Partly selfmade, partly costumized.

Photography, costume, and reluctant costume-wearer are all me.

I know I shouldn't be posting this since I'm not wearing the sleeves, and this was supposed to be a 'test run' photo... but I had a blast taking these pictures today. The fabric photographs beautifully- I just wish I could do it more justice!

The bracelet and hair-doodlies aren't the final versions either, they should be replaced with fake moonstones to match the dress. Also, I know the wig is blonde and since the dress is manga, the hair should be white- however, I can't justify making a white version of this wig at the moment. I could have photoshopped it, but I felt that was cheating. -__- So maybe in the future when I get finished photos of this.

Oh well! I had fun! :3

Finally!
Japan Day was a bit rainy and cold, BUT we feared nothing! >D (and took some warm cardigans with us)

Wearing Olette was very comfortable. After seeing the rain showers I was glad that I had no Axel wig on. LOL

Thanks to my dear who sewed the cosplay as a present for me! *___* *kiss*
She was so wonderful as Kairi too <3 *fan*

All in all, the day was cool. We met some nice people and even won at the competition.
Sadly, the judgement wasnt very serious so some really small and cute (BONUS!) kids won the first place.
But we got a nice T-shirt and really warm socks/stockings for both.
And it was fun!

So hope ya like us as girls again.
Next will be AKUROKU! *needs to finish the wig*

FAQ

What is this? What is cosplay?
Cosplay is creating costumes based on characters from things such as TV shows, anime, video games ect. These are characters from Kingdom Hearts 2.

What are they holding? Why are they posing this way?
It's a re-creation of a scene from the game when the 4 kids are sitting on the clock-tower holding up jewels to catch them in the sun's rays.

This is stupid/you suck at photography/this shouldn't be on the main page
I'm very aware I'm no good at photography, thanks. X3 As for the main page, I myself don't have control over who faves my work and what/if anything of mine gets there. There's not much I can do about it.

So we couldn't get onto the actual clock tower, but I do like having it in the BG like that. Love the fact that it was also taken with a broken camera.

I loved their cosplays. You can't see here, but the details on stuff like the 'Dog Street' on Pence's vest, or the flowers on Olette's top or the print on Hanyer's singlet were all so perfect! <3

Soooo... as I promised, this is one of my newest costumes ^-^
It came to life through one of my own little fanarts and Kay liked it so much she wanted me to sew it. So here it is....
It's supposed to be an 'older' version of Roxas... but I dun look older than normal, do I? *laughs*

This is my Link cosplay that I've mentioned before. It's finally done, except for the gloves, but I'm okay with those not being in the pictures.

Basically, This started off as a four swords cosplay, but evolved into a purple version of twilight princess cosplay, with a few aspects of the Fourswords game. I didn't want the shoulder strap, or the sword, and I didn't want the embellshed pants, so I wore tights, like in the cute 4s version.

if you have any questions on how I did the cosplay, feel free to ask.

The tunic is made from dusty purple moleskin, the details done in "Mahogany" leather cording, since I couldn't find a decent good purple leather cording in the right shade.

The belt is made from the same color leather, and the brown boots were bought, and altered.

This is the one thing I don't think he'd ever wear because, although he somehow is from Japan, he's not japanese at all.
But still I did it.
Yes, I'm a freak XD

I know it's a bridal kimono and it looks very feminine. That's on purpose. Riku is not the all-over-cool guy, let's remember the original Kingdom Hearts, that he has been possessed by Ansem and used by Maleficent, that he was a mere doll of the darkness. He has a fragile and helpless side when it comes to his wishes he can't make come true by himself and his need to be free that brought him in chains of others. Riku is someone who has been used a lot. And he's not the overall seme type. Maybe when it comes to Sora, he is. But not to Ansem.
That's why I made this not the cool and masculine style. A kimono is a very symbolic piece of clothing and I wanted to use it in a symbolic way.

Again, light colours for Riku. Turquoise to match his eyes, light blue to make it look windy, rose for the chessy blossoms, black for the contrast.

Seifer cosplay outfit

AHAHAHAHA, SEIFER!!!

*ahem* So yes, this is me in my Seifer outfit. Its my first ever cosplay outfit, so I know its not perfect ( like the COAT! RAH! ITS TOO SHORT! *seethes* ), but I am rather proud of it all the same. I (with a lot of my mom's help) had to do it all in the course of like a week, because my parents didnt give me the okay for PMX until the very last minute. BUT ANYWAYS. Yes. Here it is in all its Seifer-y glory. ^_^

and look! No boobs! I had a heck of a time binding them, but in the end I won the battle with my chest and got rid of the pesky female attributes. XD

Me as Sorceress Edea and Neon Genocide as Seifer from Final Fantasy 8. I adore this photo - it really does look liek I am casting a spell over Seifer! This photo was taken at Otakon 2007 by our good friend Lionel. None of the lighting effects you see are from photo manipulation, it is creative usage of real lighting - he's just that good!
